Judicial report: 1) TUFF KNIGHT (race 12 #1) scratched with no penalty due to trainer being ill.
2) Trainer L Cole was issued with a Minor Infringement Notice for being late to kennel BIG TIME NASH (race 2) with a $50 fine being imposed.
3) QUEEN KONG (J McInerney) was re-presented and found to be no longer in season after being late scratched on Friday 18 October. Stand down is rescinded.
