Track: Good Track was presented in a good racing condition being well watered and maintained throughout. All other equipment operated well.

Judicial report: HOMEBUSH RIEKO race 12 # 2 ( J McInerney ) was a late scratching when found to have a toe injury on arrival to the track.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C1 - C1 - 305	SIMPLE REQUEST (1) - dwelt and was slow away -improved in to the bend and was held up for some strides in the run on to the bend BIGTIME MURPHY (2) - fav- began awkwardly and was last in to stride- settled last made good ground in the run across the top bend to finish in to 4th placing at the line. EIGHT OH THREE (3) - bumped and jostled for some strides in the run to the bend NGAKAWAU (4) - bumped and jostled for some strides with runner to his inner in the run to the bend- was hampered and lost momentum when forced to check off heels in the home straight. KILLER FROST (9/8) - made the home bend awkwardly for a couple of strides when racing well back.
Race 2	WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 FINAL - C0f - 520	TUFF AN ' SPICEY was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. OPAWA TAI (3) - jostled and tightened back from between runners in the run to the bend on the first occasion - hampered again in the run in to the first bend. TUFF AN' SPICY (7) - settled back caught heels and went back on to following runner checking and lost ground finished in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet. MAGIC MARIA (10/8) - was bumped and unbalanced losing momentum for a couple of strides racing in to the bend on the first occasion made ground in the run across the top bend to the line.
Race 3	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 305	FLYING HUEY (2) - bumped on the home turn when improving recovered well to finish on in to 3rd placing at the line. SPOT WOODSTOCK (6) - dwelt and was last in to stride was unable to get in to contention thereafter. BELLA JADE (8) - angled inwards on the home turn bumped with runner to her inner losing momentum and several lengths.
Race 4	J P PRINT PETONE C0 Ht1 - C0q - 305 Heat 1	KYLIE JEAN (1) - fav- slow away made ground in to the midfield was unable to make ground on the leaders. VIKING JOOP (2) - angled outwards soon after the start -hampered when contacting hindquarters in to the bend ran exteremely wide in to the home straight. BANJO HOPE (3) - went up with the lids slightly raced widest in to the bend SEDGEBROOK PRIDE (4) - bumped and went sideways for a stride or so soon after the start . AHUROA MAGIC (5) - away well was then bumped jostled and tightened losing momentum going back to the rear and was unable to get back in to contention. BLITZEM GEM (6) - ran in sharply from the jump contacting runner to her inner
Race 5	WANGANUI TOYOTA C0 Ht2 - C0q - 305 Heat 2	BIGTIME LOVIE referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. The Stewards reviewed the footage of the run from the home turn to the line by the winner and after studying the dog's galloping action in the latter stages felt that on this occasion there was enough doubt to take no further action. BIGTIME LOVIE (1) - slow away then quickly improved through to the lead to be clear on the home turn -the dog was observed to be galloping awkwardly for several strides in the run to the line and was referred to the vet COLLECT A DREAM (4) - checked coming off the mats and stumbled for a stride then was tightened and settled in the rear made some ground in the run to the line. LIGHT CRUISER (5) - soon after the start was badly hampered when jostled and tightened losing momentum and ground back to the rear .
Race 6	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 Ht3 - C0q - 305 Heat 3	SLAM IT (1) - checked on the top bend making contact with runner to her outer when forced to abruptly avoid heels. WAY ANCHOR (3) - ran outwards from the jump contacting runner to his outer BIGTIME BART (5) - away well was then checked and stumbled for a stride losing momentum and ground.raced widest in to and across the top bend HOPCORN (6) - hampered for a stride at the jump checked on the top bend when bumped losing momentum and ground. BIGTIME HONEY (7) - fav- ran in sharply from the jump to the lead and was never headed SHAMROCK GREEN (9/4) - jostled and bumped between runners for a couple of strides soon after the start and again in the run in to the bend .
Race 7	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 Ht1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	METEOR VEGE referred to the vet and was found to have pain left deltoid & on flexion of hip a 7 day stand down was recommended. METEOR VEGE (3) - soon after the start was pushed inwards across heels then angled inwards making contact with the rail in to the bend on the first occasion was unable to get in to contention thereafter and was referred to the vet HERE'S HEMI (9/8) - forced to race widest in to and around the bend on the first occasion then raced towards the rear thereafter.
