Judicial report: SKITZER race 6 # 3 ( K Gommans ) was a late scratching due to an injury.
CAWBOURNE BETTSY race 2 # 8 ( K Gommans ) was fined $100-00 rule 45.11 after the dog was presented 1.6 kgs over her last race weight on 17-10-2018
QUEEN BIG LEAGUE race 3 # 5 ( G & S Fredrickson) was down 2.9 kgs today an intentional decrease -first start for new Trainer.
All 410m starts were hand started today.

Race 1	Formpro Ratings Free Every Monday C0 - C0 - 410	The start of this race was delayed by 2 minutes due to an issue with race day control. WAY ANCHOR (3) - went up with the lids was then hampered for a stride or so. LADY JELLYBEAN (4) - began very awkwardly for a stride or so then ran in across the face of runner to her inner SMILEY O'RILEY (5) - bumped in the hindquarters soon after the start GRUNTY MAMA (6) - collided with the hindquarters of runner to her inner soon after the start -hampered for a few strides in the run into the bend. GOLDSTAR ALASKA (7) - hampered soon after the start and stumbled for a stride.
Race 2	Greyhounds As Pets C1 - C1 - 410	CAWBOURNE BETTSY referred to the vet and was found to have a punture wound & bruising to the left fore stopper pad a 14 day stand down was recommended. FLYING DEWY (1) - tightened and hampered for some distance in the run to the bend IDOL ALAN (2) - hampered for some strides when running on to hindquarters racing in to the bend. WHITE COMET (3) - jostled and bumped fro some distance in the run to the bend. BIGTIME PANTHER (4) - dictated across coming together with runner to his inner for some strides in the run to the bend soon after was pushed outwards as following runner contacted his hindquarters GOLDSTAR GALAXIE (6) - hampered for a couple of strides when bumped racing on to the top bend. GOLDSTAR DIESEL (7) - bumped racing on to the top bend when racing widest. CAWBOURNE BETTSY (8) - began awkwardly for a stride and settled back improved across the top bend battled in the run to the line referred to the vet
Race 3	Affordable Pet Accesories C1 - C1 - 410	QUEEN BIG LEAUGE was presented to race at 2.9 kgs down from her last race start on 19-9-2018 and was vetted clear to race. THRILLING STAN referred to the vet was found to have a laceration between p4 & p5 on the near hind a 14 day stand down was recommended. THRILLING STAN (1) - bumped and jostled for some distance in the run to the bend and went back off heels hampered again on the home turn referred to the vet BIGTIME JASMINE (2) - was tightened and jostled for some strides in the run to the bend IDOL JAN (3) - bumped and jostled racing in to the bend soon after was jostled for some strides when attempting to angle outwards. JUSTIN RYAN (4) - bumped and checked for several strides racing in to the bend. GOLDSTAR AUBURN (6) - angled across soon after the start causing tightening and jostling to runners for some distance in the run to the bend soon after was checked and stumbled for a stride racing on to the top bend
Race 4	M & M Master Butchers C4/C5 - C4/5 - 410	HARD MERCH referred to the vet and was found to have right side pectoral muscle pain a 10 day stand down was recommended. BIGTIME EVE (4) - hampered soon after the start when bumped inwards was then held up for some strides when attempting to gain racing room. BIGTIME BASHER (5) - hampered soon after the start settled towards the rear and was unable to improve thereafter. BIGTIME SHINE (6) - bumped and jostled for several strides racing in to the bend.checked off heels soon after. MITSUTA (7) - ran across sharply from the jump hampering several runners for some strides. BIGTIME BLACKIE (8) - bumped when racing widest in to the bend HARD MERCH (9/3) - led out in to the bend was then tightened and jostled going back through the field to the rear and was referred to the vet.
