Judicial report: 1) BIG TIME KENNY (race 4 #4) late scratching at kenneling on veterinary advice.
2) DANGEROUS DI (L Dunkerton) re-presented after being a late scratching on 23 October and found to be no longer in season with the stand down rescinded.
3) Trainer L Pearce was issued with an official warning pursuant with Rule 44.8 for non-presentation of registration papers for her runners today.

BIGTIME JASPER (2) - very slow to begin, and never in contention thereafter. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed lameness in right hind leg. TYNECASTLE FLYER (3) - slow away. Bumped runner to its inside nearing the winning post. FINAL STRAW (4) - inconvenienced shortly after the start. Checked runner to its outside on the point of the bend. Raced wide through the home straight. LEGER'S MAGIC (5) - bumped runner to its outside nearing the winning post, losing momentum. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed no injuries. HOMEBUSH MAXI (7) - brushed runner to its outside entering the bend.
