Judicial report: 1). ZULU PRINCE (L Waretini) - completed a satisfactory box trial and is now permitted to be nominated to race.

2). Trainer J T McInerney refused to accept the penalty under the Minor Infringement Table in that he allowed SOZIN'S OYNX to be drawn into the field at both the Southland GRC's and Christchurch GRC's Meeting today which necessitated it's scratching from the Christchurch meeting. This matter has been referred to the JCA Sine Die.

DAGNY (3) - Late scratched in season on retrieval from kennels. FREYA BEAUCHAMP (5) - Badly hampered by outside runner on entering the home straight losing all chance. GO MUFASA (8) - Contacted from behind and unbalanced on entering the home straight.Made firm contact with inside runner thereafter being badly unbalanced and losing all chance.
