Track: Good The Track was presented in a good racing condition being well maintained throughout.
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: nil.

Judicial report: 1- the lids failed to open for race 3 -all runners were removed from the boxes vetted and cleared for a re-start which started 8 minutes over the scheduled starting time - all 305 m races were hand started for the remainder of the meeting and the meeting concluded on time.

2- An inquiry has been opened and adjourned in to offensive language by a handler towards a Steward at the conclusion of the meeting.

3- The Club has had electrical work carried out on the boxes in the last couple of weeks and have assured the Stewards that they will have another through examination of all operating parts before the next meeting on the 17-7-2020

Race 1	Welcome To Hatrick C2 - C2 - 305	ELSA BLUEBLOOD (2) - dwelt at the jump crowded and checked in to the bend losing ground unable to make ground there after. OPAWA FLASH (3) - soon after the start checked back off heels angled outwards raced wide in to and around the bend. TRUE TESTAMENT (4) - dictated inwards bumping and jostling with runner to his inner settled midfield unable to make ground to the line. HURRICANE AL (6) - angled across in to the bend bumping and jostling with TRUE TESTAMENT for some strides.
Race 2	Accell Leading The Way In Canine Therapy C1 - C1 - 520	POPPY ROCKET (1) - racing handy on the inner when tightened and jostled contacting the rail in to the first turn hampered in to the far bend soon after was galloped on and lost ground a veterinary examination found no abnormalities. BIG TIME SMILE (2) - tightened and jostled racing in to the first turn checked again in to the back straight ran on to heels and unbalanced across the top bend finishing in the rear at the line a veterinary examination found no abnormalities. THREE OF HEARTS (3) - bumped soon after the start racing around the first turn forced to abruptly check out over heels losing momentum and several lengths raced widest in to the back straight made some ground across the top bend weakened in the run to the line. BIG TIME TOMMEY (4) - angled across in to the bend bumping and jostling with runners to his inner for some strides. BIGTIME AVA (5) - checked in the run in to the first turn losing ground improved along the inner in to the far bend was checked as runner came back losing momentum made some ground in the run to the line.
Race 3	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C2 - C2 - 305	The lids failed to activate as the lure went past. All runners were removed from the boxes and vetted and all given the all clear for a re start and was 8 minutes past the advertised starting time. HOMEBUSH MANDY (2) - angled outwards from the jump checking BIGTIME KATE back causing herself to lose ground back towards the rear and was unable to make ground thereafter. HASHTAG BLESSED (3) - tightened and checked back racing from the start settled back made good ground wide around runners to the line. WHITE COMET (7) - angled across racing to the bend came back from between runners catching heels and falling she recovered to her paws to finish on to the lure a veterinary examination found
Race 4	Palamountain's Scientific Nutrition C0 - C0 - 305	This race started 4 minutes behind the advertised staring time. CAVE WITCH (1) - began awkwardly for a stride or so running out on to the shoulder of ALLEGRO PAYTON as she balanced up settled midfield made good ground to the line. ALLEGRO PAYTON (2) - checked racing off the mats settled in behind the leaders in to the home straight losing several lengths. AHUROA LADY (5) - handy early jostled between runners then angled outwards over heels in to the bend racing wide in to the home straight came together with runner to her outer in the home straight appeared to become unbalanced for a couple of strides a veterinary examination found a split webbing on the left hind. IDOL ABBY (6) - settled back raced extremely wide around the bend in to the home straight and came together with AHUROA LADY soon after straightening.
Race 5	Wanganui Toyota C0 - C0 - 305	IDOL ANDY (2) - bumped racing from the start settled back improving between runners when catching a heel on the home turn checked outwards becoming unbalanced going outwards on to FIRECRACKER. MITCHAM LIAM (3) - bumped and unbalanced racing from the start settled back attempted to improve along the inner in to the bend came back off heels losing momentum unable to improve to the line. BIG TIME JUDA (4) - contact soon after the start settled handy between runners kept her ground to the line. ALFIE DAMAN (5) - ran out over heels in to the bend and raced widest thereafter to the line. FIRECRACKER (8) - improving around runners nearing the home turn ran outwards and was bumped from his inner and lost momentum in the run to the line.
