Track: Good Track was presented in a very good racing condition and was well maintained throughout. All other equipment operated well.
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil.

Judicial report: SUPPLEMENTARY: Wanganui GRC 19 June 2020. BIGTIME STELLA was examined by vet C Boyce and cleared of injury.

JUDICIAL:

1) Stewards conducted checks on vehicles used for the purpose of transporting greyhounds to and from the race meeting today with compliance orders issued.

Race 1	Formpro Ratings Free Every Tuesday C0 - C0 - 410	BIG TIME JUDA (1) - racing in very tight quarters in to the bend was able to keep her ground until coming back off heels across the top bend finishing in the midfield at the line. WIT AND WISDOM (3) - pressured inwards on to heels and checked racing in to the bend losing some ground recovered ground to the line. MITCHAM LIAM (4) - checked on jumping away settling back improved and ran on to heels checking losing momentum racing in to the bend was unable to get back in to contention. BIG TIME BEAT (5) - ran in sharply from the jump improving and angled across in to the bend causing tightening and checks to several runners to her inner. FRECKLE (6) - began very awkwardly then checked settled in the rear ran wide in to the bend finishing towards the rear at the line. BIG TIME PENNY (7) - ran across the face of FRECKLE racing from the start jostled from her inner for some strides in the run to the bend . ALLEGRO SADE (9/2) - leading in to the bend when contacted going sideways came back off heels could not make ground there after.
Race 2	J P Print, Petone C1 - C1 - 457	BIG TIME ROCKET (1) - racing handy on the inner to the bend when severely tightened and checked sideways recovered quickly back in to stride to be handy weakened in the run to the line a veterinary examination found no abnormalities. GOLDSTAR HADLEE (2) - dwelt at the jump checked by fallen runner racing in to the bend was unable to improve to the line. THRILLING NEVE (3) - fav- racing in tight quarters in to the bend when pushed in to the side of BIG TIME ROCKET and fell she recovered to her paws to finish on to the lure a veterinary examination found mild bruising over right hip & thigh. HERE'S HEMI (4) - raced wide to the bend then ran wider when having to check outwards to avoid a falling runner finishing towards the rear at the line. BIG LEAGUE DIVA (5) - severely tightened from her outer being forced in on to runners to her inner racing in to the bend came back off heels losing momentum and some ground. PLAN STAN (6) - angled across in to the bend severely tightening several runners to his inner for some strides. GRUNTY MAMA (7) - racing in to tight quarters in to the bend when checked as runner to her outer fell she recovered good ground to the line.
Race 3	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C1/C2 - C1/2 - 457	BIGTIME TANK (1) - led out started drifting back through the field around the bend finishing in the rear at the line a veterinary examination found toe injuries to the right fore. WOMAN NO CRY (2) - slow away hampered for a stride or so when dictated inwards an checked then angled out over heels in to the bend racing wide was unable to improve there after. THRILLING BAXTER (4) - fav- soon after the start angled across hampering WOMAN NO CRY to her inner for a few strides. THOMAS WILLIAM (9/8) - hampered and lost some ground racing in to the bend when clearing heels.
Race 4	Paul Claridge Electrical C3/C4 - C3/4 - 457	BROKE BRAD (3) - bumped with MEANDERING soon after the start then with BIG TIME ANTON improved around runners across the top bend chased leader hard to the line. MEANDERING (4) - bumped and jostled soon after the start going back to a clear last in the running appeared uncomfortable in his action around the bend improved on to the back of the field in the run to the line a veterinary examination found a right deltoid muscle injury. BIG TIME ANTON (7) - angled across from the start coming together and bumping with BROKE BAD for a couple of strides.
Race 5	Doug Bradley Painters C4 - C4 - 457	THRILLING MORRIS (1) - fav- bumped and jostled for some distance in the run to the bend then came back off heels losing several lengths tightened and came back from between runners across the top bend was unable to make ground there after. BIGTIME LEVI (2) - severely tightened and checked back in to the bend losing momentum recovered ground in the run across the top bend made ground latter stages to the line. ELECTRICAL STORM (6) - racing to the bend was clipped from behind then pressured inwards on to heels and was checked as BIG TIME HARLEY went in to his shoulder ELECTRICAL STORM was able to keep his momentum and ground finishing close up at the line. BIG TIME HARLEY (8) - improving to the bend attempted to angle inwards catching the heels of BIG TIME KOBE and in to the shoulder of ELECTRICAL STORM and fell he recovered to his paws to finish on to the lure a veterinary examination found a right hip support injury
Race 6	Kernow Construction C5 - C5 - 457	BIG TIME BRIE (2) - fav- led out crossed by BIG TIME VEGAS and hampered for a stride or so racing in to the bend finished beat in the latter stages. DIDDILEE (3) - soon after the start was hampered for some strides when pressured inwards from his outer then checked and lost ground racing in to the bend could not make ground there after to the line. BIGTIME BRODY (4) - racing from the start was tightened and jostled between runners for some distance was them bumped being unbalanced going making contact with the rail losing ground finishing in the rear at the line a veterinary examination found no abnormalities. BIGTIME ARCHIE (5) - soon after the start was tightened and jostled between runners for some distance then angled across catching heels checking losing momentum in to the bend made some ground along the inner to the line. EMGRAND PARK (7) - angled across soon after the start bumped with runner to his inner angled across on to heels racing in to the bend losing momentum and ground was unable to get back in to contention.
