Judicial report: LEO'S SON was a late scratching from Race 12 with a swollen hock. IDOL LITTLE GIRL was a late scratching from Race 3 with a wart under the left hind foot. THRILLING EDDIE who was stood down after racing at Palmerston North on 01.10.18 was re-presented but was found to be still feeling the affects of his fall and was not cleared.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	BIGTIME CLAWS (2) - was slow to begin and settled back where he stayed to finish 7th. PRETTIEST EYES (5) - went off stride after the start and drifted to eventually finish a distance last. Was referred to the Vet and stood down for 10 days with thigh and hip muscle pain. CASSIA (8) - slow from the start and settled back and stayed there. Fell after the line and was referred to the Vet and stood down for 5 days with sartorius and flexor carpi ulnaris pain
Race 2	WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 520	LIZZY O'SHEA (4) - was checked entering the final bend and lost two lengths and stayed back. DIAMOND GEEZER (6) - was the slowest to begin and then raced a little wide into the first bend but finished well for 3rd placing. OPAWA TAI (8) - clipped a heel and blundered losing momentum into the first bend and she then stayed back throughout the remainder.
Race 3	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520	ROSE AND CROWN (1) - was crowded going into the first turn and went back to the rear. COSSIE COOPER (2) - was referred to the Vet and found to have tensor fascia lata, deltoid and gluteal muscle pain with a 10 day stand down. JAY MIKE (7) - forced a little wide into the first bend and lost momentum but made up some ground for 4th place.
Race 4	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C0 - C0 - 305	MANIMAL (1) - shifted out after the start and crowded other runners. KYLIE JEAN (2) - dictated out after the start and hampered for a short distance. TUFF AN' SPICY (3) - dictated out after the start and jostled for some distance. SEFTON BREW (4) - crowded after the start and lost ground and he stayed back to finish 6th. BIGTIME LEADS (5) - crowded from outside after the start and lost ground but recovered to go on and win the race. BARBAROSSA BOY (6) - shifted in and crowded inside runners after the start. Jostled briefly going to the first turn and stayed well back.
Race 5	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 520	BIGTIME LEEROY (3) - slow to begin and settled back. Bumped and forced wide into the first turn. ARTHUR'S CROWN (4) - slow from the boxes and settled back. Checked off heels into first turn and shifted out abruptly. Tailed the field home and was referred to the Vet and found to have general muscle pain with a 14 days stand down. GO SHOW (9/2) - slow away from the boxes and settled back but did make up some ground.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520	DREAM KAY (2) - bumped going into first bend and forced wide over extra ground. ELLO TREACLE (3) - tightened after the start and settled back but did make up some ground. STORMY JAY (4) - was hampered into the first turn and shifted out making contact. Drifted soon after finishing last and referred to Vet and found to have metatarsal pain with a 14 days stand down. GO RING (5) - was the slowest to begin and stayed well back throughout.
Race 7	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 Ht1 - C1q - 305 Heat 1	BIGTIME KALANI (2) - crowded into the first turn and lost momentum. Referred to the Vet and found to have general muscle pain with a 5 days stand down. ALAMEIN DIP (3) - crowded going to the first turn and was inconvenienced and lost momentum and she stayed well back. ROCKY'S TO MUCH (5) - slow to begin and stayed back throughout to finish 6th. CAWBOURNE ROB (6) - slow away from the boxes and settled back and stayed there to finish last. ZIP ZAP ZOE (7) - shifted in going into the first turn and crowded inside runners which were hampered.
Race 8	CHRISTMAS AT THE RACES HERE DECEMBER C1 Ht2 - C1q - 305 Heat 2	AZANDEI (2) - slow to begin and settled back. Raced wide on the bend and down the home straight and finished near the rear. ALAMEIN PANDA (5) - shifted out to race wide on the bend and down the home straight and finished in last place. BIGTIME DEAN (6) - was slow away from the start and settled well back and stayed back throughout.
Race 9	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 Ht3 - C1q - 305 Heat 3	MINI MANSION (4) - in contact after the start and got back and stayed there throughout to finish 6th. BIGTIME WINNIE (5) - in contact and was inconvenienced after the start and never got back into contention and finished well back. MISS WIGGLE (6) - in contact from the start and lost momentum and settled back. Raced a little wide into the bend and stayed back to finish last.
Race 10	HATRICK DASH C1 Ht4 - C1q - 305 Heat 4	BIGTIME BOY (2) - was slow away from the start and settled back but made up some ground for 5th. CAWBOURNE BEE (7) - slow away and stayed back throughout and finished last. BIGTIME LOGAN (8) - one of the slowest to begin and stayed back throughout to finish 6th.
Race 11	FIRST SECURITY C1 Ht5 - C1q - 305 Heat 5	EMPTY POCKET (2) - raced wide on the bend and stayed back for the remainder. TUFF TEMPTRESS (6) - raced a little wide on the bend over extra ground and stayed back to finish 5th. DERMOTT BROWN (9/4) - got back after the start and never recovered and finished last.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 Ht6 - C1q - 305 Heat 6	INDY'S BOY (6) - was checked going into the bend and went back to last and finished in that position. SKITZER (7) - was bumped and inconvenienced after the start and settled at the rear. CAWBOURNE FROST (8) - shifted in after the start and momentarily hampered another runner.
Race 13	LASER PLUMBING C1 HT7 - C1q - 305 Heat 7	BIGTIME ON TRACK (1) - tightened after the start and was shuffled back to the rear and stayed there throughout. CAWBOURNE OWEN (2) - tightened from the start and was shuffled back to the tail of the field and stayed back to finish 5th. CAWBOURNE MERL (4) - shifted in from the start and crowded inside runners which lost ground and settled at the rear. FLYING CANARY (7) - was the slowest to begin and settled back but ran on well to finish in 3rd place.
Race 14	MAX REFRIGERATION C1 Ht8 - C1q - 305 Heat 8	BIGTIME KAEA (6) - began awkwardly and settled well back and stayed there throughout. SOZIN'S TREASURE (7) - raced wide on the bend covering extra ground. CAWBOURNE BETTSY (8) - began awkwardly and settled back but made up ground for 4th place.
Race 15	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C2 - C2 - 305	RUNNING FREER (1) - was in contact going into the bend and was severely checked and went back to last and stayed well back. CELESTIAL ACTION (6) - in contact into the bend and was checked but recovered quickly. LUCHA (8) - raced wide over extra ground on the bend but ran on to finish in 4th place.
