Track: Good The track was well presented considering the heavy rain that fell leading into the meeting. All equipment operated satisfactorily.

Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: The start times for Races 1 & 3 were deferred by 2 minutes at the request of the Raceday Control. Trainer S Ross was issued a $50 Minor Infringement Notice for being late in collecting SEVEN SHARP (race 4 #8) from the kennel block. AZANDEI (Race 6 # 6) & THRILLING STAN (Rac 7 # 6) were late scratchings at 11.49am after Trainer D Edlin encountered transport issues en route to the meeting. BEAUMONT (Race 11 #1) was a late scratching at 12.34pm with a veterinary certificate to be supplied. RIDIN' SHOTGUN (Race 12 #6) was stood down for 28 days under Rule 55.1 (b) and will be required to trial satisfactorily prior to resuming for failing to pursue the lure early in the run home.

SPARE SOME TIME (3) - shifted out across heels rounding turn and then raced in restricted room. Shifted out early in the run home to obtain clear running. ZUGZWANG (6) - bumped after start. BOTANY WAYNE (8) - bumped after start.
Race 3	Couplands Dog Biscuits Conditioned Series Heat 1 - C1q - 375 Heat 1	BAROSSA (1) - contact shortly after start. Contact entering turn losing ground. JINJA LAD (2) - slow to begin. SHEYNA (3) - contact on several occasions shortly after start losing several lengths. Checked entering turn losing ground. SNIPPY PIPPI (4) - contact shortly after start. Contact entering turn losing ground. IN FOCUS (5) - contact shortly after start. Checked entering turn losing ground.
Race 4	Couplands Dog Biscuits Conditioned Series Heat 2 - C1q - 375 Heat 2	NARDANGO (#4), which was having its first start for Trainer E Potts, was presented with an intentional weight variance of down 2.2 kgs. Trainer S Ross was issued a $50 Minor Infringement Notice for being late collecting SEVEN SHARP (#8) from the kennel block. TRIBAL CONQUEST (1) - slow to begin. MR. TUCKER (2) - slow to begin. Crowded entering turn and shifted out across heels. Shifted out off heels again rounding turn. HUA HUA (3) - slow to begin. KUSHKA (6) - slow to begin.
Race 5	Greyhounds North Graduation Distance - C1d - 650	LITTLE TRILISE (3) - checked entering first turn losing ground. SAN TAN SAMSON (5) - checked entering first turn losing ground. ELECTRIC LOTTO (6) - contacted entering first turn becoming momentarily unbalanced.
Race 6	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint - C1/2 - 375	COSMIC BARWON (4) - bumped approaching turn. Crowded and lost ground entering turn. THRILLING IVY (5) - bumped approaching turn. Crowded and lost ground entering turn. Bumped rounding turn. GROUCH PAWSET (7) - shifted in entering turn crowding inside runners and became unbalanced before being hampered by an outside runner.. EYE KNO (8) - slow to begin. Shifted in entering turn hampering inside runner. Bumped rounding turn becoming unbalanced briefly. Referred to Vet - no abnormality detected.
Race 7	Fond Foods Ltd Stakes - C1/2 - 457	FANCY GAS (1) - slow to begin. FINKLE FOOT HERO (8) - slow to begin losing considerable ground. Raced wide early and then shifted wide again entering the home straight.
Race 8	Garrards Horse & Hound Sprint - C1/2 - 375	IT'S A STROLL (1) - bumped middle stages of run home. MAHALA BAY (3) - bumped middle stages of run home. UNCONSCIONABLE (4) - bumped after start. IT'S A MUST (5) - bumped after start.
Race 9	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C4 - 375	BIGTIME PHANTOM (4) - contact after start. EKALI (5) - contact after start. EL NARCO (6) - shifted in after start contacting inside runner.
Race 10	Mike Stent Decorators Ltd Stakes - C4 - 457	BIGTIME JACOB (4) - slow to begin. VIKINGS (5) - contacted after start. BIG LEAGUE DIVA (6) - slow to begin. Ran wide home turn. THRILLING JO (7) - shifted in after start and contacted inside runner.
Race 11	Affordable Pet Accessories Stakes - C3 - 457	HITCH A RIDE (3) - slow to begin. Checked out off heels entering turn and contacted an outside runner. HOT PLATTER (5) - crowded shortly after the start. TOKEN JASPER (6) - shifted in after start crowding inside runner. HEART SHAPED BOX (8) - slow to begin losing considerable ground. Contacted entering turn. Shifted wide entering home straight.
Race 12	Farmlands Coprice Stakes - C5 - 457	THRILLING BILLY (3) - Hampered rounding turn losing ground. MILA MILA (4) - bumped early. RIDIN' SHOTGUN (6) - began awkwardly losing ground. Turned its head towards an outside runner early in the home straight. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. Subsequently stood down for 28 days under Rule 55.1 (b) and until it completes a satisfactory trial for failing to pursue the lure in this incident. THRILLING TALK (8) - bumped early. Shifted in entering turn and contacted an inside runner becoming unbalanced and losing ground as a result.
