Judicial report: 1) Trainer J McInerney was issued with a Minor Infringement Notice pursuant with Rule 45.11 when the Central Districts kennel presented MITCHAM NIKORIMA (race 11 #7) up 1.6 kg from it's previous race start on 15 July 2020. A fine of $150 was imposed.

Race 2	Creative Catering C4 - C4 - 457	BIGTIME BRODY (1) - brushed BIG TIME ANTON shortly after the start. Jostled, briefly, with BIG TIME ANTON nearing the bend. Contacted RAPID FIRE from behind entering the home straight. BIG TIME ANTON (2) - brushed BIGTIME BRODY shortly after the start. Jostled, briefly, with BIGTIME BRODY nearing the bend. CHEESEBALL (3) - brushed BIG TIME EDEN nearing the bend. Tightened on the point of the bend, in turn contacting the rail losing a considerable amount of ground and completing the event some distance behind the field. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed a fractured hock with the on track vet euthanizing him. BIGTIME LEVI (4) - contacted from behind entering the bend. BIG TIME EDEN (5) - began awkwardly, then bumped. Brushed CHEESEBALL nearing the bend. RAPID FIRE (6) - began awkwardly, then bumped BIG TIME EDEN. Contacted BIGTIME LEVIN from behind entering the bend. Contacted from behind entering the home straight, becoming unbalanced and moving up the track. BIGTIME ROD (7) - tightened CHEESEBALL on the point of the bend. FUNKY FACTS (8) - slow away. Raced wide throughout.
Race 3	J P Print, Petone C3/C4 - C3/4 - 457	BIG TIME CHAD (1) - slow away. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed right carpal injury. ALLEGRO TAMMY (4) - bumped ALLEGRO CURTIS at the start. Raced wide through the home straight. ALLEGRO CURTIS (5) - squeezed BROKE BRAD at the start, then received a bump. BROKE BRAD (6) - squeezed between runners at the start. Checked SPRING FOX from behind entering the bend. SPRING FOX (7) - squeezed BROKE BRAD at the start. Checked from behind entering the bend, scrambling for a few strides and losing ground. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed a left pectoral muscle injury.
Race 4	Kernow Construction Distance Feature - C2d - 660	BIGTIME BAILEY (2) - bumped entering the first bend, then tightened needing to check across heels to gain clear racing room. Raced wide through the latter stages of the final bend and through the early part of the home straight. RICH LISTER (4) - began awkwardly. Tightened entering the back straight, losing some momentum. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed a dislocated toe on right front front foot. EMGRAND ROSE (5) - bumped BIGTIME BAILEY entering the first bend, then tightened losing some momentum. Tightened RICH LISTER entering the back straight. EMGRAND PARK (7) - tightened EMGRAND ROSE and BIGTIME BAILEY entering the first bend when crossing to lead. HOT PLATTER (8) - awkwardly placed behind runners entering the first bend.
Race 5	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C1/C2 - C1/2 - 457	BIG TIME ROONIE (1) - began awkwardly. SLAM IT (2) - contacted JETLAG JAG nearing the bend. Tightened entering the bend, losing ground as a result. Raced wide through the latter stages of the bend. JETLAG JAG (3) - contacted nearing the bend. Tightened SLAM IT entering the bend. Tightened on the point of the bend, losing momentum. SHREWDY (6) - tightened JETLAG JAG on the point of the bend. Raced wide at various stages. Squeezed between runners nearing the bend, becoming unbalanced and losing ground, out of contention thereafter. ALLEGRO GEMMA (4) - brushed TAKAKAWE at the start. Tightened, then squeezed TAKAKAWE nearing the bend, becoming very unbalanced and shunted sideways. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed no injuries.
