Judicial report: Trainers R&N O'Regan advised that Brick With Eyes, which was a late scratching last week at Auckland GRC's meeting on 7 April after it escaped from the the trainers' kennels, has been found unharmed.

Starter Mr D Laing was substituted after becoming unwell by Mr G Sharp.

There were two withdrawals from Race 2 the "Trophies Plus Series Final:
Irinka Jacob was stood down 28 days (Rule 40.15) 9 - 6/5/19 inclusive;
Thrilling Uma was stood down 21 days (Rule 40.13) 9 - 29/4/19 inclusive.

The connections of Simply Music advised a 14 day stand down extension after a vet examination on 9/4/19 with it now ineligible up to and including 22/4/19.

BRIGHT BOY (2) - Bumped shortly after start. Tightened and checked and badly checked off heels on two occassions racing into the turn. A post race vet check found a left hind metatarsal injury with a 21 day stand down imposed. BOTANY LARAINE (3) - Bumped shortly after start. SLY CATH (4) - heels contacted from behind racing into the turn losing ground. ZIPPING MEMPHIS (5) - slow away. Heels contacted from behind racing into the turn losing considerable ground. A post race vet check found a torn tricep muscle resulting in a 28 day stand down GOTCHA MILLIE (7) - checked and became unbalanced losing ground rounding turn.
Race 2	Trophies Plus Series Final - C0f - 318	CLAP BACK (1) - bumped racing into the turn. KELLY'S GIRL (3) - bumped racing into the turn. MAD JACK (4) - impeded briefly racing into the turn. ARTIC MISS (5) - shifted in off heels racing into the turn making contact withe another runner. CALL ME LEO (6) - contacted racing into the turn became badly unbalanced and veered outward to the outside of the track losing considerable ground. A post race vet check revealed no abnormality. GAIN CAPITAL (8) - contacted another runner racing into the turn. Shifted ground inward then moved outward wider on the track losing ground rounding the turn.
Race 3	Hewlett Electrical Series Final - C4f - 318	BOMBSHELL BLONDE (1) - bumped attempting to shift ground entering the run home. JINJA BAILEY (2) - shifted off heels racing toward the turn. OUT OF PAPER (5) - slow away. Held up rounding turn shifting out off heels entering run home. IRINKA STONO (8) - bumped entering the run home.
Race 4	Mt Wellington TAB Stakes - C1 - 527	BOLD DIESEL (1) - tightened racing into first turn and checked off heels. SIR KINLOCH (2) - checked off heels racing first turn. OUR SIMBA (3) - tightened between runners racing into first turn becoming unbalanced losing ground. TOKEN PICK (6) - slow away. Briefly impeded racing into the turn. SECRET RORY (7) - shifted inward checking a runner to its inside rounding first turn.A post race vet check revealed a cut to its left hind leg. A 21 day stand down was imposed. PEEKAY SHOUT (8) - briefly impeded racing into the turn.
Race 5	Greyhound Function Centre Series Final - C2f - 318	JETSUN JAMIE (2) - slow away. SCOTT THE LOOKS (4) - briefly impeded between runners entering turn. BIGTIME MONTY (5) - slow away. Held up leaving turn entering run home. TRIBAL CONQUEST (8) - slow away.
Race 6	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Sprint - C3/4 - 318	KAPAI LANA (1) - slow away. ONE COOL CHAP (2) - slow away. IT'S PAWSIBLE (3) - tightened after start and lost ground and again entering turn. CLASSY IMPACT (4) - tightened after start and lost ground. THRILLING KATIE (5) - slow away. NEXUS (6) - tightened after start. ON DA QUEST (7) - shifted in after start tightening runners to the inside.
Race 7	Birthday Babies Sprint - C1 - 318	BIGTIME WAYNO (1) - bumped in backed straight. SNOOPY'S BRO (3) - slow away. CLAUSEN JEWEL (5) - bumped in backed straight. Checked off heels racing into turn. BIGTIME WINNIE (6) - impeded by a checked runner racing into the turn. Tightened between runners rounding turn. SMASH ROCK (8) - slow away.
Race 8	$15,000 Guaranteed Pick6 Stakes - C2 - 527	SAN TAN SAMSON (1) - contacted and checked racing into first turn. JINJA TWIST (2) - contacted and checked racing into first turn. SEFTON STAN (3) - shifted off heels outward contacting another runner rounding the first turn. Tightened briefly racing into final turn. JINJA MURPHY (4) - this runner raced 1.7Kg below its previous start weight and in accordance with Rule 45.12 no penalty was applied as it had a change of trainer. Checked rounding first turn shifting out checking another runner. DECEPTION DIVA (7) - checked losing ground rounding first turn. TALKABOUT SOPHIE (8) - slow away. Checked off heels rounding first turn. Raced wide down back straight.
Race 9	Mike Stent Decorators NZ Derby Thursday Night Sprint - C3 - 318	ZOU STAR (2) - shifted off heels losing gound racing into turn. NANGAR PANTHER (3) - bumped after start. KURIDRANI (4) - bumped after start. BARWON BANDIT (6) - weakened out quickly rounding turn. A post race vet check revealed it had sustained a cut to its left hind toes with 14 day stand down imposed.
Race 10	Carol's TAB Clendon Inn Stakes - C3/4 - 527	A malfunction of the starting boxes resulted in a 6 minute delay. All runners were vetted and cleared to race. IT'S A DANGER (3) - slow away. JETSUN SWAN (7) - contacted heels rounding first turn GO ANGEL (8) - raced wide down back straight.
Race 11	Qualified Pet Services Sprint - C5 - 318	EKALI (1) - slow away RETIRED MOUSE (3) - slow away. Tightened and checked rounding turn. JUNK MAIL (5) - jostled back straight.Checked off heels racing into turn losing ground checking another runner. JUST ONE SMILE (6) - jostled back straight.
Race 12	Pump & Engineering Services Ltd Series Final - C1f - 527	SECRET BABE (3) - slow away. Bumped back straight becoming badly unbalanced with its nose making contact with the track therefore being designated a faller. A post race vet check revealed a left hock sprain with a 14 day stand down imposed. JACK NO LAG (4) - shifted inward off heels rounding first turn losing ground. Bumped back straight. HOME BOUND (6) - slow away. OUR RICK (7) - slow away.
Race 13	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318	PLATINUM TEARS (2) - bumped after start and racing into the turn. Contact resulted in it losing ground. BANJO HOPE (3) - tightened racing into the turn being impeded losing ground. ON DEMAND (4) - tightened for a distance and checked between runners racing into the turn. TILLY'S SILLY (6) - shifted inward after start crowding runners to its inside.
