Judicial report: 1) Trainer N Udy advised that UNFASHIONABLE has been retired from racing.
2) MELITA VALE (L Cole) and DJAY DYNAMIX (L Cole) successfully completed a satisfactory trial and are clear to nominate.
3) Handler P Freeman was issued an official warning when being late to kennel.

Supplementary: Handler W Woods was issued an official warning on Wednesday 9th October when late to retrieve runner in Race 10.

OPAWA TAI (2) - bumped, heavily, entering the first bend, becoming unbalanced and bumping runner to its outside on the point of the first bend. A post race examination was carried out which revealed no injuries. EMGRAND ROSE (5) - squeezed between runners entering the back straight, losing ground as a result and bumping runner to its outside. TRUE TESTAMENT (7) - squeezed runner to its inside entering the first bend. Tightened runner to its inside nearing the back straight. ARM TURNER (9/6) - bumped on the point of the first bend. Raced wide through the back straight. TUFF KNIGHT (10/4) - squeezed runner to its outside entering the first bend.
Race 2	WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C2 - C2 - 305	PUNCH ON RUBY (1) - bumped runner to its outside entering the bend, becoming unbalanced and moving wider as a result. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed hip support injury. BIGTIME HONEY (3) - bumped entering the bend and forced wider on the point of the bend as a result. Bumped runner to its inside nearing the home straight. NIPPA-A-SPOT (4) - inconvenienced on the point of the bend and dictated wider as a result. Checked off heels entering the home straight. JAY WENDY (5) - bumped runner to its outside entering the bend. Checked off heels entering the home straight. BIGTIME KYLIE (6) - bumped entering the bend. STORMY JAY (7) - began awkwardly. Race 4	FIRST SECURITY C3 - C3 - 305	RUNNING FREER (2) - slow away. Bumped entering the bend, becoming unbalanced and appearing to contact the rail. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed bruising left shoulder. GO ASH (3) - checked off heels entering the home straight, becoming unbalanced and bumping runner to its outside. THREE AMIGOS (4) - squeezed runner to its outside shortly after the start. ZOIE WILLOW (5) - bumped runner to its inside entering the bend, losing ground as a result. Bumped on the point of the bend. BOMBSHELL BLONDE (6) - squeezed between runners shortly after the start. Awkwardly placed behind runners entering the bend, losing momentum as a result. Bumped runner to its inside on the point of the bend. BIGTIME CUTIE (8) - squeezed runner to its inside shortly after the start. Bumped entering the home straight.
