Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 520	JAY MIKE (2) - checked soon after the start recovered quickly back in to stride. OPAWA TAI (3) - jostled between runners and went sideways for a stride or so soon after the start losing momentum GUNNAR BLUEBLOOD (4) - began awkwardly for a stride or so LUCKY JAMES (7) - dwelt at the jump settled back was dictated widest in to and around the bend to the back straight on the first occasion after covering a fair amount of extra ground finishing in midfield at the line.
Race 2	WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C4 - C4 - 305
Race 3	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	BIGTIME FRED (3) - fav- shuffled back in behind runners in the run to the first bend checked in to the back straight losing several lengths and was unable to get back in to contention thereafter. BIGTIME RONNIE (5) - angled across soon after the start causing tightening and DYNA BOOMER (6) - raced widest in to and around the first bend when attempting to improve raced widest thereafter.
Race 4	NZ Breeders Stakes (Group 1) Ht 1 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 1	MR. MATT (1) - in the run to the first bend was jostled and checked back by crossing runner losing momentum and ground BIGTIME LILAH (5) - soon after the start came together with runner to her inner bumping and jostling for some strides OUR HEMI (6) - from the start was bumped and jostled for some strides losing momentum and ground raced widest in to and around the first bend attempted to make ground but was able to get in to contention. THRILLING TALK (7) - fav- from the jump attempted to angle across making contact with hindquarters for some strides of runner to her inner in the run to the first bend. KNOW SHAME (8) - ran widest in to and around the first bend attempted make ground wide along the back straight effort told and weakened in the run to the line.
Race 5	NZ Breeders Stakes (Group 1) Ht2 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 2	KNOW REFUSAL (2) - awkwardly placed on heels racing in to the first bend losing momentum and ground soon after came together with runner to his outer checking and losing momentum for a couple of strides made some good ground in the run to the line. FARE DODGER (3) - led in to the first bend angled out and raced widest thereafter finishing in last placing at the line. OPAWA VIKING (6) - led in to the back straight led on home turn finishing close up in the midfield at the line. M'LADY SADIE (7) - improving around runners racing around the first bend when checked losing momentum and ground was unable to get back in to contention
Race 6	NZ Breeders Stakes (Group 1) Ht3 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 3	KNOW BETRAYAL referred to the vet and was found to have muscle pain over the back area a 5 day stand down was recommended. GO GLOW (1) - checked in to the bend losing momentum and ground TRUE TESTAMENT (3) - racing handy on the inner nearing the home turn when tightened and hampered for some strides and was unbalanced as they straightened for the run to the line. KNOW BETRAYAL (6) - raced widest throughout covering a lot of extra ground in the running finishing in last placing at the line and was referred to the vet .
Race 7	NZ Breeders Stakes (Group 1) Ht4 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 4	OPAWA HILARY (5) - away well settled in the rear improved wide across the top bend then angled inwards making good ground in the run to the line. KNOW THREAT (7) - settled towards the rear into the first bend racing widest angled inwards in to the far bend then attempted to move outwards losing momentum and ground was unable to improve in the run to the line. SUB EIGHTEEN (8) - raced widest in to and along the back straight came back off heels on the top bend losing momentum and was uanble to improve thereafter.
Race 8	NZ Breeders Stakes (Group 1) Ht5 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 5	BIGTIME TANK (4) - hampered for some strides when jostled between runners racing in to the first bend. THRILLING VICE (5) - hampered for some strides when jostled between runners in the run in to the first bend and had trouble getting around runner to his inner for some strides KNOW DENYING (8) - raced wide covering a fair amount of extra ground in the running.
Race 9	WANGANUI TOYOTA C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	HIP HOP RAPPER referred to the vet and was found to have pain and a minor tear adducter muscle left inner thigh a 14 day stand down was recommended. BIGTIME PEARL (1) - contacted from her outer on the home soon after angled in bumping and jostling runner to her inner nearing the line. HIP HOP RAPPER (3) - began awkwardly being last in to stride by several lengths contacted the rail racing in to the bend was bumped and checked in the latter stages was referred to the vet . CAWBOURNE LIZ (4) - hampered racing from the start as runner to her outer bumped and pushed her inwards she was able to recover quickly to keep a handy position in the running. SIR DUGGIE (5) - angled across from the jump hampering runner to his inner for a stride or so .
Race 10	THE ROCK 95.2FM C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	DIDDILEE referred to the vet and was found to have punctured right triceps muscle a 28 day stand down was recommended. YOU CAN BE (2) - ran widest in to and around the bend on the first occasion losing ground to a clear last in the running improved wide across the top bend into the home straight where effort told and he weakened in the run to the line. DIDDILEE (6) - fav- led in to the back straight started drifting back racing in to the far bend and was uncomfortable in his galloping action thereafter finishing in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet GAZZA'S GIRL (8) - raced wide in to and around the bend raced wide to get to the lead in to the far bend stuck on gamely for her placing after covering a fair amount of extra ground.
Race 11	RIVERCITY GAS C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	FLYING HUEY referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. ALAMEIN TANE (2) - hampered racing in to the bend came back off heels losing momentum made some ground in the run to the line. ZARA ZARA (3) - last in to the bend improved quickly along the inner across the top bend to finish in to 2nd placing at the line. BIGTIME LIZZY (4) - severely tightened in to the bend and was caught between runners catching heels and was badly hampered for some strides losing all chance thereafter. ALAMEIN LADY (5) - severely hampered when tightened in to the bend soon after checked again when contacted in the hindquarters and went outwards in to other runenrs losing all chance thereafter. FLYING HUEY (6) - severely tightened in to the bend soon after was dragged down on his haunches racing on to the top bend being pushed forward back on to her paws from runners in behind and was referred to the vet BIGTIME JASMINE (8) - angled across in to the bend pressuring and causing severe tightening and checks to several runners to her inner
Race 12	FIRST SECURITY C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	GO ASH (1) - fav- dwelt and was last in to stride hampered for some strides when tightened and jostled racing in to the bend improved rapidly when in clear racing room to make god ground in the run to the line. FIFI (5) - was hampered for some strides when jostled racing in tight quarters across the top bend ALAMEIN DIP (6) - hampered slightly when crossed racing in to the bend raced wide thereafter covering a fair amount of extra ground to the line. CAWBOURNE JOHNO (8) - ran on to heels racing in to the bend and was held up for some strides then bumped and checked on the top bend losing momentum and was unable to get in to contention thereafter.
