Track: Good The Track was presented in a very good racing condition being well maintained throughout. All other equipment operated well.

Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: 1- VON STRASS ( J & D Fahey ) completed a time trial for the ( Amazing Chase series ) over 520m in 30.32.
2- Trainer B Evans was fined $ 50-00 per rule 47.1 ( c ) after presenting GOLDSTAR PERRIE race 5 no 6 with the wrong numbered cover on to the parade area
3- Kennel steward K O'Conner was fined $ 50-00 under rule 47.1 ( c) after failing to check the correct cover number was on GOLDSTAR PERRIE in race 5 when leaving for the parade area.

Race 1	The Fitz Sports Bar Dash - C0 - 295	GOLDSTAR MCQUEEN (1) - contact on home turn. SO FLOSSY (2) - held up in to the when racing in tight quarters came out off heels contacting and jostling runner to her outer for some strides. CARAMEL ROSE (3) - angled across in to the bend checking runner in behind then ran on to heels checking losing ground made good ground along the inner to the line. PRECIOUS PAYTON (4) - went up with the lids soon after caught heels and was checked losing ground checked again in to the bend losing momentum and ground. DOUBLE SCOOP (6) - began awkwardly soon after ran in to hindquarters and checked contact and bumped on home turn. OPAWA JODY (7) - forced wide in to and around the bend.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Craig Roberts Sprint - C0 - 295	GOLDSTAR HADLEE (1) - contacted and jostled in to the bend when attempting to make ground between runners OPA'S MATE (5) - dwelt and was slow away checked and contacted rail in to the bend losing momentum hampered for some strides when attempting to improve across the top bend.was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. GOLDSTAR WILLA (6) - dwelt at the start angled across towards the rail checking runner to her inner racing in to the bend. ABSENT (7) - angled across sharply from the jump contacting runners raced wide in to and around the bend SOZIN'S ASSASSIN (8) - contacted and unbalanced in to the bend losing momentum and ground.
Race 3	Ph 0274310117 Amazing Chase Dining Dash - C1 - 295	HEATED THREAT (1) - away well in the initial stages tightened and checked in to the bend was galloped on in the run across the top bend racing in to the home straight was checked from his inner faltered and stumbled then finished on to the line was referred to the vet and was found to have suffered a fracture to the near fore leg and was euthanased JETSTREAM MARLEY (4) - dwelt at the jump improved along the inner to race handy across the top bend checked when contacting hindquarters nearing the home turn was then dictated inwards on the home turn was checked when contacted from behind losing momentum and was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. GOLDSTAR HALSEY (5) - hampered between runners going back racing in to the bend was then held up for some strides and severely hampered when running in to hindquarters entering the home straight losing momentum and ground was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. RION KING (7) - checked entering the home straight when contacted from his outer losing momentum OPAWA SLICK (8) - raced widest in to the bend was jostled for a couple of strides soon after ran on to heels checking back losing momentum and ground
Race 4	Murray & Hannah @ Ray White Cashmere Dash - C1 - 295	JINJA SNEAK (1) - leading in to the home straight when angling inwards contacting improving runner to her inner and was unbalanced for a stride or so was able to keep her ground. SMASH OVER (2) - hampered for a couple of strides when jostling with runner to her inner in the run across the top bend. OPAL NORA (3) - racing in tight quarters and checked racing in to the bend was contacted in the hindquarters and unbalanced for a couple of strides racing in to the home straight INKY DINKY JEWEL (4) - came out wide across heels racing across the top bend MAMMA ROSE (5) - contact in hindquarters soon after the start ENCHANTEE (6) - contact soon after the start went in across heels chasing the leader when checked and unbalanced losing momentum for a few strides racing in to the home staright. GOLDSTAR CLOVER (7) - ran in from the jump contacting runner to her inner for a stride angled down to the rail and was hampered when attempting to clear heels for some stride in the run to the home straight DAPPER DANNY (8) - held up for some strides when attempting to improve from the rear nearing the home turn
Race 5	Amazing Chase Sunday 28 July Stakes - C0 - 520	OUR BONNIE (2) - went up with the lids settled back ran widest in to and around the first bend raced widest thereafter covering a fair amount of extra ground in the running. SMASH MCDOUGAL (4) - began awkwardly for a stride or so then soon after bumped and checked losing momentum and several lengths settled in the rear made some ground in the run to the line.
