Track: Good Track was presented in a good racing condition being well maintained throughout. All other equipment operated well.

Judicial report: GOLDSTAR WILSON ( S Stone ) was a late scratching pre arriving to the track.
TUNA SPEED ( E Duganzich ) was a late scratching on arrival due to a laceration.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 Ht1 - C0q - 305 Heat 1	ALAMEIN SIMBA referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the right deep pectoral muscle a 7 day stand down was recommended. BIGTIME JASMINE (2) - fav- tightened and hampered racing in to the bend came back off heels losing ground. ELLO TREACLE (4) - bumped and jostled with runner to her outer for a couple of strides on the top bend SUBWAY KAY (5) - bumped and jostled with runner to her inner for a couple of strides on the top bend. BIGTIME POLLY (6) - bumped and jostled with runner to her outer on several occasions in the run on to the top bend. ALAMEIN SIMBA (7) - dwelt at the jump soon after bumped with runner to his inner and bumped and jostled a couple more times then becoming unbalanced and lost ground in the run across the top bend to finish a margin in the rear at the line was referred to the vet MR. POSTMAN (8) - angled across tightening and hampering runners to his inner for some strides. SHARK AND TAYTY (9/1) - checked and hampered racing in to the bend NIPPA MINT (10/3) - checked racing in to the bend when angling in across heels.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 Ht2 - C0q - 305 Heat 2	GOLDSTAR WILSON was a late scratching presented to the vet on track and was found to have mild chronic water diabetes a 14 day stand down was recommended. KYLIE JEAN (1) - bumped and jostled for some distance then checked in the run to the bend. BIGTIME PETE (2) - fav- bumped and jostled with runner to his inner when checked inwards in the run to the bend. WAY ANCHOR (3) - severely checked running out wide and lost all chance when tightened on to heels racing in to the bend. VIKING ASH (7) - angled across sharply soon after the start bumping and jostling for several strides with runner to her inner. THAT'S FRANK (9/4) - bumped hard in on to runners to his inner soon after the start tightened and checked in to the bend losing momentum and ground.
Race 3	AON CPF C0 Ht3 - C0q - 305 Heat 3	IDOL FANCY PANTS referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the right pectoral muscle & left carpus a 14 day stand down was recommended. IDOL FANCY PANTS (2) - fav- began awkwardly came out contacting runner to her outer -tightened jostled and checked back towards the rear racing in to the bend RAINING SIXES (3) - ran outwards from the jump and was bumped and jostled losing momentum - hampered again racing in to the bend when back of midfield. IT'S TIMMY (4) - bumped and checked back to the rear soon after the start -hampered when attempting to clear heels racing in to the bend when well back- came together bumping and jostling for several strides with runner to his inner nearing and on the home turn. FLYING HUEY (6) - moved outwards coming together jostling and bumping with runner to his outer for several strides nearing and on the home turn.
Race 4	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C0 Ht4 - C0q - 305 Heat 4	PRETTIEST EYES (3) - only fairly away - changed ground abruptly and was unbalanced for a couple of strides racing in to the bend.
Race 5	J P PRINT PETONE C0 - C0 - 520	ZARA JINX (4) - ran outwards from the jump making contact with runner to his outer
Race 6	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C1 - C1 - 305	KAYTEE GIBBS (1) - handy in to the bend when clipped from behind and checked losing momentum soon after bumped and lost ground. MITCHAM MOODY (2) - slow away gained a run along the inner across the top bend as other runners ran wide. ALAMEIN DIP (3) - tightened and jostled between runners when vying for the lead in to the bend BIGTIME BOY (5) - handy on the top bend when checked losing momentum and ground. JUSTA GIFT (6) - angled across after the start rushed up on the inner running on to heels and checked abruptly going back through the field losing all chance. COCKNEY RIP OFF (7) - ran widest in to and around the bend to the home straight finished best in the run to the line. PRINCESS PEA (8) - checked racing in to the bend losing momentum and was unable to get back in to contention.
Race 7	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 520	TUNA SPEED was a late scratching on arrival was presented to the vet and was found to have suffered a laceration to the near fore just below the dew claw a 14 day stand down was recommended. BANSHEE REEL was referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the right hind quadriceps a 10 day stand down was recommended. BANSHEE REEL (9/2) - raced towards the rear in the early stages - bumped slightly racing in to the bend on the first occasion -soon after drifted back to a clear last in the running and was unable to improve thereafter was referred to the vet
Race 8	HATRICK DASH C1 - C1 - 305	ACE STAR referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the right deep pectoral muscle a 7 day stand down was recommended. BIGTIME HANNAH referred to the vet was found to have muscle pain over various area's a 14 day stand down was recommended. HUNGRY MACHINE (3) - away well bumped soon after changed ground outwards over heels losing ground. WHERE'S SNOOPY (4) - slowest in to stride raced awkwardly on the bends. ACE STAR (5) - tightened and jostled back bumping and being unbalanced soon after the start- was awkward into the bend then ran on to hindquarters checking losing momentum and finished a margin in the rear at the line was referred to the vet. BIGTIME HANNAH (6) - fav- tightened from the jump and forced back was bumped soon after -angled outwards in to the bend to improve and avoid heels was galloped on from behind losing momentum and all chance referred to the vet SLY CARL (7) - dictated inwards making contact and tightening runners to his inner for several strides in the run to the bend ZIP ZAP ZOE (8) - angled across from the jump hampering runners to her inner for a few strides.
