Race 2	Garrard's Horse And Hound Sprint - C4 - 295	SMASH GRENADE (M Grant) was a late scratching at kenneling when found to be in season. Stewards withheld authorisation of placings until it was established that no runner appeared to be substantially inconvenienced by a bird that was on the track as the field approached the bend. ARCHIE JOHN HILL (3) - ran outwards early stages and then turned when contacted by outside runner. FICKLE MISTRESS (4) - raced wide home turn. FLEUR DIOR (5) - ran inwards and contacted inside runner early stages. ELODEA (7) - pushed wide back straight. JADED AFFAIR (8) - pushed wide back straight. Checked off inside runner into bend becoming unbalanced.

SMASH OVER (3) - pushed outwards home turn. JUST IZZY (4) - contacted by outside runner early stages. Again contacted by outside runner concluding stages. LITTLE KRAKATOA (5) - contacted inside runner early stages losing ground. Ran outwards into bend contacting outside runners. PUNCH ON JESSIE (6) - badly checked into bend dropping to rear. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. GOLDSTAR JAY JAY (7) - tightened into bend losing ground. BROKEN PENNILESS (8) - ran inwards into bend tightening inside runners.

Forced very wide home turn becoming unbalanced. OPAWA NAT (4) - raced wide through the back straight. HOMEBUSH SAYER (5) - had heels clipped final bend losing momentum. GOLDSTAR YANKEE (7) - slow to jump. Got on heels final bend shifting outwards and losing ground. HOMEBUSH HOTSHOT (9/6) - slow to jump. BALDRICK (10/1) - contacted by outside runner early stages.

GO GUNNA (3) - contacted inside runner early stages then ran outwards in back straight checking outside runner. Ran very wide home straight. RAPTOR ATTACK (4) - ran outwards through the back straight and around the bend. GOLDSTAR HALSEY (5) - pushed down track early stages losing ground. KING KALI (6) - slow to jump then ran sharply inwards early stages. JAX JEWEL (7) - checked by inside runner back straight.

SOZIN'S NOIR (5) - forced down track in back straight losing ground. DYNA ELLIOT (6) - tightened home turn losing ground. KNOW SCRUTINY (7) - ran inwards home turn tightening inside runner. GOLDSTAR LIBERTY (8) - ran wide home turn.

KETCHIKAN KIM (3) - tightened by inside runner early stages. Again tightened into bend losing ground. NIPPA MARTINO (4) - tightened early stages dropping to rear. Raced very wide around bend. HANKENSTEIN (5) - ran inwards early stages. Ran wide home turn. JINJA ELLIE (6) - contacted inside runner on bend for a stride becoming unbalanced. Angled inwards home turn contacting inside runner simultaneously to that runner running outwards.
Race 8	Spectator's Bar & Bistro Dash - C2/3 - 295	CAWBOURNE BRITTY (2) - attempted to run outwards back straight tightening outside runner. Ran wide home turn. KNOW SWEAT (3) - tightened in back straight losing ground. Assessed by vet and found to have a laceration to a dewclaw. AMURI GEORGE (4) - pushed outwards into bend losing momentum. BLACK TORI (5) - badly tightened into bend losing ground then badly checked from behind losing chance. CALL ME FLO (6) - badly held up into bend losing momentum. ENCHANTEE (7) - stumbled on jumping and settled a clear last. Unable to avoid checked runner into bend and was badly checked losing chance. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. OPAWA OSCAR (8) - ran inwards into bend causing tightening to inside runners. Badly checked into bend and lost chance.
Race 9	Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes - C3 - 520	MAX DANCER (1) - tightened by outside runner into first bend. OPAWA SWEET (2) - angled inwards in run to first bend. KNOW THREAT (4) - very slow to jump. UTHOR BALE (5) - pushed wide back straight. OUR ANNA (6) - ran wide back straight. JOE BONANZA (7) - raced wide first bend.
Race 10	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C4/5 - 520	EGOMANIACAL (1) - checked by outside runner leaving back straight losing momentum. OPAWA ROOSTER (2) - collided with outside runner early stages.
