Judicial report: 1) Trainer D Edlin was issued with a Minor Infringement Notice when presenting MITSUTA (race 4) late for kenneling. A fine of $50 was imposed.
2) Trainer M Olden was issued with an official warning following an incident at the lure after race 2.

A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed no injuries. ONLY SECONDS (4) - began very awkwardly, stumbling as a result. Bumped runner to its outside shortly after the start. Awkwardly placed behind runners entering the bend with checked runner coming back into his line. CHECKPOINT (5) - bumped shortly after the start. Checked runner from behind entering the bend, becoming unbalanced and stumbling as a result. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed torn right triceps and sore deltoid. CAWBOURNE RIDGE (6) - squeezed runner to its inside entering the bend. Bumped runner to its inside on the point of the bend. ZARA ZARA (7) - began awkwardly. Bumped runner to its inside nearing the home straight.
Race 2	WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C2 - C2 - 305	COOL WOLF (1) - bumped runner to its outside shortly after the start. Brushed runner to its outside on the point of the bend. Bumped runner to its outside, becoming unbalanced and shunted sideways entering the home straight. Raced wide through the home straight. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed pain in deltoid muscle. IDOL PATCHES (2) - bumped shortly after the start. Brushed runner to its inside on the point of the bend. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend, losing momentum as a result. BIGTIME BOY (2) - jostled with runner to its inside through the back straight.
