Judicial report: TYNCASTLE FLYER completed a satisfactory trial which was required under Rule 38.9. MARY BLUE BLOOD in Race 8 was down in weight by 2.1 kilograms and this was intentional. BIGTIME RAPID was a late scratching from Race 9 with an injury. LET'S GO SPRITE was a late scratching from Race 11 with an injury. AL'S APPRENTICE has completed 10 clear runs and the endorsement imposed under Rule 55.1 has now been removed.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 520	OCEAN GAMBLER (5) - was well supported but raced a little wide on the first bend and was then checked losing two lengths going to the final bend and stayed well back to finish 6th. BIGTIME SAM (7) - was slow to begin and settled back where he stayed throughout to finish 7th.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	BIGTIME JANE (3) - racing in midfield and free of interference when she faltered and dropped quickly back to finish a distant last and was referred to the Vet. She was found to have a hock injury and stood down for 28 days. BIGTIME CRACKEM (5) - was hampered by the retreating runner and forced wide losing ground and finished near the rear. IDOL HOT (7) - forced very wide on the bend and she lost all chance and finished 6th.
Race 3	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C3 - C3 - 520	BIGTIME MONTY (3) - was tightened at the start and settled back but made up ground and finished in 4th place. JINJA LOREN (8) - was observed to have cramp following the race and was referred to the Vet and stood down for 10 days. However, after being examined again later in the evening, the stand down was rescinded.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C4 - C4 - 305	FRISKY GAMBLER (1) - was jostled for a short distance in the run to the finish line. CLOVER VICTORIA (4) - was crowded after the start and shuffled back to last where she stayed throughout. KING'S CALL (6) - was awkwardly placed going to the first turn and lost momentum. He was referred to the Vet at the Trainers request and found to have pectoral and hip support muscle injuries. SMASH CHARGER (6) - jostled over the final stages when sharing the lead but held on to win the race.
Race 5	J P PRINT PETONE C2d - C2d - 645	GENTLEMAN TIM (3) - was checked and forced wide over extra ground on the final bend. MISTER EBBY (5) - was checked on the final bend when avoiding a runner on retreat with an injury and lost ground. Was slow to begin losing three lengths but recovered to make up ground and won the race. THRILLING RORY (8) - slow to begin but gradually made up ground to be 3rd on the final bend but faltered and quickly drifted to the rear where he finished. Was referred to the Vet and euthanased due to a hock fracture.
Race 6	WANGANUI TOYOTA C2 Ht1 - C2q - 305 Heat 1	ZOE JEAN (3) - jostled for some distance in back straight and lost momentum. MAHALA BAY (4) - jostled and unbalanced for some distance going to first turn and stayed well back for the remainder. BARN DOOR BILLY (5) - crowded from outside after the start and lost ground. WHITE COMET (6) - crowded after the start and got back where she stayed throughout and finished last. GO ASH (7) - shifted in after the start and contributed to tightening to runners drawn further in. HOMEBUSH BELLE (8) - shifted in from the start and tightened inside runners, some of which were checked losing ground.
Race 7	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C2 Ht2 - C2q - 305 Heat 2	CLOVER BUBBA (6) - was bumped and unbalanced after the start and lost momentum. Was held up for a short distance on the bend when unable to clear the heels of a runner ahead and he stayed back to finish 6th.
Race 8	AON CPF C2 Ht3 - C2q - 305 Heat 3	MARY BLUE BLOOD (2) - bumped and then jostled after the start and she went back and raced wide over extra ground and finished several lengths last. Was referred to the Vet and found to have a quadricep injury. SECRET INDY (5) - was tightened between runners after the start and settled back where she stayed throughout to finish 2nd last.
Race 9	FIRST SECURITY C4 FINAL - C4f - 305	KIRKHAM JASPER (2) - jostled together for some distance going to first turn and dropped back to the rear and stayed there for the remainder. BENNY BURRITO (3) - jostled going to the first turn and dropped back to the rear but did make up some ground to finish 4th. BIGTIME CONRAD (8) - raced wide throughout covering extra ground and finished well back.
Race 10	THE ROCK 95.2FM C3/4 - C3/4 - 520	ARDEN EMGRAND (2) - was the slowest to begin and settled at the rear but made up ground well to finish in 2nd place. BIGTIME EVE (9/3) - raced in the body of the field until the final bend where she began to drift and then eventually collapsed in the home straight and did not finish the race. She was referred to the Vet who quickly established that she had suffered from bad cramp and as this was not the first occasion, the Trainers representative advised that BIGTIME EVE is to be confined to racing over sprint distances in future. If being nominated for middle distance, she will be required to trial over that distance before racing. No stand down was required.
Race 11	LASER PLUMBING C3 - C3 - 305	CAWBOURNE CHEZZY (2) - began very awkwardly losing several lengths and all chance. DREAMZONE (4) - began to lose ground into the bend and drifted to eventually finish several lengths last and was referred to the Vet and found to have a gracilis muscle injury. BIGTIME SHINE (7) - was awkwardly placed between runners into the bend and lost momentum but ran on well to finish in 3rd place.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION 2 HATRICK C3 - C3 - 305	BELLA JADE (2) - began awkwardly losing ground and was then briefly unbalanced and settled back where she stayed throughout. BIGTIME SWIFT (3) - checked over heels into the bend and lost momentum briefly. FEAR THE BEARD (6) - settled back and then raced a little wide on the bend and stayed back to finish last.