Race 9	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520	SECRET AGENDA (2) - hampered when checked in to the bend on the first occasion losing momentum and ground was unable to get back into contention thereafter. CAWBOURNE BRANDY (3) - checked in to the bend on the first occasion as runner angled in across his racing line. BIGTIME LONESTAR (4) - slow away checked and pushed outwards becoming awkwardly placed for several strides losing momentum and ground racing in to the bend on the first occasion and was unable to get back in to contention thereafter. COSSIE COOPER (8) - racing in to the bend on the first occasion angled in tightening runners to his inner and was checked as runner ahead came out abruptly over heels.
Race 10	HATRICK STAKES C1 - C1 - 520	FANCY FIFITA was referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the left fore triceps muscle a 5 day stand down was recommended. OCEAN GAMBLER (1) - hampered for room in to the bend for a few strides on the the first occasion and was unbalanced for some strides as they raced towards the back straight - was hampered again racing in to the far bend and was unable to improve thereafter. STAR MECHANIC (2) - checked over heels racing around the bend on the first occasion losing ground -made some ground in the latter stages. FANCY FIFITA (3) - raced handy to the far bend where she drifted back through the field to finish in last placing at the line was referred to the vet.
Race 11	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305	CRACKLE (2) - shifted outwards soon after the start and was bumped back inwards going back in behind runners - tightened checked when angling outwards off heels then clipped from behind by following runner avoiding heels and lost all chance thereafter. STORMY SUNDAY (5) - bumped and jostled for some distance and checked back in the run to the bend - soon after forced to abruptly check over heels losing all chance thereafter. BRIGHTEYE'S SOUL (6) - angled across soon after the start causing tightening and jostling to several runners to her inner in the run to the bend. TIGER UPPERCUT (7) - jostled for some strides in the run to the bend when attempting to angle across BIGTIME ON TRACK (8) - angled across in the run to the bend causing tightening and jostling to runners to her inner for some strides. GO ASH (9/4) - bumped and jostled for some distance in the run to the bend - abruptly forced to check out off heels becoming unbalanced for several strides losing all chance.
Race 12	CHRISTMAS AT THE RACES DECEMBER C1 - C1 - 520	BIGTIME KAEA referred to the vet and was found to have muscle soreness in various area's a 14 day stand down was recommended. BIGTIME KAEA (1) - handy when checked losing ground in the run to the back straight went back to the rear unable to improve finishing in the rear at the line was referred to the vet ELECTRICAL STORM (3) - angled across the face of runner to his inner in the run to the back straight. FLYING DEWY (5) - dwelt at the jump was last away - hampered and checked when improving along the inner in the run around the first bend.
Race 13	LASER PLUMBING C1F 305m - C1f - 305	PODIUM PHOBIA (2) - handy in to the bend - was dictated wide in to the bend - forced wider nearing the home turn finishing in the midfield at the line. ZOE JEAN (3) - began awkwardly then ran outwards jostling and being clipped from behind -ran widest in to and around the bend in to the home straight covering a fair amount of extra ground in the running. OPAWA BUCKS (5) - checked when catching heels in the run to the bend losing momentum and ground -made good ground across the top bend and in the run to the line. ALAMEIN TIGER (6) - raced handy in to the bend angled outwards across the top bend - checked off heels on the top bend ran wide thereafter forcing runner to his outer very wide in to the home bend.
Race 14	MAX REFRIGERATION CONSOLATION C1 305M - C1f - 305	MINI MANSION (2) - soon after the start attempted to push outwards contacting and turning runner to her outer sideways and checking runner in behind- came together with runner to her outer again racing in to the bend. WHITE COMET (3) - bumped hard and unbalanced soon after the start - checked soon after when pushed out on to heels -lost momentum and all chance thereafter. WHIPPY BALE (4) - soon after the start checked and pushed sideways - soon after jostled again with runner to her inner losing momentum and ground racing in to the bend was unable to get in to contention thereafter. BORN FAB (6) - dwelt at the start
Race 15	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH RIEKO referred to the vet was found to have pain in the left triceps a 7 day stand down was recommended. EPIC SPARK referred to the vet and was cleared of injury. BROCKEN WALLET referred to the vet was found to have pain in the right hind quadriceps & left hind gracilis muscles a 7 day stand down was recommended. HOMEBUSH RIEKO (1) - racing to the bend was severely tightened and brought down by a fallen runner - recovered to his paws to finish on to the lure and was referred to the vet. BIGTIME KALANI (3) - caught up in fall and checked in to the bend losing all chance. EPIC SPARK (4) - leading in to the bend when dragged down and fell -recovered to her paws to finish on to the lure was referred to the vet. INDY'S BOY (5) - fav-badly checked in to the bend checking out wide losing all chance. BROKEN WALLET (6) - attempted to angle across in to the bend caught the hindquarters of the leader and was checked then unbalanced in the hindquarters for several strides -recovered well to finish on in to a placing at the line and was referred to the vet CIARA (7) - checked soon after the start -was lucky when able to avoid bad interference racing in to the bend to be able to improve through the field to a handy position racing on to the top bend. LEGER'S MAGIC (8) - checked in to the bend ran wide losing all chance.
