Judicial report: 1) Trainer M Grant was fined $100.00 after admitting a breach of Rule 45.11 when presenting CHEER UP CHARLIE 1.8 kgs under its last race weight on 28 September 2018. 2) CALL ME JOE (A Botherway) was a late scratching from Race 10 when found to have a cut to a foot. 3) BIWI (R Wales) was stood down for 28 days under Rule 55.1.b. after Failing to Pursue the Lure during Race 3. 4) CANYA SNIPER (J & D Fahey) which was stood down at Southland on Tuesday, was represented to the vet and found to be clear of injury with the stand down rescinded under Rule 56.5.
