Health and Safety comment:
Judicial report: 1) The have JCA handed down their penalty in relation to Owner/Trainer Mr C Steele breaching GRNZ Rule 62.1(p) in that he failed to comply with a lawful order of a Steward at the Southland GRC's meeting on the 27th August 2019. The penalty imposed was a fine of $400 with Mr Steele also ordered to pay $200 in costs to the JCA.~~
2). Trainer J & D Fahey were fined $50 for failing to place the correct race rugs on runners they had engaged in a Satisfactory trial. As a result of this PERFECT PAYTON(1st) and GO GLOW (2nd) were loaded into the wrong boxes with both Greyhound being disqualified from their respective placings.
3). FLIPPING CRAZY - (A Bradshaw) - was stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for Marring in Race 7.
