CLAWS IN LEO (5) - jostled briefly with NIGHTHAWK WISH early stages. Checked and lost momentum exiting the bend when contacted by OPAWA STUCK. NIGHTHAWK WISH (6) - jostled briefly with CLAWS IN LEO early stages before being squeezed for racing room. OPAWA STUCK (7) - hampered briefly early stages. Dictated wide entering the bend. Contacted CLAWS IN LEO exiting the bend.

TIDAL TAPESTRY (4) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Obligated to check outwards off heels rounding the bend. TREV'S ROCKET (5) - jostled with TIDAL TAPESTRY early stages. Awkwardly positioned on heels rounding the bend. OPAWA TROY (7) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Again squeezed for racing room entering the bend falling to the track as a consequence. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for the mandatory 5 days.

Race 4	SOUTHLAND & OTAGO PHOTO FINISH - C1/3 - 390	BRUT MAGIC (2) - began awkwardly. Held up rounding the bend. SOUTHERN ANGEL (3) - contacted from the outside on jumping. MISS ADOBE (4) - contacted SOUTHERN ANGEL on jumping. GO GUNNA (8) - slow early. Raced wide through the later stages of the run home.
Race 5	ADDED ENERGY STAKES - SPECA - 457	GOLDSTAR TROOPER (1) - squeezed for room entering the bend. PUNTERS BOLT (2) - hampered entering the bend. EYREWELL TURBO (3) - weakened final stages. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have a fracture toe on its left fore foot with anti inflammatories and painkillers administered. Reported to be retired from racing. OPAWA LACY (4) - shouldered briefly with PEPPER CHIMES early stages. Hampered entering the bend. PEPPER CHIMES (5) - began awkwardly before jostling briefly with SILOUETTE JET. SILOUETTE JET (6) - jostled with PEPPER CHIMES early stages. EYREWELL EBONY (7) - lost momentum when placed between runners entering the bend.
