Judicial report: 1) JACKIE was scratched from Race 5 after racing yesterday. Trainer L Waretini was reminded of her obligations in relation to nominating runners.

2) KNOW CAUSE was scratched from Race 12 after gaining a start at yesterday's meeting.

3) Trainer C Weir advised Stewards that HONEY LANTREE was found to have suffered a fibula bone injury after winning last Friday.

4) Trainer M Dempsey was fined $100.00 under Rule 45.11 after presenting BLACK EYE BILL 1.7 kgs above its last race weight on 2 June 2020.

Contacted and pushed wide by HOMEBUSH FUDGE final bend. GOLDSTAR MONTANA (5) - checked by ASCOTT early stages losing ground. Raced very wide back straight. GREAT WORK (6) - checked by ASCOTT early stages losing ground. Ran inwards final bend contacting HOMEBUSH FUDGE and becoming unbalanced losing ground. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. ASCOTT (8) - ran inwards early stages checking GREAT WORK and GOLDSTAR MONTANA.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Trevor Wilkes Sprint - C1 - 295	JINJA CREAM FIZZ was a late scratching on retrieval from the kennels with a wound over a wrist. GOLDSTAR VALE (3) - checked by JINGILI JILL early stages losing ground. JINGILI JILL (5) - ran inwards early stages checking GOLDSTAR VALE. Tightened into bend losing ground. BOLD BIDDER (7) - had heels clipped by HOMEBUSH SAYER final bend. HOMEBUSH SAYER (8) - checked outwards off heels of BOLD BIDDER final bend.
Race 3	Kolorful Kanvas Dash - C1 - 295	DYNA NAYA (2) - ran outwards early stages placing COLD AFFAIR in restricted room. Briefly tightened into bend dropping to the rear. Assessed by vet and found to have a skin wound to the stopper pad area. COLD AFFAIR (4) - placed in restricted room by DYNA NAYA early stages losing ground. Hampered by DYNA NAYA into bend losing momentum. BEES ARE BUZZING (6) - contacted by IMPRESSIVE HIGH early stages. IMPRESSIVE HIGH (7) - ran inwards early stages contacting BEES ARE BUZZING. HORSE RANGE (8) - slow in early stages.
Race 4	Avonhead Tavern Stakes - C1 - 520	JINJA TWINKLE was a late scratching at 10.30am when found to have lost a nail. TIKAO JACKIE (2) - tightened into first bend losing ground. SPEEDY LUCY (3) - very slow to jump. HOMEBUSH CARTER (4) - tightened by MIGHTY MUSCLE into first bend losing ground. MIGHTY MUSCLE (5) - angled inwards into first bend tightening inside runners.
Race 5	Culvie Boy's Syndicate Sprint - C1 - 295	LAKOTA WICHAPI (1) - assessed by vet and found to have a skin wound to a leg. TONKAWA (3) - contacted by MITCHAM MANERING early stages. Ran outwards final bend hampering GOLDSTAR BEAU. MITCHAM MANERING (4) - contacted TONKAWA early stages. Tightened into bend losing ground. SMASH GATOR (5) - ran wide around bend. FATHER LEO (6) - ran wide around bend. GOLDSTAR BEAU (7) - hampered for a stride around bend by TONKAWA losing momentum.

HOMEBUSH DOLPHY (3) - contacted by GHOST MODE early stages losing ground. GHOST MODE (4) - ran inwards early stages contacting HOMEBUSH DOLPHY. Ran outwards back straight contacting CARAMEL ROSE. Ran very wide final bend. HORSE RANGE GOLD (5) - ran outwards final bend. CARAMEL ROSE (6) - tightened by GOLDSTAR MCQUEEN back straight then contacted by GHOST MODE. Race 8	My Redeemer Distance - C0d - 645	OPAWA CUTIE (2) - raced wide back straight. GOLDSTAR ALASKA (5) - ran outwards first bend. MAX VOLUME (6) - ran outwards first bend contacting LONGSHANKS. Ran very wide with a lap to run dropping to a clear last. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. LONGSHANKS (7) - contacted and pushed wide by MAX VOLUME first bend losing ground. GOLDSTAR TRUMAN (8) - checked inwards off heels first bend losing ground.
Race 9	Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C1 - 295	BATTY WHO was a late scratching at kenneling with metatarsal soreness. ROSIES CHOICE (1) - ran outwards early in the run home pushing STYLISH STEPPER wider. GOLDSTAR AVALON (3) - had hindquarters contacted by an improving STYLISH STEPPER final bend and lost momentum running wide in consequence losing ground. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. STYLISH STEPPER (4) - last on jumping. Improved into marginal gap final bend clipping the hindquarters of GOLDSTAR AVALON and pushing CASH NO STASH wider on the track. Pushed wide by ROSIES CHOICE early in the run home. CASH NO STASH (5) - badly checked by inside runners final bend and became unbalanced losing ground. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. IMPRESSIVE GIFT (6) - contacted by outside runners back straight. LAKOTA SCOUT (7) - tightened by HOMEBUSH SONJA back straight HOMEBUSH SONJA (8) - ran inwards back straight tightening inside runners.

GOLDSTAR REBEL (3) - checked by SMASH CALLING back straight. FROSTY KATE (4) - checked by MITCHAM RYDER into bend losing ground. Had heels clipped by MITCHAM RYDER on bend. SMASH CALLING (5) - ran inwards back straight checking GOLDSTAR REBEL and contacting SNEAKY SNITCH. MITCHAM RYDER (6) - ran inwards into bend tightening inside runners and was badly dragged down losing ground. Got on heels on bend and fell. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. Stood down for 5 days as per GRNZ policy. BUTTON IT (7) - slow in early stages. Badly dragged down and checked into bend losing chance. Assessed by vet and found to have a triceps injury. BASHFUL BUFFY (8) - pushed wide when unbalanced on bend losing ground.

COSMIC JASE (7) - stumbled on jumping then contacted by JUSTIN LINCOLN losing ground. JUSTIN LINCOLN (8) - contacted COSMIC JASE early stages losing momentum.