Race 6	The Avenue Kingsgate Hotel, Wanganui C0 - C0 - 305	AHUROA WHIZZ (1) - hampered for a couple of strides in the run on to the top bend improved to the home turn unable to make ground to the line. TELLTALE SIGNS (2) - away well racing handy when jostled and and bumped for several strides was able to keep her ground in the run thereafter. PAVING WAY (4) - severely tightened and checked back from between runners racing to the bend where he came out over heels racing wide there after. ZERO TOLERANCE (5) - began awkwardly soon after attempted to angle across severely tightening PAVING WAY for some strides lost ground racing on to the top bend finished towards the rear at the line. BIG TIME HARRY (6) - fav- checked racing off the mats recovered quickly was jostled again in to the bend was able to keep his ground thereafter. ALLEGRO GEMMA (7) - ran inwards from the jump checking runner to his inner racing off the mats jostled with runners to his inner in to the bend CITIZEN ZAGREB (8) - began awkwardly stumbling and unbalanced for a couple of strides settled well back finishing in the rear at the line a veterinary examination found no abnormalities.
Race 7	Laser Plumbing Reverse Criteria C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH MINNIE (1) - fav- racing handy on the inner when tightened and jostled in to the bend going back a couple of lengths kept her ground to the line. COOL WOLF (2) - away well racing up handy when pressured and forced inwards being jostled and bumped and checked back in to the bend coming back off heels towards the rear was unable to make ground thereafter. WATCH MARJEN (3) - angled outwards from the jump coming together with TIDDY CASH who soon after angled across making contact with the fence in to the bend was held up across the top bend when looking to improve a veterinary examination found no abnormalities. ZARA DAIKEN (4) - racing to the bend was tightened between runners being jostled and came back off heels angling out in to the bend making good ground thereafter to the line. HOMEBUSH MAYCEE (5) - soon after the jump she attempted to angle across tightening and hampering several runners in the run in to the bend
Race 8	Kernow Construction Reverse Criteria C1 - C1 - 520	SLAM IT (1) - settled back ran wide in to and around the first turn made some ground in the run to the line
Race 9	www.racingtips.co.nz C1 Heat 1 - C1q - 305 Heat 1	HOMEBUSH JORDIE (3) - began awkwardly was unbalanced for a stride or so into the bend losing momentum was unable to make ground to the line. BIG TIME HAZEL (5) - fav-dwelt at the jump then ran outwards colliding with runners to her outer losing momentum hampered in to the bend having to check out over heels racing widest thereafter to the line. BIG TIME RICKY (6) - checked coming off the mats settled back looked to improve across the top unable to make ground to the line a veterinary examination found an injury to the left gracilis muscle. PARADOX PRINCE (7) - bumped and checked racing off the mats was able to keep his momentum to race up handy thereafter. GO BLUE (8) - bumped soon after the start contact in to the bend made ground to the line.
Race 10	Aon Insurance C1 Heat 2 - C1q - 305 Heat 2	HOMEBUSH LIZ (1) - away best led in to the bend jostled as runners improved on her outer across the top bend then checked and went back off heels ran wide in to the home straight finishing towards the rear at the line. ALLEGRO PIPPA (3) - fav- only fairly away improved between runners to vie for the lead across the top bend was tightened inwards jostling with runner to her inner hampered soon after when contacted in the hindquarters . MITCHAM NIKORIMA (4) - ran outwards from the jump colliding with GOTCHA MARSHALL losing momentum settling back improved along the inner nearing the home turn and was hampered and unbalanced moving ground outwards in to the home straight making some ground to the line in the latter stages. OH MISS JORDIE (5) - checked racing off the mats losing momentum settling back forced to check over heels racing extremely wide in to the home straight and to the line. IDOL MEGHAN (6) - away well angled across to the lead in to the bend and was never headed. GOTCHA MARSHALL (7) - ran inwards sharply from the jump colliding with MITCHAM NIKORIMA as this runner ran outwards he settled back was hampered on the home turn when racing between runners becoming unbalanced for a couple of strides turning in and was unable to make ground to the line.
