After viewing footage where MISS SWEAT PEA appeared to shift out it was clear this runner was awkwardly placed and had already commenced shifting across hindquarters becoming unbalanced contacting SMASH BURTON prior with the bird having no affect on the outcome of this event. JUST NIA (1) - inconvenienced first turn. BOTANY ESMAY (2) - inconvenienced making contact entering the first turn. MISS SWEET PEA (3) - tightened making contact for a distance entering the first turn losing ground. Checked final bend shifting out abruptly off heels making solid contact becoming unbalanced. PLATINUM SPIRIT (5) - bumped start. Gave ground concluding stages. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. GO FALCON (6) - bumped several occasions after the start. ZIPPING ROMEO (7) - bumped several occasions after the start. Inconvenienced entering the final straight. SMASH BURTON (8) - bumped start. Inconvenienced first turn shifting wider.