Race 8	CHRISTMAS AT THE RACES DECEMBER C1 HT2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	BIGTIME KISS (1) - fav- dwelt and was slow in to stride -soon improved along the inner to trail the leader finished off best. OPAWA DENISE (4) - bumped soon after the start was able to keep her position in the running. BANSHEE REEL (5) - hampered soon after the start when bumped and jostled for a couple of strides settled back and raced wide thereafter covering a fair amount of extra ground throughout the running. BIGTIME FORECAST (6) - dictated inwards from the jump bumping and jostling with runners to his inner losing some momentum recovered well to finish close up.
Race 9	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 Ht3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	HE'S A SHARKIE (4) - tightened jostled and checked back to the rear in the run to the bend on the first occasion then ran wide in to and around the bend towards the back straight. DYNA BART (5) - soon after attempted to angle across making contact and going sideways for a couple of strides in the run to the bend on the first occasion settled back was unable to improve thereafter.
Race 10	HATRICK STAKES C1 Ht4 - C1q - 520 Heat 4	CAWBOURNE MUZZA referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. GO RING referred to the vet and was found to have a small tear right hip support a 7 day stand down was recommended. CAWBOURNE MUZZA (3) - began awkwardly for a stride -ran on to the hind of runner ahead and checked going outwards and was clipped from behind going off stride losing momentum and finished a margin in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet GO RING (4) - bumped and unbalanced racing in to the bend on the first occasion.
Race 11	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305	LIGHTNING LU referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. LIGHTNING LU (1) - led out drifted wide in to the home straight and was clipped and checked from behind losing some momentum and a couple of lengths was referred to the vet DOOSH (8) - handy on the home turn and was severely checked and lost momentum as the leader ran outwards in to his line.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH RIEKO was a late scratching on vets advice after sustaining a dew claw injury on the way to the track a 7 day stand down was recommended. BIGTIME HOLLY (8) - angled inwards coming together and jostling with runner to her inner for several strides racing in to the bend MAGNETUDE EIGHT (9/7) - hampered for some distance racing to and on to the top bend as runner to her outer bumped and jostled her she lost momentum running wide over heels in to the home straight finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 13	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	LEGER'S MAGIC referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the left triceps & over lumbar region a 14 day stand down was recommended. OPAWA BLAIR (1) - dwelt at the jump soon after was jostled checked back going to the bend losing a couple of lengths was unable to get back in to contention. LEGER'S MAGIC (2) - hampered at the start when bumped was held up for some distance when railing in the run to the bend runner ahead was dictated back inwards losing momentum and ground finishing in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet DEE BEE GEE (5) - fav- raced handy to the home turn couldn't finish on. CAWBOURNE OWEN (9/3) - bumped with runner to his inner at the jump then jostled with inside runner for some distance to the bend .
Race 14	LASER PLUMBING C1 - C1 - 305	CAWBOURNE LYNS referred to the vet and was found to have pain ion the right carpus a 14 day stand down was recommended. The no 9 number was inadvertently left off the box 7 from where Cawbourne Lyns jumped from. BIGTIME BOY (2) - angled outwards to take a gap racing in to the bend and bumped runner to his outer and severely checked following runner. WATCH YOUR BACK (3) - severely checked losing momentum and all chance in the run in to the bend. CIARA (5) - bumped and was unbalanced losing momentum and ground racing to the bend. CAWBOURNE LYNS (9/7) - raced widest throughout covering a fair amount of extra ground in the in the running finishing in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet .
Race 15	MAX REFRIGERATION C1 - C1 - 305	IDOL JAN (2) - abruptly checked outwards off heels jostling with runner to her outer losing all chance. ACCRA (3) - checked soon after the start soon after was tightened and hampered for several strides in the run to the bend losing ground back to the rear CAWBOURNE LOOKS (5) - hampered and checked soon after the start severely hampered when checked and forced widest in to and on to the top bend losing all chance. BIGTIME BREMNER (6) - hampered at the jump as outside runner ran across sharply JAX JEWEL (7) - ran across sharply from the jump causing tightening and checks to several runner to his inner for a few strides was severely hampered when checked on the top bend losing momentum and ground.
