Track: Good raining soon after start of the meeting track was well presented and maintained throughout. All other equipment operated well.
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: The Trainer of BLAZING CARTER & TROGAN HOARSE( L Cole ) applied to the Stewards to have the endorsements cancelled per rule ( 55.7 & 8 ) as these greyhounds have completed the required 10 clear runs this is the first application under this rule for these greyhounds.
MIDNIGHT MOLLY ( W Hodgson ) was a late scratching on the 7-11-2018 was re presented to the vet on the 8-11-2108 per rule ( 56.5 b ) and has been cleared of injury with the stand down recinded.
BIGTIME LUCY race 9 # 8 was presented to race 3kgs down from her last race start on the 31-8-2018 this being an intentional decrease the dog was vetted clear to race.

QUEEN KONG (7) - hampered for several strides when racing between runners entering the bend. DE BLONDE (8) - contacted runner to her inner for a stride or so entering the bend.
Race 2	WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C2 FINAL - C2f - 305	FANTASTIC TEDDY (1) - fav-bumped and jostled for some distance and forced back racing to the bend. BIGTIME HUNTER (2) - bumped and jostled between runners for some distance in the run to the bend. LET'S GO SPRITE (3) - attempted to angle inwards soon after the start and bumped and jostled with runner to his inner for some distance in the run to the bend. TYNECASTLE FLYER (10/7) - bumped racing in to the bend when racing towards the rear.
Race 3	THE ROCK 95.2FM C3 - C3 - 520	THREE AMIGOS referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. THREE AMIGOS (1) - came out across and clipped heels racing in to the bend on the first occasion and was unable to improve thereafter was referred to the vet THRILLING EDDIE (2) - jostled and checked becoming unbalanced for a couple of strides in the run in to the bend on the first occasion. BUDDY LOADED (3) - crowded and jostled between runners for some strides in the run in to the bend on the first occasion. BIGTIME KATE (6) - tightened and was forced back from between runners racing in to the bend on the first occasion. BIGTIME LIAM (7) - angled across tightening several runners to his inner for some strides racing in to the bend on the first occasion.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	OPAWA LYON (1) - tightened jostled and checked losing some momentum in the run in to the bend . BUTTERBALL (2) - severely hampered when tightened and jostled losing ground racing in to the bend. AL'S APPRENTICE (4) - severely hampered and checked when racing in an awkward position racing in to the bend
Race 5	NZ Racing Series Novice (C0-C1) Final - NZRSf - 520	COOKIE BISCUIT was referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the off hind metatarsal a 5 day stand down was recommended. GO RING (2) - severely hampered and checked into the bend on the first occasion losing all chance thereafter. STORMY JAY (6) - angled in across the face of runner causing herself to be checked in the run around the bend on the first occasion. COOKIE BISCUIT (7) - was severely checked in to the bend on the first occasion when running in to hindquarters and abruptly checking outwards and was galloped on from behind and lost all chance thereafter and was referred to the vet
Race 6	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	ROWDY RUBY (2) - came out off the rail making contact with runner to her outer when challenging for the lead on the home turn. ALLEN MACK (4) - bumped and jostled for a few strides in the run in to the bend on the first occasion-hampered for a couple of strides when improving wide to challenge the leaders on the home turn. IT'S A THREAT (5) - led out to near the home turn and was hampered for a few strides as the challenging runner to her inner came out off the rail with both runners coming together and unbalanced for a couple of strides losing momentum ran on best to the line when balanced up. BIGTIME MACI (6) - jostled and checked back to the rear in the run in to the bend on the first occasion. CAWBOURNE SYMSY (8) - angled across tightening and hampering runners to his inner for some strides in the run to the bend on the first occasion.
Race 7	FIRST SECURITY C2 - C2 - 305	MAHALA BAY (2) - hampered and checked back a couple of strides entering the bend HEY JUDE (3) - jostled for a couple of strides soon after the start KINETIC SHADOW (9/4) - dwelt for a stride at the jump and was last in to stride
Race 8	HATRICK STAKES C4 - C4 - 520	SUB EIGHTEEN (4) - began awkwardly for a stride soon after was pushed sideways entering the bend on the first occasion but was able to hold his ground near the lead. GRAY BALE (5) - forced to check abruptly out wide off heels and lost ground in the run in to the bend on the first occasion. BIGTIME FRED (6) - dictated inwards from the start hampered and lost ground when tightened and jostled back from midfield racing in to the bend on the first occasion and was unable to get back in to contention. TYSON'S QUEST (7) - attempted to push across and caused himself to be hampered and bumped for several strides racing in to the bend on the first occasion BIGTIME CRAIG (8) - raced across quickly and collided with runner to his inner racing in to the bend on the first occasion
Race 9	WANGANUI TOYOTA C4 - C4 - 305	BIGTIME LUCY was presented 3 kgs down this was an intentional decrease by the kennels and was vetted clear to race. MISSING ALLEGRO referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. THUNDERATION referred to the vet and was found to have a laceration to the top of d4 near hind a 7 day stand down was recommended. THUNDERATION (1) - severely checked and almost fell losing all chance entering the bend and was referred to the vet CAWBOURNE MEZZA (4) - severely tightened and checked entering the bend losing her position and all chance thereafter. HIP HOP RAPPER (5) - angled across causing severe tightening to several runners to his inner and himself in the run in to the bend. MISSING ALLEGRO (9/2) - severely checked making hard contact with the rail entering the bend and was referred to the vet
Race 10	CHRISTMAS AT THE RACES HERE IN DECEMBER C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	CAWBOURNE LIZ (1) - checked entering the bend on the first occasion settled back raced wide thereafter hampered for a couple of strides nearing the home turn. CAMEO SYD (2) - bumped and jostled for some strides in the run to the bend on the first occasion ARDEN EMGRAND (4) - angled out over heels nearing the home turn then was badly hampered losing momentum on the home turn when catching hind quarters of runner ahead BIGTIME WENDLE (7) - fav handy in to the first bend ran very wide along back straight forced to race wide in to and around the bend checked when following runner ran on to her hindquarters on the home turn losing momentum and ground.
Race 11	HATRICK DASH C3 - C3 - 305	EYE KNO was referred to the vet and was found to have swelling p2/3 joint on the near fore a 7 day stand down was recommended. JUSTA GIFT (2) - handy on the home bend when bumped becoming unbalanced losing momentum and was unable to get back in to contention. STOLE ME WALLET (3) - improving strongly on the home bend and pushed outwards over heels contacting runner to her outer and cost herself a few lengths. EYE KNO (8) - ran widest in to the bend and became unbalanced for some strides finishing a margin in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C3 - C3 - 305	MACEY BAXTER (1) - tightened and checked in to the bend going back on to following runners running wide in to the bend having lost all chance. FEEL THE FORCE (2) - severely hampered and checked racing in to the bend losing momentum and all chance thereafter . BIGTIME MINNIE (5) - handy in the rush in to the bend ducked in between runners and caught heels and was clipped from behind and severely hampered losing all chance thereafter. CAWBOURNE CRUZ (6) - severely hampered when running in to hindquarters racing in to the bend losing momentum and ground.
