Judicial report: 1) JINJA TED (M Gowan) completed a satisfactory trial and is clear to nominate once the stand down expires.
2) THAT'S FRANK (J McInerney) completed a satisfactory trial and is clear to nominate.
3) Handler G Cole was reminded of her obligations with regards to the dress code.
4) Trainer L Dunkerton will be contacted in the coming days and issued with a warning with regards to the GRNZ travel policy.
5) SEDGEBROOK SALLY (race 15 #1) late scratching on vets advice at kenneling.
6) LIFE IS GOOD (M Olden) race 3, stood down for 28 days and to complete a satisfactory trial pursuant with Rule 55.1(b), first offence.

Supplementary 1: at a JCA review hearing today Trainers G & S Fredrickson were unsuccessful in seeking a review of the stand down imposed on BAVARO (failing to pursue) 1st offence 28 day stand down and to the completion of a satisfactory trial on the 4 October 2019 with the panel finding in favour of the Stewards decision which stands. A full written decision will be on the JCA website in the near future.

Supplementary 2: Trainer N Udy advised that OPAWA LYON had recovered well from cramping on 11 October and had worked well. Mr Udy further advised that he intends to trial this Greyhound before resuming.

Charged pursuant with Rule 55.1(b) in that it failed to pursue the lure for the entirety of the event and stood down for 28 days and to complete a satisfactory trial. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed mild muscle pain. YOUNG DUMB BROKE (2) - brushed runner to its outside at the start.
