Judicial report: SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT :- Christchurch GRC - 22 October 2019 - Trainer L Waretini advised that JEALOUS AFFAIR (hip support) and PLATONIC AFFAIR (sesamoids) were found to be suffering from injuries after racing at Addington on Tuesday.~~

JUDICIAL REPORT:-

1). SELECT TRICK (C Weir) - completed a satisfactory trial and is now permitted to be nominated to race. ~~

2) Trainer L Waretini advised that OHOKA CLARE which was a scratching from Race 8 has been retired from racing.~~

Race 2	Durasteel Structures Ph 033796195 Sprint - C3/4 - 295	BILLY FROST (1) - jostled with NANGAR WARRIOR prior to the bend.Checked when placed in restricted room entering the bend shifting up the track and inconveniencing NELSO ALLEN. NANGAR WARRIOR (2) - jostled with BILLY FROST prior to the bend before being clipped from behind entering the bend. NELSO ALLEN (3) - bumped with FIDGETY FEET early stages. Checked and forced up the track hampering BLACK ROUNDER which raced wide in consequence. FIDGETY FEET (4) - squeezed for racing room early stages after bumping with NELSO ALLEN. Again squeezed for room briefly when rounding the bend. BLACK ROUNDER (6) - hampered and forced to race wide rounding the bend.
Race 3	Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C3 - 295	KNOW HASSLE (3) - awkwardly positioned on heels rounding the bend having to check outwards and up the track. LIGHTNING CRASH (6) - checked early stages. Referred to the Veterinarian after being found to be lame at the Lure where it was reported to have hyperextended its hock. SMASH CALLING (7) - squeezed and severely checked losing ground shortly after jumping. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. DYNA LENNY (8) - came down the track early stages hampering the running line of inside runners. Bumped with CAWBOURNE CRUZ shortly after entering the home straight. CAWBOURNE CRUZ (9/5) - bumped with DYNA LENNY shortly after entering the home straight.
Race 4	Flair Sprint - C3/4 - 295	MAN OF LETTERS (1) - hampered rounding the bend. TAIERI TERRA (3) - jostled with SHAW LEE early stages. Squeezed for room prior to the bend losing ground. SHAW LEE (4) - jostled with TAIERI TERRA early stages. Bumped with SMASH GRENADE prior to the bend. Awkwardly placed to the outside of runners rounding the bend losing momentum. LOCO LOLA (5) - checked from behind prior to the bend losing ground. SMASH GRENADE (6) - checked outwards off heels prior to the bend after bumping with SHAW LEE. RING CLOWN (8) - climbed on heels prior to the bend.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C5 - 295	MEMOIR (2) - checked from behind early stages losing ground. TREVILLE (4) - boxed first. Squeezed for racing room early stages climbing on heels as a result. PITA RAMOS (6) - squeezed for room early stages shifting up the track and losing ground. DISOBEDIENCE (7) - squeezed for racing room rounding the bend losing ground.
Race 6	Amber Cleaning Services Sprint - C3 - 295	KNOW SWEAT (1) - hampered and turned inwards by ENCHANTEE in the run to the bend. ENCHANTEE (2) - boxed first. Squeezed for room in the run to the bend hampering KNOW SWEAT as a consequence. Checked and lost ground rounding the bend hampering COME A GUSTER as a result. COME A GUSTER (3) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend losing ground. Checked rounding the bend losing its chance. KALONGA (4) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend losing ground. SOZIN'S EMPIRE (5) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend losing ground. Checked rounding the bend losing its chance. HOMEBUSH SAYER (6) - hampered and lost momentum when entering the bend. Awkwardly placed on heels and had to check outwards rounding the bend checking ENCHANTEE as a consequence.
Race 7	Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes - C2 - 520	OPAWA MASON (5) - collided with GOLDSTAR ALASKA early stages. Bumped with CLASSY WITCH rounding the first bend. Hampered entering the final bend. GOLDSTAR ALASKA (7) - collided with OPAWA MASON early stages. Squeezed for racing room entering the first bend. NEPTUNE ALLEN (8) - hampered entering the first bend. Hampered again entering the final bend. CLASSY WITCH (9/6) - checked inwards off heels early stages. Bumped with OPAWA MASON rounding the first bend. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the final bend losing momentum and inconveniencing trailing greyhounds.
Race 8	Spectator's Bar & Bistro Dash - C5 - 295	CULVIE NESS (1) - lost ground when awkwardly positioned to the inside of PLATINUM PAISLEY entering the bend. Checked and turned inwards when exiting the bend. WILDEBEEST (2) - jostled with PLATINUM PAISLEY in the run to the bend before being placed in restricted room having to check outwards and lose ground entering the bend. COLBERT (3) - contacted from the outside early stages before being squeezed for racing room and being obliged to check outwards off heels. Awkwardly placed on heels exiting the bend. PLATINUM PAISLEY (4) - collided with COLBERT early stages. Jostled with WILDEBEEST in the run to the bend before losing ground when placed in restricted room.
Race 9	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C3 - 520	GO GLOW (5) - jostled with GOLDSTAR ASHTON in the run to the first bend. GOLDSTAR ASHTON (6) - jostled with GO GLOW in the run to the first bend. KNOW EQUAL (9/3) - boxed first. Slow early. Awkwardly placed entering the bend having to steady and shift outwards off heels as a consequence. Raced wide first bend.
Race 10	Christchurch Casino NZ Greyhound Cup Prelude - C5 - 520	OPAWA MAY (1) - checked outwards off heels rounding the final bend bumping with KNOW REFUSAL. Jostled with DYNA VARSITY exiting the final bend. EGOMANIACAL (2) - bumped with OPAWA DEAL early stages. Shifted out late in the run home inconveniencing BAHAMA QUEEN. OPAWA DEAL (3) - bumped with EGOMANIACAL early stages. Squeezed for room entering the bend losing ground. BAHAMA QUEEN (4) - Hampered late in the run home before being dragged down short of the finish post. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. KNOW REFUSAL (5) - awkwardly placed behind runners entering the bend bumping with EGOMANIACAL. Ran wide first bend as a result. Bumped from the inside rounding the final bend. Climbed on heels late in the run home. START THE SHOW (6) - squeezed for room entering the bend losing ground. DYNA DAVE (7) - squeezed for room entering the bend losing ground. DYNA VARSITY (8) - jostled with OPAWA MAY exiting the final bend.

Awkwardly placed to the inside of AMURI GEORGE rounding the bend checking off heels and bumping with DYNA ELLIOT. DYNA ELLIOT (2) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend and lost momentum. Bumped from the inside rounding the bend. AMURI GEORGE (5) - checked in off heels rounding the bend hampering FOREHAND RAID. RAPTOR ATTACK (8) - lost momentum briefly rounding the bend when placed on heels.
