HOMEBUSH MONKEY (3) - placed AMURI MAGIC in some difficulty entering the bend. AMURI MAGIC (4) - placed on heels entering the bend having to check for a stride. SMASH WILD (6) - jostled with KNOW DEBT early stages placing this runner in tight quarters. KNOW DEBT (7) - placed in restricted room between SMASH WILD and HANKENSTEIN early stages. HANKENSTEIN (8) - jostled with KNOW DEBT early stages placing this runner in tight quarters.
Race 2	Happy Birthday John McInerney Dash - C3 - 295	HOMEBUSH POPPY (2) - placed in restricted room entering the bend. Checked from behind shortly afterwards losing ground. EDGE OF REASON (3) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend. Climbed on the heels of GOTCHA POPEYE shortly after entering the bend losing momentum. Checked off the heels of OPHIRA BALE abruptly prior to exiting the bend having to regain its balance as a consequence. GOTCHA POPEYE (4) - turned outwards entering the bend when placing pressure on the greyhounds to it immediate inside. Dragged down by EDGE OF REASON shortly afterwards losing ground. Lost further ground when dragged down again rounding the bend by MULBERRY SOX. Checked off heels entering the home straight. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. MULBERRY SOX (5) - jostled with HOMEBUSH GAMBLER early stages placing this greyhound in restricted room. Terminally checked rounding the bend after climbing on the heels of GOTCHA POPEYE. HOMEBUSH GAMBLER (6) - squeezed for racing room between MULBERRY SOX and PRINCE ROHIT. Terminally checked by the falling PRINCE ROHIT entering the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. PRINCE ROHIT (7) - jostled with HOMEBUSH GAMBLER early stages placing this greyhound in restricted room. Climbed on heels entering the bend losing its balalnce and falling to the track as a consequence. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down as per GRNZ fallen runner policy. OPHIRA BALE (8) - contacted heavily at the lure by PRINCE ROHIT which arrived late after falling. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have a fractured right hock with this being stabilised and the greyhound being administered pain relief.
Race 3	Suck It Up Ltd Sprint - C4 - 295	FIDGETY FEET (3) - jostled with ST ANDREWS in the run to the bend. ST ANDREWS (4) - jostled with FIDGETY FEET in the run to the bend. SMASH ACHIEVER (7) - placed in tight quarters early stages losing ground. OPA'S MATE (8) - shifted down the track early stages placing SMASH ACHIEVER in tight quarters. Hampered entering the bend losing ground.
Race 4	Kaisa Earthworks Ph 0272073323 Dash - C5 - 295	SPECIAL AS (1) - placed in tight quarters entering the bend losing momentum. SHE'S FOR US (4) - placed in restricted room early stages before being obligated to check inwards off heels. BECK ELEVEN (5) - contacted from the outside early stages placing SHE'S FOR US in restricted room. CHANYAKA (6) - bumped down the track onto BECK ELEVEN shortly after the start. WILDEBEEST (7) - forced down onto CHANYAKA early stages. FAST ANGEL (9/8) - came down the track early stages forcing WILDEBEEST down onto CHANYAKA. Jostled with CHANYAKA for a period thereafter.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C5 - 295	OAKMONT was a late scratching after being found to be in season this morning. CULVIE NESS (1) - checked from behind entering the bend losing momentum. SUPER OVER DRAMA (3) - climbed on heels entering the bend losing momentum. COUNTRY GENT (6) - squeezed for room entering the bend.
Race 6	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C3 - 520	MACADOODLE (3) - hind quarters contacted from the outside in the run to the first bend. Placed in tight quarters entering the first bend losing ground after clipping the heels of OPAWA NOVA and brushing the shoulder of TROUBLESOME KEV. Jostled with TROUBLESOME KEV rounding the first bend. DARLA BALE (4) - collided with TROUBLESOME KEV in the run to the bend contacting the hind quarters of MACADOODLE as a consequence. TROUBLESOME KEV (6) - collided with DARLA BALE in the run to the first bend. Brushed with MACADOODLE entering the first bend racing wide before checking in off the heels of OPAWA NOVA. Jostled with MACADOODLE rounding the first bend. OPAWA NOVA (7) - checked from behind entering the first bend shifting up the track as a consequence.
