Judicial report: SUPPLEMENTRY REPORT :- START THE SHOW (R Adcock) which was stood down on Tuesday at the Southland GRC's meeting for failing to pursue the lure was represented to Veterinary Surgeon L Roberts today in the presence of a Steward and was found to have and injured groin and hip support. The stand down therefore is rescinded under GRNZ Rule 55.5 with the greyhound required to perform a satisfactory trial prior to resuming.~~
JUDICIAL REPORT:-

1). Trainer A Bradshaw was fined $50.00 for failing to produce the registration papers for her runners today.~~

2). OPAWA MAY (J & D Fahey) - stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for Marring in Race 8.~~

3). All available films may be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b).

HOMEBUSH SCORPIO (4) - bumped with inside runner on jumping. Awkwardly placed between runners and lost momentum entering the bend. HOMEBUSH CARL (7) - forced up the track rounding the bend. NATIVE SCOUT (8) - raced wide through the straights.
Race 2	Power Farming Canterbury Sprint - C2 - 295	MITCHAM QUINN (1) - contacted outside runner on jumping. Checked when awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend losing ground. BOSTON POWERS (2) - contacted inside runner on jumping. Checked when positioned on heels entering the final straight. CHOP SHOP (3) - began awkwardly. WHOSE HE (4) - checked from behind entering the final straight. GOTCHA ROCKY (5) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend having to steady.
Race 3	Active Electrical Christchurch Sprint - C3 - 295	HOMEBUSH COMET (1) - crowded for racing room rounding the bend. IT'S A JOKE (2) - began awkwardly. CULVIE LASS (5) - collided with outside runner entering the bend. GOLDSTAR DODGE (6) - collided with inside runner entering the bend. ROCK BOTTOM (7) - began awkwardly. Lost ground with the field there after. Vetted following the event were it was reported to have torn its right Gracillis muscle.
Race 4	Spectator's Bar & Bistro Dash - C3 - 295	REIGN OF FIRE (2) - boxed first. MY BRO MICHAEL (4) - jostled with outside greyhound in the run to the bend. Checked from behind rounding the bend. BOTANY ALAN (5) - jostled with inside greyhound in the run to the bend. Held up for racing room rounding the bend. COSMIC MARTY (6) - squeezed for racing room in the run t the bend. Awkwardly positioned on heels rounding the bend. HOMEBUSH FINN (8) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend losing momentum.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C3 - 295	HOMEBUSH TESAN (1) - awkwardly positioned close to the running rail entering the bend losing momentum. NIPPA MARTINO (3) - checked outwards off heels exiting the bend. BARELLEN PANTHER (4) - placed in restricted room prior to the bend. PRINCELY GOLD (5) - squeezed for racing room the the run to the bend. SOZIN'S BLUE (6) - came down the track in the run to the bend placing pressure on inside runners.
Race 6	Carol's TAB Clendon Inn Sprint - C4 - 295	MAN OF LETTERS (2) - jostled with outside runner prior to the bend. BLACK DAN (3) - jostled with inside runner prior to the bend. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend and shifted up the track as a consequence. HOMEBUSH BODEN (5) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend losing ground. KALONGA (7) - began awkwardly shifting down the track.
Race 7	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C4/5 - 520	AVENGER BALE (3) - squeezed for room entering the first turn and lost momentum. GOLDSTAR ASHTON (5) - contacted heavily from the inside rounding the first turn shifting up the track and losing ground. DYNA MONTY (6) - bumped with inside runner exiting the final turn. DOUBLE SPEED (7) - collided with outside greyhound early stages. Contacted from behind rounding the first turn before shifting outwards checking checking off heels and colliding with outside runner. Bumped with outside runner exiting the final turn MANOOKA (8) - collided with inside greyhound early stages. Bumped inside runner rounding the first turn,
Race 8	Flair Feature - C5 - 520	KIACATOO FEVER (2) - forced wide rounding the first bend losing considerable ground. OPAWA MAY (3) - turned its head outwards rounding the first turn before marring the greyhound to its outside. Stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for Marring. GOLDSTAR SYDNEY (4) - marred by the runner to its inside rounding the first turn being forced wide and losing considerable ground. BUSY FLASH (6) - made the first turn awkwardly bumping with outside runner. DYNA WESLYN (7) - checked and lost ground entering the first turn. Checked off heels rounding the final turn. GO GLOW (8) - bumped from the inside entering the first turn.
Race 9	I Pave Concrete Dash - C4 - 295	GO ALL LIN (5) - bumped from the outside and shifted up the track as a consequence rounding the bend. SMASH DAMAGE (6) - bumped the hind quarters of inside greyhound entering the bend and had to check losing ground. CUSTOM PAINT (7) - slow early. JOE BONANZA (8) - boxed first.
Race 10	Angler's Arms Tavern Dash - C5 - 295	BUSINESS ETHICS (2) - slow early. Checked when awkwardly positioned on heels entering the bend and shifted up the track as a consequence. WHEELIE WHEELS (3) - checked and lost momentum entering the bend inconveniencing trailing runners. DUNK IT (4) - forced up the track losing ground rounding the bend. SHANLY STAR (7) - slow early. NELSO ALLEN (8) - inconvenienced and forced to check off heels rounding the bend.
Race 11	Kaisa Earthworks Ph 0272073323 Sprint - C5 - 295	CAWBOURNE BRITTY (1) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend and shifted up the track inconveniencing trailing runners. MITCHAM READO (2) - squeezed for racing room prior to the bend. DIZZY BANJO (3) - slow to jump. Squeezed for racing room entering the bend and obliged to check outwards off heels losing ground. SUNLIT JOHNNY (4) - checked rounding the bend losing ground. HANKENSTEIN (5) - checked rounding the bend and raced wide as a consequence. LORD LOUIE (7) - slow to jump. Checked rounding the bend losing ground. SMASH REWARD (8) - checked and raced wide rounding the bend. Faltered exiting bend losing all momentum. Vetted following the event where it was reported that greyhound to have sustained a fractured right hock and was humanely euthanised.
Race 12	Protexin Dash - C4 - 295	LITTLE KRAKATOA (1) - jostled with outside greyhound in the run to the bend. Awkwardly placed to the running rail entering the bend losing momentum and shifting up the track as a consequence. SARAYA JAYDE (2) - squeezed for racing room early stages. DUSKY BREW (3) - jostled with inside greyhound in the run to the bend. Placed in restricted room entering the bend and lost ground. BLACK TORI (9/8) - forced to race wide rounding the bend. JINJA ELLIE (10/7) - considerably slow early stages.
