Track: Good track was presented in a good racing condition being well maintained throughout. All other equipment operated well.

Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: 1 ZARA JINX ( N Udy ) was re-presented to the vet today under the provisions of rule 55.5 and was found to have injuries requiring a 28 day stand down.
The stand down imposed on the 3-7-2019 Wanganui Greyhounds ( failing to pursue ) has been recinded the greyhound must complete a satisfactory trial and on completion of this is to be vetted and cleared of injury before being able to be nominated to race.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 520	TUFF MR. TEE (3) - hampered in the early stages contacted from behind and became unbalanced for a couple strides racing in to the first bend soon after clipped from behind raced widest in to the back straight was unable to improve thereafter. BIGTIME LEADS (5) - fav- settled in behind the leader weakened slightly in the latter stages. RUMORS (7) - checked in to the first bend as a runner came back lost some ground and was unable to get back in to contention. BIG TIME DYNASTY (8) - was attempting to improve across the top bend and was unable to find clear racing room in the run to the line.
Race 2	WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 - C1 - 305	BIGTIME CUTIE (1) - fav- tightened and contacted rail in to the bend lost ground recovered well soon after to make ground was referred to the vet and cleared of injury BIGTIME LUNA (2) - went up with the lids improved and was checked in to the bend made ground to the line. DOTTIE BELL (3) - leading across the top bend when soon after angled out over heels losing some ground. IDOL PATCHES (5) - caught heels and was checked wide in to the bend lost some ground soon improved rapidly between runners and was hampered for some strides on the home turn and in the run to the line when looking for clear racing room. BIGTIME GAL (6) - clipped from behind racing and lost momentum in to the bend recovered soon after to improved between runners and finished best. MOTHER'S TOUCH (7) - dwelt and was slow away improved rapidly in to the bend forcing a run between dogs going out wide losing ground soon quickly improved towards the lead out wide angled inwards in to the home straight effort told. BIGTIME COCO (8) - led in to the bend soon after was checked and forced out extremely wide losing all chance thereafter. ROCKY TOP (10/4) - led out bumped and lost ground racing in to the bend was contacted in the hindquarters soon after losing ground was unable to get back in to contention.
Race 3	J P PRINT PETONE - C3 - 520	BIGTIME SHADOW (1) - away well in the early run was jostled and checked going back through the field in the run in to the first turn and was unable to improve thereafter and was referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the left triceps & right deltoid BIGTIME FOREST (2) - tightened and hampered for some strides racing in to the first bend recovered quickly to improve in to handy in the running OPAWA TAI (3) - checked in to the first bend ran wide losing momentum and ground was unable to improve there after.
Race 4	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C2 - C2 - 305	PUNCH ON RUBY (2) - began awkwardly for a stride contacting runner to her outer TUFF TEMPTRESS (3) - attempted to force her way outwards and caused herself to be jostled and bumped for some strides and was referred to the vet and was found to have pain on the right satorious muscle VIKING ASH (4) - tightened and jostled between runners for some strides then forced wide in to the bend
Race 5	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	BIGTIME EMJAY (1) - dwelt and was last in to stride made good ground in the run to the line. FIFI (2) - hampered and checked racing from the start losing momentum and settled back made good ground in the run to the line. JINJA LOREN (3) - hampered for some strides in the early running losing momentum in the run to the bend BIGTIME EVE (4) - angled across the face of runners to her inner soon after the start was able to gain a clear uninterrupted run in to the bend as runners ahead bumped and jostled wider out
Race 6	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C3/4 - C3/4 - 520	ALL BLACK STAR (5) - checked soon after the start was badly checked racing around the first bend losing momentum and ground was unable to get back in to contention was referred to the vet and was found to have a spike injury cranial left carpus& mild pain both deltoids. ASK KING JEFF (7) - was checked in to the first bend when catching heels of crossing runner and contacted runner to his outer and lost all chance thereafter. ZIPPING RINGO (8) - clipped from behind racing in to the first bend when angling inwards.
Race 7	WANGANUI TOYOTA C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	GOTCHA PIXIE (1) - bumped soon after the start hampered for room in the run in to the bend losing momentum and several lengths made some ground in the latter stages was checked and fell soon after the line recovered to her paws to run to the lure was referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the right shoulder & left tensor facia lata muscle DINO THE FOX (2) - came back off heels racing in to the bend and jostled with runner to his outer for some strides in the run on to the top bend and was further jostled and checked when attempting to change ground on the home turn . BIGTIME LIZZY (4) - fav- settled midfield hampered and checked racing in to the bend ran wide on the point of the bend only battled thereafter. BIGTIME BRONX (5) - went up with the lids settled back ran on to and checked back off heels racing in to the bend losing ground recovered well to make good ground thereafter. NIPPA-A-SPOT (7) - was hampered when forced out over heels racing towards the home turn racing wide and lost several lengths.
Race 8	THE ROCK 95.2FM C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	BIGTIME BRODY (2) - was checked in the run around the first bend and came back off heels losing momentum and ground was unable to get back in to contention. DYNA DIODE (4) - improved in to the first bend angled in across the face of runner to his inner causing himself to be hampered for a couple of strides recovered quickly to race handy was hampered when jostled nearing the home turn and could not finish on in the run to the line. GAZZA'S GIRL (5) - jostled with runner to her outer in the run to the first turn then came out over heels racing wide thereafter and made very good ground to finish strongest in the run to the line. BLAZIN' CARTER (6) - went up with the lids slightly then contacted hindquarters was hampered for some strides before gaining ground and getting around a runner running wide around the first bend made contact with runner to his outer on the home turn when racing towards the rear .
Race 9	"CINDY FLEA MARKET PRESENTS: THE BARK AND RARK 420" C4 - C4 - 305	BIGTIME SHEER (4) - fav- severely hampered when checked and went out over heels with following runner running on to his hindquarters pushing him out extremely wide and lost all chance thereafter and was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. MILLIE PRINCE (7) - ran on to hindquarters in to the bend and was severely hampered losing all chance and was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. BIGTIME JETTY (8) - angled across in to the bend causing runner to his inner to be severely hampered.
Race 10	NZ Racing Series Advanced (C4-C5) Final - NZRSf - 520	BIGTIME TANK (6) - dictated and pushed across on to hindquarters in the run in to the first bend was checked and lost ground in the run to the back straight and was unable to improve thereafter. BIGTIME BRUNO (7) - hampered in to the first bend when catching and checking out off heels losing momentum and ground racing wide in to and along the back straight and was unable to improve thereafter was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. BIGTIME CALEB (9/3) - hampered for a couple of strides when contacted in the hindquarters racing in to the first bend.
Race 11	RIVERCITY GAS C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	BIGTIME JAMIE (3) - dwelt at the jump then angled outwards soon after the start contacting and pushing runner to her outer outwards for some strides ran wide in to the bend and was forced to run wider to avoid other runners then raced wide to the home turn. HOMEBUSH MINNIE (4) - soon after the start was pushed outwards then she angled in sharply over heels and was unbalanced and lost momentum and ground in to the bend made ground in to midfield on the home turn. BIG LEAGUE DIVA (7) - fav- raced wide in to and around the bend hampered for a couple of strides when clearing hindquarters turning in losing a couple of lengths
Race 12	FIRST SECURITY C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	BIGTIME BEE (4) - improving in to the home straight and was hampered for the remainder of the run to the line when tightened and contacted the rail on the line was referred to the vet where she was found to have a spike wound and pain cranial left carpus. DARK SYRAH (5) - began awkwardly for a stride handy in to the bend angled outwards off heels on to the top bend becoming awkwardly placed and ran in to the home straight. wider
