Judicial report: 1) Handler P Norris and Kennel Steward A Bagley were both cautioned after the incorrect race rug was placed on CRUSHINGTON prior to Race 5 with this being rectified at the completion of the stirups.

2) Handler M Seque was a issued cautioned after inadvertently placing MITCHAM USAIN in the wrong box prior to Race 8 causing a slight delay while this was rectified. .

Race 5	St Kilda Veterinary Centre Sprint - C1 - 310	GOLDSTAR REBEL (3) - checked and forced wide rounding the bend. SOZIN'S BLUE (5) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend losing ground. GOLDSTAR BEAU (6) - checked from behind entering the bend losing considerable ground. BOUND UP (8) - awkwardly positioned on heels rounding the bend.
Race 6	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Stakes - C1 - 545	PEPPER CHIMES (J Allen) - was a late scratching at kenneling when found to have mild lameness in a leg. GO DIEGO (1) - hampered and forced wide first bend. HOMEBUSH FONZIE (2) - squeezed early. Shifted up the track entering the first bend hampering outside greyhounds. OPAWA DAN (8) - squeezed for room entering the first bend losing ground.
Race 7	St Kilda Sprint - C1 - 310	GOLDSTAR MONTANA (1) - slow early. Coursed wide rounding the bend. GOLDSTAR WYNTER (5) - jostled with GRACIE LEE in the run to the bend. MICK THE MOUSE (6) - boxed first. GRACIE LEE (7) - jostled with GOLDSTAR WYNTER in the run to the bend.
Race 8	Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Sprint - C2 - 310	RAQUEL ALLEN (1) - began awkwardly. OPAL HUNTER (2) - checked entering the bend. GOLDSTAR FLORA (5) - checked off heels in the run to the bend. Contacted outside runner entering the bend before being checked exiting the bend. M'LADY SADIE (6) - hampered early stages. Placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground. Checked outwards off heels rounding the bend. HOMEBUSH COMET (7) - when questioned in relation to the improved performance, Trainer J McInerney advised the greyhound had benefited from a brief spell, uninterrupted run and recent downgrade. Race 9	OGRC Late Quaddie Stakes - C1/2 - 545	JOE BONANZA (1) - placed in tight quarters rounding the final bend. GOLDSTAR DAWSON (9/4) - slow early stages. Checked off heels exiting the back straight.
Race 10	Forbury Trots Tonight Sprint - C3 - 310	ZEFSIDE (2) - bumped with HOMEBUSH TESAN prior to the bend. MITCHAM PRU (3) - faltered in its gait in the run to the bend losing ground. Continued to lose ground thereafter. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to be lame in its left shoulder and gracilis. HOMEBUSH TESAN (4) - bumped with ZEFSIDE prior to the bend. Checked off heels rounding the bend. HOMEBUSH SAYER (6) - squeezed for racing room early stages.
Race 11	Peter Sinton Plumbing Dash - C4/5 - 310	HOMEBUSH ALEXEI (1) - began awkwardly. HANKENSTEIN (2) - checked in the run to the bend. Wide rounding the bend after shifting off heels.
