Judicial report: 1) MUST BE RUSTY (race 10 #6) late scratching at kenneling on vets advice. 2) ELITE BLUEBLOOD (race 1 #2) was charged pursuant with Rule 55.1(b), however a veterinary examination revealed a sore shoulder requiring a 21 day stand down. This runner is required to complete a satisfactory trial before resuming.

This runner was charged pursuant with Rule 55.1(b) in that it failed to pursue the lure for the entire event however a sore right shoulder was detected during a post race veterinary examination requiring a 21 day stand down.