Race 7	Creative Catering Distance C2 - C2d - 660	THRILLING NINA (1) - fav- dwelt slightly tightened and checked in to the first turn going back to the rear made good ground around runners in to the far and to the line. KAMADA PARK (5) - led out clear in to the lead in the running held on in the run to the line Stewards questioned Trainer A Turnwald in to the turn around in form today after last weeks run where after a poor start the dog was never in contention in the running-a much better start today and the dog was able to race to an early lead and led by a good margin for the majority of the race which he has done so in the past.
Race 8	Steve 'The Auctioneer Davis' C4/C5 - C4/5 - 410	ALLEGRO WILL (1) - racing in tight quarters early stages angled outwards over heels then back inwards racing in to the bend running on to and checking back off heels losing momentum then checked again as he angled outwards on to heels on the top bend finishing towards the rear at the line. ALLEGRO CURTIS (2) - hampered for some strides when racing in tight quarters in to the bend. BIG TIME GWYN (3) - hampered for some strides in the run to the bend when racing in tight quarters. BIG TIME AMIE (4) - racing to the bend caused herself to be checked as she attempted to angle out wide raced widest there after covering a fair amount of extra ground to the line. BIG TIME JONIE (7) - began awkwardly for a stride soon after jostled between runners as BIG TIME AMIE pushed outwards raced wide and handy around the bend could not quicken in the run to the line.
Race 9	Happy 40th David C4 - C4 - 410	BIG TIME ANGEL ran a new track record of 22.98 bettering the old record of 22.99. ALLEGRO LEXXI (1) - bumped soon after the start then tightened for some distance in the run to the bend BIGTIME PEARL (4) - improving in to the inner on the home turn and was checked losing momentum and ground as BIGTIME KISS angled in across her line and finished in to 4th placing at the line. BIGTIME BEE (6) - soon after the start was tightened and checked back from between runners settled back checked out off heels in to the bend then angled down towards the rail finishing towards the rear at the line. BIGTIME KISS (8) - making ground on the turn and angled in across the face of BIGTIME PEARL checking this runner. BIG TIME LEBRON (9/3) - went up with the lids forced to check abruptly wide over heels in to the bend was able angle in saving some ground in the run to the home turn finishing in the midfield at the line. TOCA MADERA (10/2) - bumped and jostled for some strides in the run to the bend settled midfield becoming uncoordinated in his galloping action drifting back through the field finishing on to the lure a veterinary examination found a right hind gracilis muscle injury.
Race 10	PNGRC Sectional Times @ pngreyhounds.kiwi C3 - C3 - 410	GIRAFFE CLUB (4) - came back off heels in to the bend losing momentum and ground was unable to improve to the line. BIGTIME BANJO (5) - clear leader but raced wide covering extra ground run down on the line. SUB TWENTY THREE (6) - began awkwardly for a stride settled back in the early stages was able to make good ground along the inner to finish on best in the run to the line. SILENT DISMISSAL (7) - fav- only fairly away settled back attempted to make ground wide in to the bend slight contact hind quarters racing on to the top bend was unable to get in to contention there after.
Race 11	Sons On Pitches Cricket C2 - C2 - 410	MOTHER'S TOUCH (1) - improving out across heels coming together with BIG TIME SPOT turning losing momentum and several lengths. DYNAMITE DANGER (8) - settled back ran on to heels and checked inwards racing in to the bend was able to make ground along the inner to the line SPRING FOX (9/7) - bumped and jostled for some strides in the run to the bend checked and came back off heels racing on to the top bend unable to improve there after. BIG TIME SPOT (10/4) - fav- bumped soon after the start hampered when racing between runners for some strides in to the bend dictated widest around the bend bumped and checked losing some momentum racing in to the home straight losing a few lengths unable to make ground to the line.
Race 12	Greyhound As Pets C1 - C1 - 410	TRIPLE WHAT (1) - dwelt slightly settled midfield tightened and contacted the rail in to the bend losing momentum and ground hampered again on the top bend made very good ground in the latter stages to the line a veterinary examination found no abnormalities. YASAWA LIGHTS (4) - dwelt and was slow away then angled out wide improving around runners towards the leaders challenged for the lead on the home turn angling in on to the shoulder of ALLEGRO RORY both runners being checked once balanced up ran on to the line. ALLEGRO RORY (5) - lead to the home turn where he was checked as YASAWA LIGHTS angled in on to his shoulder he recovered quickly in to stride to finish close up at the line. BIG TIME DUSTY (7) - soon after the start was checked as BIG TIME QUEEN cut in across her line and went back on to YASAWA LIGHTS for a stride checked in to the bend as YASAWA LIGHTS improved past and angled inwards losing some ground was unable to improve there after. BIG TIME QUEEN (8) - fav- jumped away well looked to angle across and was clipped from behind in the run to the bend raced handy was clipped from behind on the top bend weakened in the run to the line. BORN FAB (9/3) - jumped well raced handy in to the bend where he was checked and went back off heels losing ground angled outwards in to clear room in to the home straight made good ground in the latter stages to the line.