Race 5	Total Bodyshop Supplies C1 - C1 - 410	GOLDSTAR RENEE (4) - bumped and jostled for a couple of strides soon after the start BIGTIME NIBBLES (6) - bumped and dictated wide on to the top bend losing ground -angled in soon after then ran wide in to the home straight finishing in the rear at the line. CHOICE LASS (7) - raced wide across the top bend hampered for a stride or so on the home turn
Race 6	J P Print, Petone C1 - C1 - 410	SKITZER was a late scratching on arrival to the track when found to have suffered a toe laceration to the near fore with a 10 day stand down recommended GOLDSTAR AVALON referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. SKITZER (3) - late scratching KELLYDEAN (5) - hampered when jostled for a couple of strides soon after the start bumped and ran outwards racing in to the bend recovered well to race up handy and finish in to a placing . BIGTIME RONNIE (6) - jostled for some distance with runner to his inner racing in to the bend then came back off heels losing several lengths GOLDSTAR AVALON (7) - fav- hampered soon after the start forced widest in to the bend then angled inwards soon after came back off heels losing momentum and ground finished in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet MAGMA (8) - dwelt at the jump and was last in to stride- was jostled and hampered for some strides when racing on the inner in to the bend
Race 7	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C2 - C2 - 410	LUCHA referred to the vet and was found to have a right side pectoral muscle injury a 10 day stand down was recommended. ELECTRICAL STORM referred to the vet and was found to have left side pectoral muscle injury a 10 day stand down was recommended. LUCHA (1) - severely checked and stumbled losing momentum and ground racing in to the bend clipped heels and stumbled again racing across the top bend losing all chance and was referred to the vet WONG FULL ARREST (2) - tightened and jostled between runners for some distance in the run to the bend soon after was checked when catching hindquarters ELECTRICAL STORM (4) - caught in tight quarters and jostled racing in to the bend soon after was severely checked from behind and almost dragged down losing all chance and was referred to the vet STOMPIN' GROUND (6) - bumped and made contact with runner to his inner soon after the start checked and lost momentum in the run across the top bend TOMMY THE JETT (7) - fav- forced to race widest in to and around the bend in to the home straight ran on well after covering a fair amount of extra ground. LITTLE SCAMP (10/5) - bumped soon after the start settled back of midfield angled between runners racing on to the top bend to the lead .
Race 8	Paul Claridge Electrical C2 - C2 - 410	POLLY THE DOLLY (1) - bumped with runner to her outer racing on to the top bend. BIGTIME BOY (3) - began awkwardly for a stride or so bumped soon after -was hampered when avoiding heels racing on to the bend. CAWBOURNE FOXY (4) - bumped and came out over the line of following runner racing on to the top bend.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company C3 - C3 - 410	BIGTIME KYLIE referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. THREE AMIGOS referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. BIGTIME KYLIE (1) - severely tightened and checked racing in to the bend and was contacted and went sideways and unbalanced for a few strides losing all chance and was referred to the vet THREE AMIGOS (3) - jostled in to the bend then made heavy contact with runner to his inner and was unbalanced for some strides losing all chance and was referred to the vet MIKACHU (5) - hampered and came back off heels racing in to the bend soon after was contacted in the hindquarters from behind pushed sideways and unbalanced for several strides. BLACKJACK MAN (6) - checked and hampered on the top bend when wide. BIGTIME SIENNA (7) - came back off heels racing in to the bend and was forced widest and checked losing momentum but quickly recovered back in to stride having lost all chance
Race 10	Brooks Timing C1 - C1 - 457	BIGTIME SAM referred to the vet and was found to have generalized muscle soreness a 10 day stand down was recommended. THREE OF HEARTS (1) - checked and went sideways out over heels racing in to the bend checked again and unbalanced for several strides nearing the home turn BIGTIME SAM (4) - bumped and jostled between runners soon after the start unable to avoid heels and checked as a runner came back racing in to the bend ran on to heels and checked caught heels again twice nearing the home turn losing all chance and was referred to the vet FIREFLY LAFFEY (9/3) - ran on to hindquarters racing in to the bend coming back on to following runner and was severely hampered when checking outwards checked rand hampered runners nearing the home turn when angling down to the rail
Race 11	Adrian Clark - Bloodstock Consultant C3/C4 - C3/4 - 457	IT'S A THREAT (1) - tightened and jostled between runners and shuffled back racing in to the bend -hampered for a stride or so nearing the home turn when racing towards the rear. LUNCH SPECIAL (4) - hampered for several strides in the run in to the bend recovered well to keep his handy position BIGTIME FOREST (5) - jostled tightened and shuffled back racing in to the bend.
