Judicial report: SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT:

Otago GRC - 14 January 2020 - Stewards have concluded their investigation into the reason MAX VOLUME (A Bradshaw) was inadvertently left in the fields after being disclosed as a scratching by Ms Bradshaw prior to re entry time therefore necessitating it being declared a late scratching. After speaking with all parties concerned it was established that due to a technical error from the clubs telecommunication provider the message to scratch MAX VOLUME was not received by the intended recipient. Due to this error no party was deemed to have been at fault however a general reminder has been issued to Ms Bradshaw that all scratchings should be notified via the official phone numbers advertised on the meeting schedule in future.
