Race 1	TAB Bonus Back Promotion For Races 1 & 2 C0 - C0 - 410	ALLEGRO LEXXI (4) - ran wide in to and around the bend. BIG TIME KEVIN (5) - went up with the lids settled ahead of midfield appeared to be uncomfortable in his galloping action in the run to the line a veterinary examination found a right fore carpal injury and an abrasion on the left side hock. ARIANA SUNSET (8) - ran wide in to and around the bend.could not make ground in the run to the line.
Race 2	TAB Bonus Back Promotion For Races 1 & 2 C1 - C1 - 410	BIG TIME HARPER (2) - lost ground racing in to the bend made ground along the inner and was hampered nearing the home turn when clipped from behind finished in the midfield at the line. ELOUERA MIST (4) - handy in to the bend angled outwards to race widest thereafter covering a fair amount of extra ground in the running. SUB TWENTY THREE (5) - fav- away fairly hampered when checked in to the bend running wide out off heels angled inwards running on to heels across the top bend could not improve thereafter a veterinary examination found a left pectoral muscle injury BIGTIME ROLL (6) - hampered and checked in to the bend when catching heels losing some momentum soon after came together with LEVEE BANK for a stride or so was unable to improve in the run to the line. LEVEE BANK (10/8) - slowest in to stride raced towards the rear in to the bend hampered slightly on the top bend lost momentum back finishing a margin in the rear at the line a veterinary examination found a right side pectoral muscle injury.
Race 3	"Commentators Day Out" Here March 16th C1 - C1 - 410	DANGEROUS DI (2) - dwelt at the jump tightened in to the bend going back and out over heels soon after was severely checked and almost fell recovered back in to stride having lost all chance from there a veterinary examination found no abnormalities. BIG TIME ABBI (4) - fav- angled wide when leading in to the bend raced widest to the home straight where she ran extremely wide and covered a fair amount of extra ground in the running. SOFTY BURGESS (5) - clipped from behind at the start then bumped with runner to his outer improved to be midfield across the top bend when checking off heels losing ground finishing in the rear at the line a veterinary examination found a left side triceps muscle injury. ALWAYS DIZZY (6) - jumped inwards at the start catching heels and stumbling settled back in to the bend was hampered when checking to avoid heels contacting runner to his outer was unable to make ground thereafter a veterinary examination found a right hip support injury.
Race 4	J P Print, Petone C2 - C2 - 410	MOTHER'S TOUCH (1) - checked when bumped turning in when on the improve. EYE KNO (2) - racing from the start was bumped and jostled for some strides between runners came back off heels in to the bend was unable to improve in the run to the line. BIG TIME MAY (3) - began awkwardly for a stride was then tightened and buffeted between runners for some strides tightened and checked in to the bend losing momentum as she ran widest attempted to improve around runners nearing the home turn when bumped on the point of the home turn losing momentum when balanced up tried to make ground to the line. ZIPPING ROMEO (4) - went up as the lids lifted and was last in to stride angled out racing wide around the bend angled wider in the latter stages of the run to the line a veterinary examination found left gracilis & right side tendon bruising. BIG TIME PLUTO (7) - checked in to the home straight.
Race 5	James Van der Maat (Aus) Calling Here March 16th C3 - C3 - 410	JOHNY MOWHAWK (1) - began awkwardly for a stride or so being slow in to stride improved rapidly along the inner in to the bend where he ran on to heels and checked losing momentum was unable to get back in to contention. THRILLING MASSEY (6) - clipped from behind on the top bend made ground in the run to the line on returning to the wash bay was found on examination by the vet to have suffered a spike wound. ALL BLACK STAR (9/7) - raced handy when clipped from behind racing on to the top bend and lost momentum was unable to get back in to contention a veterinary examination found no abnormalities. MAGIC FLYNN (10/2) - handy to the bend when tightened and checked going back towards the rear and was further hampered as runners came back racing on to the top bend.
Race 6	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C4 - C4 - 410	GIRAFFE CLUB (1) - tightened in to making contact with the rail in to the bend and came back off heels losing momentum and ground finishing in the rear at the line a veterinary examination found a left side pectoral muscle injury. ELECTRICAL STORM (2) - racing to the bend was tightened when dictated inwards on to runner to his inner made strong ground in the run to the line. BIGTIME BEE (3) - crowded in the run to the bend tightening in on to runners to her inner for several strides. BIGTIME MOLLY (8) - forced to race wide in to the bend losing ground was unable to make ground in the run to the line. BIGTIME BRET (9/6) - went up with the lids and was last in to stride improved wide around runners in to the bend finished on in the run to the line.