Race 12	Kamada Park C5 - C5 - 457	THOMAS WILLIAM (1) - awkwardly away and last in to stride made good ground around runners across the top bend to finish on in to 2nd placing at the line. FUSION CRONULLA (2) - badly hampered when racing on the inner racing on to the top bend and was severely checked losing all chance thereafter. ARDEN EMGRAND (5) - jostled for some strides racing in to and around the bend then was tightened on to and came back off heels losing momentum and was unable to improve thereafter. BIGTIME MIA (6) - jostled and bumped with runner to her inner for several strides turning in to the home straight. BIG LEAGUE DIVA (7) - jostled and bumped with runner to her outer for several strides turning in to the home straight. TROJAN HOARSE (8) - in the run on to the top bend angled inwards severely tightening and hampering for several strides runners to his inner.
Race 13	NZ Racing Series Graduation (C2-C3) Heats - NZRSq - 457 Heat 1	BIGTIME LEROY referred to the vet and was found to have a right fore tendon injury a 10 day stand down was recommended. THRILLING DEXTER referred to the vet and was found to have a spike wound between toes on the off hind a 7 day stand down was recommended. BIGTIME KATE (1) - tightened and checked losing momentum racing in to the bend. OUR TYSON (2) - severely hampered for some strides losing momentum racing in to the bend recovered well back in to stride to finish in to a place at the line. BIGTIME ACACIA (3) - severely hampered losing momentum and ground racing in to the bend BIGTIME LEEROY (4) - ran inwards from the jump jostling and tightening runners to his inner for some strides-soon after racing in to the bend he was severely tightened and checkedbeing unbalanced and stumbled for several strides before regaining his stride but had lost all chance thereafter finishing in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet THRILLING DEXTER (6) - angled across sharply causing severe tightening to runners to his inner and caused himself to go down on his haunches and losing all chance thereafter and was referred to the vet KIA TERE (8) - slow away was able to make good ground in to the bend due to interference affecting several runners to his inner for some strides.
Race 14	Steve 'The Auctioneer' Davis C1/C2 Distance - C1/2d - 660	CAWBOURNE PALMER was subjected to a precautionary vet examination at pre race parade after the handler expressed some concern - after being examined the vet cleared the dog to start. BIGTIME LONESTAR (4) - hampered for a couple of strides in the run in to the first bend.
Race 15	NZ Racing Series Graduation (C2-C3) Heats - NZRSq - 457 Heat 2	BILLY'S CHURN referred to the vet and was found to have abrasions & punture wounds on the hind legs a 7 day stand down was recommended. TUNA SPEED referred to the vet and was found to have right quadriceps muscle pain a 10 day stand down was recommended BIGTIME KIOWA (1) - stood when the lids lifted and was last away by a margin and was unable to get in to contention thereafter. TUNA SPEED (2) - fav- bumped hard soon after the start severely hampered when dragged down from behind losing all chance thereafter and was referred to the vet BILLY'S CHURN (3) - bumped hard inwards and ran in to runner to his inner soon after the start came out over heels and was soon forced back in on to heels and was severely hampered when running on to the hind of runner ahead losing momentum and all chance thereafter and was referred to the vet TUFF KNIGHT (5) - pushed out wide racing to the bend BIGTIME MIKE (6) - angled across severely tightening runners and causing himself to be unbalanced in the run in to the bend BIGTIME LIAM (7) - angled across sharply from the jump colliding in to another runner