Race 6	Amber Cleaning Services Sprint - C1 - 295	HI HO TONTO (1) - began awkwardly settled back improved along the inner across the top bend made ground in the run to the line. ELSA BLUEBLOOD (3) - soon after the start attempted to angle outwards and was contacted in the hindquarters angled outwards across the top bend losing ground MY BRO MICHAEL (7) - racing in to the bend was pushed inwards and unbalanced when tightened and jostled between runners and pushed extremely wide in to the bend becoming unbalanced again for some strides finishing in the rear at the line was referred to the vet . LIGHTNING CRASH (8) - racing in to the bend bumped and jostled with runner to his inner losing momentum for several strides then came back off heels losing more ground . GO SHIRLY GO (9/5) - hampered for some distance in the run in to and across the top bend when racing in tight quarters contacting the rail losing all chance was referred to the vet and was found to have
Race 7	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C1 - 295	KNOW DOLLARS (1) - tightened and checked back racing in to the bend losing several lengths COSMIC RICHIE (3) - hampered for some strides when tightened in to the bend losing position and a couple of lengths GOLDSTAR BRYTON (4) - checked back when racing in tight quarters racing in to the bend losing momentum and ground was unable to get back in to contention. ANDREA SAID (6) - checked on jumping away and settled back made ground around runners effort told in the latter stages. NEVER KNEW (9/2) - dwelt at the jump settled back hampered for some strides when attempting to improve in to the bend when unable to find clear room and was unable to get in to contention thereafter.
Race 8	Amazing Chase Dining Ph 0274310117 Sprint - C1 - 295	ELTON BLUEBLOOD being presented 18-7-19 PLATONIC AFFAIR (2) - bumped and jostled in the run to the -leading on the inner on the home turn followed lure out and came together with runner to her outer -cleared this runner and was hampered again when tightened between runners when pushed inwards in the latter stages EVERY MINUTE (3) - bumped and checked soon after the start tightened and lost ground in to the bend cleared heels came out off heels tightening runner to her outer in the latter stages MAJOR STORM (5) - led in to the bend raced out towards the middle of the track across the top bend angled inwards nearing the home turn and contacted runner to his inner on turning in and continued to veer in in the run to the line.
Race 9	Carol's T.A.B. Clendon Inn Stakes - C1 - 520	LITTLE SECRET late scratching at kenneling on vets advice. OPAWA SILVER (3) - tightened and jostled between runners racing to the first bend and was hampered when avoiding heels losing ground OUR NALA (4) - angled across in to the first bend jostling with runner to her inner for some strides JAY SHIRLEY (6) - angled out wide over heels in to the first bend STUMPY BILL (8) - angled out wide over heels in to the first bend
Race 10	The Turf Bar Stakes - C1 - 520	FIDGETY FEET (6) - dwelt and was last in to stride made ground in to the body of the field racing in to the first bend angled inwards jostling with runner to his inner in the run to the far bend OPAWA QUEEN (7) - jostled and checked racing in to the first bend becoming unbalanced when catching hindquarters and coming back off heels was bumped again soon after by an improving runner through on her inner and raced wide thereafter . OUR ANNA (8) - fav- angled across in to the first bend jostling and checking out sideways and unbalanced for a stride or so quickly recovered in to stride jostled in to the far bend losing ground finishing towards the rear at the line was referred to the vet . GO LADYBIRD (9/5) - hampered for some distance when racing between runners coming back off heels in the run to the first bend
Race 11	amazingchase.co.nz Dash - C1 - 295	MITCHAM SHEMON (3) - soon after the start was bumped and jostled for some distance was able to keep a handy position racing on to the top bend and became unbalanced on the home turn and appeared uncomfortable in his galloping action for some strides and was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. HOMEBUSH SCORPIO (4) - dwelt at the jump slow in to stride attempted to improve in to the bend but was unable to clear heels when clear made ground and was hampered nearing the home turn when tightened and lost momentum was unable to make ground thereafter. JINGILI JILL (5) - angled across from the jump coming together and bumping and jostling with runner to her inner was then checked and jostled back towards the rear and was unable to get back in to contention KNOW BURDEN (8) - angled across in to the bend and was checked going sideways becoming unbalanced and losing ground was unable to get back in to contention.
Race 12	Protexin Dash - C1 - 295	SOZIN'S AZURE (1) - ran on to heels racing on to the top bend losing momentum and ground was unable to get back in to contention. AROHA (3) - hampered racing in to the bend when following runner ran on to heels . HOMEBUSH FLYNN (4) - got on to the leaders back racing in to the bend and came back off heels soon after was jostled when losing ground checking off heels again on the home turn bend finished in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. BACCUS (5) - hampered for a stride or so soon after the start when contacted in the hindquarters racing across the top bend ran on to heels checking back losing momentum and was unable to get back in to contention. GOLDSTAR SHILOAH (6) - hampered for a couple of strides in the run across the top bend TONKAWA (7) - ran across heels soon after the start JAY SPENCER (8) - slow away changed ground abruptly over heels and ran extremely wide in to the bend raced wide thereafter and was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found.