Race 7	Kernow Construction Terminating Pick 6 C5 - C5 - 410	BIGTIME EMJAY (1) - away well soon after was bumped and tightened losing some ground racing in to the bend settled handy in the run across the top bend could not make ground in the run to the line. TROPHY TROPHY (2) - in the run to the bend was bumped and went outwards abruptly contacting BIGTIME STELLA soon after checked back off heels racing in to the bend ran out and lost ground on the home turn made good ground to the line in the latter stages. BIG TIME DYNASTY (4) - went up with the lids settled back soon after was checked when bumped and went sideways losing momentum and ground racing in to the bend was unable to get back in to contention thereafter. BIGTIME STELLA (5) - began awkwardly for a stride or so bumped and checked losing momentum and ground racing in to the bend was unable to improve thereafter. BIGTIME KISS (6) - fav- dwelt and was slow in to stride settled midfield towards the outer shuffled back from between runners nearing the home turn could not make ground in the run to the line. FUNKY FACTS (7) - raced widest in to and around the bend to the line covering a fair amount of extra ground in the running.
Race 8	Paul Claridge Electrical C1 - C1 - 457	PENNY MOWHAWK (3) - checked soon after the start ran on to heels as a runner came back racing on to the top bend was jostled in the latter stages of the run to the line when out of contention. BIG TIME CHAD (5) - stood when the lids lifted missing the start by several lengths he made good ground thereafter finishing strongly in the run to the line . BIG TIME MAC (6) - checked and caught heels soon after the start ran on to heels and checked racing in to the bend and ran on to heels again soon after losing momentum and ground came together and jostled with PENNY MOWHAWK for some strides in the run to the line when out of contention. LADY JELLYBEAN (10/4) - hampered when bumped racing in to the bend checked again racing on to the top bend racing extremely wide thereafter finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company C1 - C1 - 457	This race was started 4 minutes over start time due to TUFF MR TEE having to undergo a pre race veterinary examination the dog was cleared to start. DIAMOND GEEZER (1) - away well soon after angled out across heels bumping BIG TIME EDEN losing ground in to the bend and was unable to make ground thereafter. BROKE BRAD (2) - contacted racing from the start soon after was tightened and checked back from between runners angled outwards between runners in to the bend racing wide thereafter.making good ground to the line ALLEGRO CURTIS (3) - fav- angled inwards from the jump bumping with runner to his inner for a few strides. BIG TIME EDEN (4) - went up with the lids settled back hampered when clearing heels in to the bend caught heels and checked across the top bend losing momentum and was unable to get back in to contention. THOMAS WILLIAM (5) - soon after the start he ducked in across heels and was checked when contacted on his outer running in to the inenr made some ground across the top bend could not finish on in the run to the line. TUFF MR. TEE (6) - crowded and hampered for a couple of strides racing in to the bend ran widest on to the top bend angled inwards soon after could not make ground in the run to the line.
Race 10	Total Bodyshop Supplies C3 - C3 - 457	This race started 3 minutes late after being unable to make up time from the previous race. GAZZA'S GIRL (4) - angled out widest in to the bend racing widest thereafter covering a fair amount of extra ground as per her usual racing style making good ground to the line. SIMPLY SMOOTH (5) - checked in the run to the bend when crossed by BIGTIME FOREST improved along the inner in to midfield made some ground in the run to the line. BIGTIME FOREST (6) - angled across the face of SIMPLY SMOOTH checking this runner racing to the bend then contacted runner to his inner racing in to the bend was checked and forced wide across the top bend was unable to make ground in the run to the line. BIG TIME RHINO (7) - tightened in to making contact with the rail and checked racing in to the bend weakened out in the latter stages to finish in last placing at the line a veterinary examination found an abrasion to p5 near hind.
Race 11	City of Palmerston North Golden Chase Here March 27th C4/C5 - C4/5 - 457	ASK KING JEFF (1) - checked out over heels to race wide in to the bend made good ground wide around runners to the home turn and made good ground in the latter stages to the line. BIGTIME LEVI (5) - led out soon after was clipped from behind and unbalanced for a couple of strides racing in to the bend he was crowded and checked contacting hindquarters ran on to heels and checked again across the top bend losing all chance thereafter a veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. MELITA VELLA (6) - attempted to angle across the face of BIGTIME LEVI in to the bend and was contacted in the hindquarters and unbalanced for a stride or so CHEESEBALL (7) - awkwardly away and was last in to stride settled back made ground between runners on to the top bend checked soon after losing momentum battled in the run to the line. BIGTIME ANNIE (8) - bumped and kept wide in to and around the bend to the home straight was effort told in the run to the line.
Race 12	Tony Lee Calling Here March 16th C1/C2 - C1/2 - 457	MY KHLOE (1) - soon after the start went to angle outwards was contacted and unbalanced for a stride or so CAVATATE (2) - angled outwards soon after the start losing some ground angled inwards and was was checked when tightening runners to his inner battled in the run to the line. BIG TIME ODETTE (4) - fav- angled across in behind runners soon after the start and was bumped then checked off heels contacting the rail and again soon after losing momentum and ground was unable to get in to contention thereafter a veterinary examination found a left side pectoral injury BIG TIME FRANKIE (5) - angled across from the jump then straightened made ground along the inner across the top bend could not make ground in the run to the line. BLACK MAGS (9/3) - away last angled across and improved along the inner and was checked going back on to runner to her inner and jostled with BIG TIME ODETTE for some strides ran wide in to the bend angled inwards nearing the home turn when out of contention.
