Judicial report: 1). Trainers A Roberts and C Weir applied prior to the commencement of today's meeting to have the endorsements under Rule 55 of their respective Greyhounds JITTERBUG JEWEL and SHADY BANJO cancelled due to competing in 10 races free of indiscretion.~~

2). JINJA SHAKE (J & D Fahey) - placed on the box first list at the request of connections.~~

3). Trainer A Roberts was fined $50.00 for failing to have catchers available for greyhounds he had engaged in Race 6.~~

4). REPLICA CASINO - (B Pringle) - was a late scratching at kenneling.~~

5). All available films may be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b).

Race 3	Coalgate Tavern Dash - C4 - 295	RING CLOWN (1) - placed in restricted room rounding the bend. FLORA DORA (2) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend before becoming awkwardly placed, shifting up the track and colliding with outside greyhound as a consequence. Placed on heels for a period thereafter having to steady. Vetted following the race and cleared of injury. IDOL NIFTY (3) - began awkwardly. Wide rounding the bend before being contacted and forced wider. Checked from behind shortly afterwards. Vetted following the event and cleared of injury. BUSINESS ETHICS (4) - began awkwardly. Forced wide rounding the bend. SHANLY STAR (5) - placed on heels entering the bend and lost ground as a consequence.
Race 4	I Pave Concrete Dash - C5 - 295	BOOKIE MONSTER (1) - checked off heels exiting the bend colliding with outside runner. TORPEDO TUCK (2) - bumped with outside runner entering the bend. Checked outwards off heels rounding the bend colliding with outside runner. Forced down the track in the run to the finish. NELSO ALLEN (3) - bumped with outside greyhound in the run to the bend. contacted from the inside entering the bend. DIZZY BANJO (4) - placed in restricted room in the run to the bend. Bumped from the inside exiting the bend. Had to steady when placed on heels prior to the finish line. FIRED UP JED (7) - inconvenienced rounding the bend. HANKENSTEIN (8) - bumped from the inside and raced wide rounding the bend. DANZIGER (9/6) - bumped with inside greyhound in the run to the bend. Contacted and forced wide rounding the bend having to steady as a consequence. Checked inwards off heels shortly afterwards.

CHITINA TIN (2) - placed in restricted room between runners rounding the bend and lost ground. MITCHAM READO (3) - placed in restricted room entering the bend and had to steady losing momentum. Bumped from the inside up the track exiting the bend. ROCKET RACCOON (5) - jostled with outside runner early stages. Placed in restricted room prior to the bend and lost ground as a consequence. Checked outwards off heels exiting the bend making contact with outside runner. PLATINUM MARSHAL (6) - jostled with inside runner early stages. FIRED UP JASPER (7) - climbed on heels prior to the bend and lost ground. SHADY BANJO (8) - awkwardly placed on heels prior to the bend losing ground before being dragged down losing further ground. Vetted following the event and cleared of injury.
Race 6	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C4/5 - 520	DYNA DAVE (1) - jostled with outside runner rounding the first bend. TOO THE NAIL (2) - bumped from the outside early stages being turned inwards as a result. DYNA WESLYN (3) - tightened for racing room shortly after jumping bumping with inside runner as a consequence. Checked off heels shortly afterwards before being bumped down the track. DYNA MONTY (5) - placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground MINA ALLEN (7) - jostled with inside runner rounding the first bend.

Race 9	Active Electrical Christchurch NZ St Leger Heat 3 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 3	HOT PLATTER (1) - placed in restricted room and forced to slide across the running rail for a period losing considerable ground. Vetted following the event. It was reported that the bitch had sustained a small laceration on its left elbow. MR. MATT (2) - contacted from the outside shortly after jumping. Placed in tight quarters entering and again rounding the first bend. OPAWA LIGHT (3) - bumped with inside runner shortly after jumping. awkwardly placed to the outside of runners entering the firs bend. BASHFUL BUFFY (5) - bumped outside runner early stages. OPHELIA ALLEN (6) - squeezed for room early stages before jostling with outside greyhound in the run to the first bend. Positioned awkwardly to the outside of runner rounding the first bend losing ground and being dragged down in consequence. Vetted following the event and cleared of injury. Race 10	Active Electrical Christchurch NZ St Leger Heat 4 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 4	FARE DODGER (3) - checked from behind entering the first bend. Positioned awkwardly on heels rounding the first bend and lost ground checking runner to its outside. Vetted following the event and cleared of injury. MALAGA MOLLY (6) - began awkwardly before being bumped from the outside. Placed on heels prior to the first bend and had to steady. RINGSIDE (7) - began awkwardly bumping with inside runner. Squeezed for racing room entering the first bend. Checked and lost ground rounding the first bend. Vetted following the event and cleared of injury. GO BRAT (8) - bumped with inside runner entering the first bend.
Race 11	Happy Birthday Graham Van Tongeren Stakes - C3 - 520	REPLICA CASINO (2) - was a late scratching at Kenneling on the advice of the Veterinarian after Trainer B Pringle expressed some concern in relation to soreness to a pectoral muscle. Stewards questioned Mr Pringle in regards to this injury and in particular to when the injury was discovered. After considering his submissions Stewards accepted that Mr Pringle's explanation was reasonable in the circumstances and took the matter no further. FROSTY BLAZE (4) - inconvenienced and forced up the track entering the back straight. CLASSY WITCH (5) - squeezed for room in the run to the first bend losing momentum. Checked outwards off heels entering the back straight and ran up the track in consequence forcing outside runners wide. UMBRIDGE BALE (6) - checked off heels in the run to the first bend. Inconvenienced and forced up the track entering the back straight. KNOW EQUAL (7) - boxed first. EYREWELL MARTIN (8) - squeezed and obliged to step a heel rounding the first bend losing ground. Checked and lost balance rounding the final bend. Vetted following the race and cleared of injury.
Race 12	Livamol Sprint - C4 - 295	COSMIC RUBEN (1) - placed in restricted room rounding the bend. INSIDE AFFAIR (3) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend then became awkwardly placed to the inside of runner rounding the bend shifting up the track in consequence. CUSTOM PAINT (4) - awkwardly placed on heels for a distance rounding the bend losing momentum. BECK ELEVEN (5) - placed pressure on inside runner rounding the bend before before being forced up the track and dragged down. Vetted following the event and cleared of injury. NOZZNO FEAR (7) - inconvenienced rounding the bend. DISOBEDIENCE (8) - came up with the lid and was considerably slow to jump. Held up rounding the bend and had to steady for a stride.