Race 11	Book Your Table @ Hatrick C1 Heat 3 - C1q - 305 Heat 3	STAR WAY (3) - bumped racing from the start when contacted and checked going sideways for a stride losing momentum settling back made some ground along the inner to the line. HOMEBUSH JOZIE (5) - checked and stumbled for a stride coming off the mats settled back was unable to get in to contention thereafter. BIG TIME ABBI (6) - checked as she jumped away as runner to her outer jumped across sharply was crowded in the run to the bend and checked back losing momentum checked racing on to the top bend losing ground made good ground to the line. BIG TIME BEAT (7) - ran in sharply from the jump running in to BIG TIME ABBI as she left the boxes hampered racing in to the bend was able to keep her ground. BIGTIME DIESEL (8) - racing handy between runners in to the bend when tightened back and checked going outwards losing momentum and finished towards the rear at the line a veterinary examination found a superficial wound to left hind hock.
Race 12	Adept Accountants C1 Heat 4 - C1q - 305 Heat 4	IDOL WILSON (1) - settled midfield on the inner and came together and jostled with ELUSIVE ALIBI for some strides in the run on to the top bend where he was soon hampered for several strides as DANGEROUS DI improved to his outer he was unable to make ground to the line. WEBBER COME (2) - began awkwardly for a stride or so then bumped and checked losing momentum back improved in to tight quarters racing across the top bend finishing strongly in the run to the line. DANGEROUS DI (4) - dwelt at the jump was then checked as runners changed ground settled back in to the bend soon after angled closer in making ground jostled with runner ELUSIVE ALIBI (5) - tightened and checked in the early running as BIGTIME SONJA angled across recovered back in to stride and came together with IDOL WILSON and both runners jostled for some strides in the run on to the top bend and was unable to make ground to the line. BIG TIME SONJA (6) - angled across from the jump tightening and checking runners to her inner led in to the bend ran wide losing her advantage across the top bend out finished in the run to the line. STAR SECRET (7) - raced widest across the top bend in to the home straight finishing towards the rear at the line. JUDGE ME JACKIE (8) - unable to get around runner and forced to race widest in to the bend unable to make ground finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 13	CPF Insurance C1 Heat 5 - C1q - 305 Heat 5	MIDNIGHT MOLLY (1) - jumped well settled handy moved ground outwards towards the bend bumping with MY PABLO then straightened in to the bend making ground to the line. OPAL NORA (3) - settled back in to the bend was unable to make ground there after. MY PABLO (4) - came together with MIDNIGHT MOLLY racing to the bend settled handy made ground late. JOHNY MOWHAWK (5) - hampered racing from the start as BIG TIME LORNA ran across his line recovered well to race handy in the midfield in to the bend and was checked losing ground was unable to make ground to the line. BIG TIME LORNA (6) - ran inwards from the jump across the line of runner to her inner. DOUBLE CHANGE (7) - dwelt and was slow in to stride settled widest in to the bend made good ground out wide. HOMEBUSH JENNIA (9/2) - dwelt and was unbalanced coming off the mats settled back unable to get in to contention there after.
Race 14	First Security C1 Heat 6 - C1q - 305 Heat 6	BIGTIME ROLL (1) - jumped away well settled handy on the inner finished best in the run to the line and had suffered a nose injury at the lure a veterinary examination found a small cut to the inside of the nose no stand down recommended. COOL BEANS (3) - hampered in the run to the bend when jostled losing momentum racing on to the top bend was unable to make ground there after. RAPID RENEGADE (4) - in the run to the bend was jostled between runners and came back off heels in to the bend losing ground was unable to make ground there after. YEE COO COO (6) - bumped racing from the start settled back forced to check wide in to the bend and raced widest thereafter finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 15	See You Friday @ Hatrick C1 Heat 7 - C1q - 305 Heat 7	ROCKONEVA (2) - out well soon after was bumped then tightened and jostled for some distance in the run to the bend and checked and had to abruptly check outwards in to the bend losing momentum and all chance there after. WIFI SAPPHIRE (3) - racing in tight quarters to the bend when checked and went back between runners made good ground around runners to the line. BIGTIME HANNAH (4) - in the run to the bend she was crowded and checked back to the rear and made ground across the top bend to the line. SMALL BOY (5) - racing handy in tight quarters when checked and lost momentum on to the top bend losing all chance there after. BIG TIME QUEEN (6) - angling across in to the bend causing severe tightening for some strides to runners to her inner SIDELINE SALLY (7) - settled back raced widest in to the bend bumped and checked when contacting WIFI SAPHIRE on the top bend losing momentum made ground in the latter stages to the line.
