Judicial report: 1) - S O'Neil was issued wit a Minor Infringement Notice and fined $50.00 for failing to present the registration papers for DIG DIG DIG (race 12). 2) - T Agent/K Williams were issued with a Minor Infringement Notice and fined $100.00 for presenting GURU SECRET (race 7) to race with a weight increase of 1.9kg from its previous start on 26 June 2019. 3) - CLASSY IMPACT (race 11) was a late scratching on veterinary advice at 2.19pm. 4) - BIGTIME TYSON (race 8) stood down 28 days and the completion of a satisfactory trial under R 55.1b failing to pursue. 5) - FINKLE FOOT FRED (race 7) stood down 28 days and the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 55.1a marring. 6) - UNFASHIONABLE (race 6) stood down 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial for failing to pursue the lure Rule 55.1b. 7) - DYNA NAYA sustained an injury to the right hind foot during post race trials with a 14 day stand down imposed.
