Judicial report: 1) DIZZY LASS (race 1) stood down for 3 months and required to complete a satisfactory trial pursuant to Rule 55.1(a). ~~ 2) BEAUDEN (race 1) required to complete a satisfactory trial. ~~ 3) LUCKY SCAR (race 5) stood down for 28 days and required to complete a satisfactory trial pursuant with Rule 55.1(b).

A post race veterinary inspection revealed no injury. Pursuant with Rule 55.1(a) this runner was stood down for 3 months (second offence) and required to complete a satisfactory trial. BEAUDEN (3) - checked off heels at the point of the bend. Checked runners to its outside nearing the home straight. Entering the home straight eased and pushed runner to its outside wider on the track, a post race veterinary examination revealed pain of palpation of left shoulder with a 21 day stand down. Required to complete a satisfactory trial. SMASH ACHIEVER (4) - bumped by runner to its inside on the point of the bend. Checked nearing the home straight. SMASH OUT (7) - contacted by runner to its outside shortly after the start. Checked nearing the home straight. HOMEBUSH SECRET (8) - slow to begin. Ran in shortly after the start contacting runner to its inside.

KING KALI (6) - bumped runner to its inside shortly after the start. FORBURY FLYER (10/2) - bumped runner to its inside at the start.

HOMEBUSH TESAN (5) - ran in shortly after the start inconveniencing runner to its inside. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed no injury. BLACK DAN (7) - ran wide throughout the run home. CHASING GREAT (8) - raced wide throughout the majority of the race.

COSMIC STU (5) - inconvenienced entering the bend losing ground. KNOW HASSLE (6) - slow away and raced wide throughout the back straight and into the bend. GALIFIANAKIS (8) - inconvenienced entering the bend.
Race 5	CONGRATULATIONS FUNNY MUMMY - C0 - 457	OPAWA LYN (1) - ran out at the start squeezing runner to its outside. Ran out nearing the bend squeezing runner to its outside. OUR SIMBA (2) - squeezed between runners at the start. Squeezed between runners nearing the bend and forced over extra ground. A post race veterinary examination revealed no injury. OPAWA FLASH (3) - ran in at the start squeezing runner to its inside. Ran in nearing the bend squeezing runner to its inside. LUCKY SCAR (5) - ran wide shortly after the start bumping runner to its outside. Nearing the winning post turned its head towards runner to its outside, a post race veterinary examination revealed no injury. Pursuant with rule 55.1(b) stood down for 28 days and required to complete a satisfactory trial. KNOW CAUSE (7) - ran in shortly after the start, checking off heels when looking for the rails.
