Judicial report: 1) A Review of the stand down imposed on SHADY BANJO (C Weir) for Marring at the Christchurch GRC on 30 April was heard by the JCA at Addington Raceway yesterday. This review was unsuccessful with the stand down being confirmed. 2) A Review of the stand down imposed on DYNA MONTY (C Roberts) for Failing to Pursue the Lure at the Christchurch GRC on 27 April was heard by the JCA at Addington Raceway yesterday. This review was successful with the stand down being rescinded. The full decisions from these reviews will be available on the JCA website in coming days. 3) COSMIC JASE ( J McInerney) was a late scratching from Race 12 at 10am when found to have a hip strain. 4) TREVILLE (R Blackburn) was a late scratching from Race 12 at kenneling when found to be off colour. 5) Trainers J & D Fahey were fined $50 after admitting a breach of Rule 44(6) when late to present GO BELLE for kenneling. 6) Trainers J & D Fahey were fined $50 after admitting a breach of Rule 47.4 after failing to arrange a catcher for KIA TERE at the conclusion of Race 8.

Checked and unbalanced on bend losing ground. Again checked home turn losing ground. HOMEBUSH RUFUS (8) - Raced wide into bend.
Race 3	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C2/3 - 295	HILTON HANGOVER (1) - Ran wide around bend. LISA'S BOY (2) - Checked off heels back straight after outside runner. Pushed wide home turn. MACEY BAXTER (3) - Ran inwards back straight checking inside runner. Checked outwards off heels home turn and pushed runner outwards in consequence. EPIC FANTASY (6) - Checked and unbalanced into bend losing ground. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. BARELLEN PANTHER (8) - Last on jumping.
Race 4	A2C Asphalt 2 Concrete Ph.0800222583 Dash - C2/3 - 295	EPIC KNOXY (3) - Checked by outside runner early stages dropping to rear. Checked off heels into bend losing ground. Came together with outside runner home turn. FIRED UP JED (4) - Ran inwards early stages checking inside runner. Ran outwards back straight checking runner. Ran wide around bend. SENORITA JULIE (6) - Checked by inside runner back straight. Checked outwards off heels home turn. SHANLY STAR (8) - Got on heels into bend losing momentum. Came together with inside runner home turn.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Stakes - C3 - 520	HANKENSTEIN (1) - Checked outwards off heels into first bend pushing runners wider. COSMIC STU (2) - Badly tightened into first bend and lost ground. AMELIA ROB (3) - Tightened in run to first bend and checked outwards in consequence losing ground. DYNA BART (4) - Pushed wide first bend then checked by inside runner. Badly checked by inside runner home turn and was pushed wide becoming unbalanced. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. SHADY SNAPPER (5) - Dragged down for a stride into first bend. ALLEN HADRIAN (6) - Checked outwards off heels home turn losing ground. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. FULL SPEED (7) - Pushed wide and turned sideways for a stride first bend. Had heels clipped home turn losing momentum. EDGE OF TOWN (8) - Clear last on jumping. Ran outwards first bend making contact with outside runner.
Race 6	Spectator's Bar & Bistro Dash - C2/3 - 295	CROTTY (4) - Dragged down for a stride on bend by trailing runner. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. KNOW RESPECT (5) - Ran outwards back straight checking outside runner. Contacted by outside runner on bend and then clipped heels. DANGERWOOD (7) - Checked by inside runner back straight. Angled inwards on bend contacting inside runner then ran wide in consequence.
Race 7	NZ Racing Series Sprint Final - NZRSf - 295	OHOKA CLARE (4) - Ran wide home straight. NICEY SPICEY (5) - Checked by outside runners early stages. Ran wide home turn. NOZZNO FEAR (6) - Tightened early stages. SMASH BOMBER (7) - Ran inwards early stages hampering inside runners then checked by outside runner soon after. FLOWER BOMB (8) - Ran inwards back straight checking inside runners.
Race 8	I Pave Concrete Distance - C1/2d - 645	VICKI KEEPING (2) - Contacted by inside runner first bend and pushed wide in consequence. GO BELLE (4) - Checked by outside runners early stages dropping to rear. Ran outwards first bend contacting outside runner.
Race 9	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C4 - 520	PERFECT RESULT (1) - Got on heels end of back straight losing ground. Ran outwards home turn. VIKTORIA VIKKERS (2) - Checked on home turn losing ground. HELSKI BALE (3) - Held up by checked runner home turn. KNOW ANSWER (4) - Checked on first bend losing ground and again entering back straight dropping to rear. MINA ALLEN (8) - Raced wide around first bend. Pushed wide home turn.
Race 10	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C4/5 - 520	LORD LOUIS (2) - Ran outwards first bend. Raced wide back straight. Contacted by outside runner final bend then pushed that runner wider. Again checked home turn and pushed wide. OPAWA TIMO (3) - Ran inwards final bend and contacted by inside runner then pushed outwards. DAVID'S LEGACY (4) - Ran wide into back straight when leading. EGOMANIACAL (5) - Shifted outwards early stages. SHREDDIN' (6) - Clear last on jumping. Got on heels first bend losing momentum. TOM TEE (7) - Hampered by inside runner early stages. HILTON FORABET (8) - Ran wide first bend.
