Judicial report: Trainer L.Cole was fined $ 50.00 under Rule 47.4 when failing to arrange a catcher for BIGTIME ALLDONE in Race 3. An information was to be referred to the JCA charging Trainer J.McInerney under Rule 45.11 when SOZIN'S ANGEL was presented 1.7 kilograms overweight for Race 7 and this was the 5th time within the last 120 days. HEY JUDE in Race 6 was down in weight by 2.0 kilograms but this was an intentional decrease and within the Rules.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	GOTCHA PENNY (2) - crowded and lost ground going to the first turn but made up ground for 4th place. SHAKTI (5) - was tightened into first turn and lost ground. Was in contact soon after losing momentum and stayed back for the remainder. HOMEBUSH BAILEY (6) - checked into the first turn and again on the bend and went back to near the rear and stayed there.
Race 2	WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C2 FINAL - C2f - 305	OPAWA BEAR (1) - was slow away from the boxes and settled back. BIGTIME CONRAD (4) - slow away and was then tightened between runners and lost ground. Ran on well to finish in 2nd place. TYNECASTLE FLYER (7) - slow from the start and stayed well back throughout to finish 6th.
Race 3	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS WANGANUI C2 Ht1 - C2q - 520 Heat 1	THRILLING EDDIE (2) - was checked going into the first turn and went back to last and stayed there for the remainder. LUCKY JAMES (3) - was checked into the final bend and lost four lengths and stayed back to finish 2nd last. SHAREEF (5) - slow from the start and settled back but ran on well for 3rd place. THRILLING STAN (6) - slow from the start and settled back but did make up some ground for 5th place.
Race 4	J P PRINT PETONE C2 Ht2 - C2q - 520 Heat 2	CAWBOURNE MUZZA (5) - raced wide and covered extra ground and finished last. ZARA CHEEBEE (7) - slow to begin and settled back but did make up some ground. MISCHIEF VIKING (8) - raced wide and at the rear down the back straight and stayed well back.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C5 - C5 - 305	CAWBOURNE STICK (1) - was crowded adjacent to the rail into the first turn and was checked back to last and stayed there. TYSON'S QUEST (2) - shifted in going into the bend and checked an inside runner. BENNY BURRITO (3) - shifted out on the bend and was in contact and lost ground but recovered to finish 3rd. BIGTIME EMJAY (6) - was jostled on the bend and lost momentum for a short distance.
Race 6	AON CPF C2 - C2 - 305	SPOT WOODSTOCK (1) - very slow from the start losing four lengths but did make up some ground for 4th place. DE BLONDE (2) - was crowded into the first turn and shuffled back to the rear. Was checked again on the bend and stayed back to finish 2nd last. NGAKAWAU (5) - crowded another runner into the first turn and then made contact with another runner on the bend and they both lost momentum. OPEHU EXPRESS (6) - bumped and forced wide on the bend and stayed back to finish last. BIGTIME PANTHER (7) - checked when avoiding another runner into the bend and stayed well back for the remainder.
Race 7	FIRST SECURITY C2 - C2 - 305	MITCHAM MOODY (1) - slow to begin and settled back but made up ground for 4th place. LET'S GO SPRITE (4) - checked from behind into the bend and lost ground and stayed back to finish last. KIRKHAM JASPER (7) - was awkwardly placed behind runners into the bend and was turned sideways and collapsed behind soon after and took no further part. Referred to the Vet and was euthanized due to a spinal injury. CAWBOURNE CHOPS (9/2) - slow away from the start losing three lengths but recovered to finish 5th.
Race 8	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C3 - C3 - 520	RENEGADE COMET (4) - was awkwardly placed between runners into the first turn and was shuffled back to the rear and stayed back for the remainder. TUFF KNIGHT (7) - was the slowest to begin and settled back but made up some ground for 5th place.
Race 9	CHRISTMAS AT THE RACES HERE DECEMBER C4 - C4 - 305	MISSING ALLEGRO (3) - jostled between runners into the bend and was shuffled back to near the rear and stayed back. SOZIN'S NOIR (4) - inconvenienced after the start and settled back where he stayed for the remainder. RAIN AND TEARS (5) - shifted in after the start and crowded an inside runner which was inconvenienced. IDOL NIFTY (6) - hampered when the start was made when dictated in off line briefly. IDOL HOT (7) - shifted in from the start and crowded an inside runner for a short distance.
Race 10	THE ROCK 95.2FM C3/4 - C3/4 - 520	CHEESE AND CHALK (5) - received an interrupted run to the first turn and got back where he stayed throughout the remainder. BIGTIME FOREST (6) - was tightened between runners going to the first turn and was shuffled back to the rear. He then ran wide on the bend and into the back straight and finished well back. BIGTIME LIAM (7) - settled back at the rear and stayed there throughout the race to finish last.
Race 11	WANGANUI TOYOTA C3 - C3 - 305	CAWBOURNE BRANDY (3) - shifted out into the bend to race wide and became very wide in the run down the home straight. ALAMEIN TIGER (4) - jostled with another runner after the start and got back where he stayed throughout. CAWBOURNE CHEZZY (5) - involved in jostling early in the race and settled back. Was inconvenienced briefly going to the first turn when another runner moved into his line of running. MARY BLUE BLOOD (7) - shifted out into the bend and inconvenienced other runners and stayed back to finish last.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C3 - C3 - 305	ANOTHER FLAG (2) - settled well back and was checked from behind into the bend and was inconvenienced briefly. BIGTIME ROLL (6) - slow away from the start and stayed well back. Checked off heels on the bend and stayed back to finish 7th. NIPPA EEL (8) - slow from the boxes and settled back but did make up some ground for 5th place.
