Judicial report: Supplementary: Trainer L Cole was issued with an official warning when not adhering to the GRNZ dress code at Palmerston North GRC on Monday 11 November 2019.

1) Trainer L Cole presented BIGTIME ROD (race 9) down 1.6 kg from his previous race weight on 15 November 2019. This being the kennels third offence within 120 days, however Stewards exercised discretion pursuant with Rule 66.5e and issued a Minor Infringement Notice with a $150 fine being imposed.
