Judicial report: 1) - Connections applied to have the previous endorsement of SUE ZOOKI cancelled under Rule 55.7 following 10 clear races. 2) - ON THE HUNT and ODNOC ANKIE completed satisfactory trials as required. 3) - A Turnwald was issue with a minor infringement and fined $50.00 under Rule 47.4 for failing to arrange catchers in race 1 for EBBY RAPTOR and ZIPPING ROMEO.

4) - HOP ON MATE - was declared a late scratching from Race 10 under GRNZ Rule 11.3 (l). (See Race Report).

ZIPPING VITO (3) - hampered first turn making contact losing ground. FANCY FOX (5) - checked first turn making contact. Raced in restricted room entering the final straight. HOW GOODESY (6) - inconvenienced start losing ground. Checked first turn shifting wider. SUSPICIOUS MINDS (7) - checked first turn shifting wider. Contact final bend becoming briefly unbalanced.
Race 10	Garrards Horse & Hound Sprint - C2 - 375	The payment of dividends was withheld until Stewards reviewed footage of the final straight where a bird made contact with HOP ON MATE (1) causing the dog to check and lose momentum prior to the finish line. After viewing all available films Stewards were satisfied that HOP ON MATE's chances of finishing in a dividend bearing position had been materially prejudiced and declared the runner a late scratching under GRNZ Rule 11.3(l). ELOUERA MIST (2) - tightened and checked first turn losing ground going back onto another runner. Inconvenienced rounding the bend shifting off heels. GROUCH PAWSET (3) - bumped start. Brief contact racing toward the first turn. Checked first turn making contact losing ground. Checked rounding the bend shifting out off heels. GAO GAO (4) - bumped start and again first turn. Checked after the start making contact. Collided first turn losing ground going back into the line of another runner. SMOOCHIE (5) - bumped start. Angled in after the start making contact.
