WATERLOO PINK (2) - impinged WEBBER COME at the start when attempting to move up the track. Jostled, briefly, with WEBBER COME through the back straight. WEBBER COME (3) - impinged at the start, becoming momentarily unbalanced and checking OPAL NORA. Jostled, briefly, with WATERLOO PINK through the back straight. MORNING SUN (4) - slow away. OPAL NORA (5) - checked at the start, and failed to get back into contention thereafter. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed no injuries. GOTCHA MARSHALL (6) - down 1.9 kg on it's previous race start, outside the 28 days. Began awkwardly. MOTHER'S TOUCH (7) - coursed wide through the home straight.
Race 2	Quality Inn Collegiate, Wanganui C1 - C1 - 305	ALLEGRO ELLA (1) - slow away. Gained an impeded run when attempting to make ground nearing the bend. Bumped SLAM IT entering the home straight. Jostled with SLAM IT nearing the winning post. PUNCH ON RUBY (2) - brushed LUCY LINGERS at the start. ALWAYS DIZZY (3) - began awkwardly. Bumped shortly after the start. LIMPY JACKSON (5) - brushed HOMEBUSH KEASHA at the start. Coursed wide shortly after the start, impeding HOMEBUSH KEASHA and forcing that runner to race wide through the back straight. Bumped HOMEBUSH KEASHA on the point of the bend. SLAM IT (7) - bumped ALWAYS DIZZY shortly after the start. Bumped entering the home straight. Jostled with ALLEGRO ELLA nearing the winning post. HOMEBUSH KEASHA (9/6) - brushed LIMPY JACKSTON at the start. Impeded shortly after the start and obliged to race wide through the back straight. Bumped on the point of the bend.
Race 3	Wanganui Toyota C1 520m Final - C1f - 520	GRUNTY MAMA (3) - boxed first. BIG TIME ANGEL (4) - bumped nearing the winning post. COSSIE COOPER (5) - impeded shortly after the start, before moving up the track and bumping JAY MIKE. YOUNG DUMB BROKE (6) - impeded COSSIE COOPER shortly after the start when crossing towards the rail. Coursed wide through the back straight. Bumped BIG TIME ANGEL nearing the winning post when attempting to gain racing room between runners. JAY MIKE (7) - bumped shortly after the start. ZIPPING ROMEO (8) - coursed wide through the back straight.
Race 4	Adept Accountants C2/C3 - C2/3 - 305	BIGTIME CHRIS (1) - slow away. Checked off heels entering the bend, moving up the track and losing momentum as a result. BARBAROSSA BOY (6) - brushed MR. POSTMAN at the start. Impinged the running line of MR. POSTMAN entering the bend. MR. POSTMAN (7) - brushed BARBAROSSA BOY at the start. Had running line impinged entering the bend, losing momentum.
Race 5	Laser Plumbing C2/C3 - C2/3 - 305	GO ASH (1) - tightened entering the bend, needing to check off heels becoming unbalanced and stumbling as a result. Contacted CAWBOURNE MOSS from behind nearing the home straight. Bumped CAWBOURNE MOSS on several occasions entering the home straight. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed pain and inflammation of right satorius. ARTHUR'S CROWN (3) - tightened entering the bend, losing ground as a result. Bumped CAWBOURNE MOSS on the point of the bend. BIG TIME TATUM (4) - went up with the lids. BIGTIME JAMIE (5) - bumped then tightened nearing the bend, needing to check off heels as a result. Coursed wide through the bend and home straight. CAWBOURNE MOSS (6) - bumped on the point of the bend. Contacted from behind nearing the home straight. Bumped on several occasions entering the home straight. THUNDERATION (7) - tightened ARTHUR'S CROWN entering the bend. SUB TWENTY THREE (8) - bumped then tightened BIGTIME JAMIE nearing the bend.
Race 6	Palamountains Scientific Nutrition C2/C3 - C2/3 - 520	BIG TIME BRIE (2) - brushed KONGS OUT AGAIN at the start. KONGS OUT AGAIN (3) - brushed BIG TIME BRIE at the start. Bumped ALLEGRO CURTIS on the point of the first bend. Moved up the track nearing the back straight impeding the running line of ALLEGRO CURTIS. ALLEGRO CURTIS (4) - bumped on the point of the first bend. Had running line impeded nearing the back straight. Checked entering the back straight. Tightened nearing the home straight. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed no injuries. GO GLOW (5) - began awkwardly. Squeezed ALLEN MACK at the start. Squeezed between runners nearing the first bend. Tightened entering the first bend. Tightened ALLEGRO CURTIS nearing the home straight. ALLEN MACK (6) - squeezed between runners at the start, losing momentum. SKINNY BINNY (7) - tightened at the start, in turn squeezed ALLEN MACK. Squeezed GO GLOW nearing the first bend. Tightened GO GLOW entering the first bend. Race 7	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C4 - C4 - 305	DOOMSDAY (1) - bumped BIGTIME SHEER shortly after the start. BIGTIME SHEER (2) - bumped from behind at the start. Bumped shortly after the start. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend, needing to move up the track to gain clear room, however placed CRIMINAL JUSTICE in restricted room as a result. Coursed wide through the early stages of the home straight. ALLEGRO LEXXI (3) - brushed BIG TIME CHANCE at the start. Contacted IDOL STEFFIE entering the home straight. CRIMINAL JUSTICE (5) - placed in restricted room entering the bend, falling as a result. Regained her feet and completed the event with a post race veterinary examination being carried out which revealed general muscle pain on the right side. IDOL STEFFIE (6) - inconvenienced IDOL DUKE at the start when moving up the track. Bumped entering the home straight. IDOL DUKE (7) - inconvenienced at the start. RUNNING FREER (9/8) - inconvenienced by fallen runner entering the bend, momentarily racing wide and losing ground. BIG TIME CHANCE (10/4) - brushed ALLEGRO LEXXI at the start.
Race 8	Aon Insurance C5 - C5 - 305	IDOL PATCHES late scratching prior to parading on vets advice when appearing to be unwell. Stewards will follow up with trainer M Flipp in the coming days on the Greyhound's recovery. SEDGEBROOK LOVER (1) - slow away. Bumped shortly after the start. Tightened nearing the bend, appearing to contact the rail. Coursed wide through the home straight. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed pain in right pectoral muscle. SIR DUGGIE (2) - slow away. Bumped SEDGEBROOK LOVER shortly after the start. Placed in restricted room nearing the bend, becoming unbalanced and losing momentum. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed no injuries. HIP HOP RAPPER (4) - placed SIR DUGGIE in restricted room nearing the bend, then tightened SEDGEBROOK LOVER.
