Judicial report: 1). Trainers S & B Evans were fined $300.00 (2nd and 3rd offences) after presenting firstly GOLDSTAR POWER 1.7.kgs under its last race weight on 16 December and secondly GOLDSTAR REBEL 1.8 kgs under its last race weight on 16 December.

MAKING NEWS (3) - ran inwards final bend contacting BYE BYE PUNTER. OHOKA MEGAN (4) - pushed down track early stages. Ran wide back straight. OPAWA NASH (5) - had heels clipped by CARLOS first bend then checked outwards off heels of BYE BYE PUNTER and ran wide in consequence. CARLOS (6) - ran inwards early stages pushing OHOKA MEGAN, STYLISH STEPPER and DUKE OF ARGYLL down the track. Got on heels of OPAWA NASH into first bend losing ground. BYE BYE PUNTER (7) - was checked and turned sideways by OPAWA NASH first bend. Contacted by MAKING NEWS final bend after that runner angled inwards. MY BENTLEY (8) - tightened leaving back straight dropping to a clear last. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury.
Race 3	Swimming Goat @ Stud Sprint - C0 - 295	WHITE ROXY (1) - ran outwards home turn brushing with YAPPY YAP. YAPPY YAP (2) - ran outwards early stages hampering SEA SPRAY BERT. Brushed with WHITE ROXY home turn after that runner had shifted outwards. KING THEODEN (3) - very slow to jump. Checked outwards off heels of HOMEBUSH STASSER on bend losing ground. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. HOMEBUSH BEDE (4) - got on hind quarters of SEA SPRAY BERT on bend losing ground. SEA SPRAY BERT (5) - hampered for a stride by YAPPY YAP in back straight. Badly dragged down by HOMEBUSH BEDE into bend losing chance. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. HOMEBUSH STASSER (6) - had heels clipped on bend. HORSE RANGE OPAL (7) - slow to jump. Ran very wide around bend.

OPAWA ROD (7) - jumped inwards at dispatch losing ground. Pushed down the track into first bend by HAZE ADAMS. Pushed wide first bend. HAZE ADAMS (8) - ran inwards into first bend pushing OPAWA ROD down the track. Pushed wide first bend.
Race 5	Crate & Barrel Hotel Dash - C0 - 295	BLUSHING PETE (1) - checked from behind early in run home losing momentum. Assessed by vet and found to have a grazed pad. MITCHAM TODDY (2) - slow in early stages. Contacted SEA SPRAY ASH back straight. Ran inwards home turn tightening HOMEBUSH BOMBER. IMPRESSIVE MOOD (3) - contacted by HOMEBUSH BOMBER back straight. Ran wide home turn. HOMEBUSH BOMBER (4) - ran inwards back straight contacting IMPRESSIVE MOOD. Tightened by MITCHAM TODDY home turn then badly checked by GINGER CRACKER losing chance.
