Judicial report: 1). Trainer J Jopson was fined the sum of $50.00 for failing to produce the Certificate of Registration and Weight Record for GOLDSTAR TU PUC.

2). Trainer B Dann was fined the sum of $50.00 for failing to produce the Certificate of Registration and Weight Record for his runners engaged today.

3). SPARKLING TERRA (R Casey) - was a late scratching from Race 7 after being found to be In Season.

4) GOLDSTAR BRYTON (S & B Evans) - stood down 28 days and subject to a satisfactory trial after Failing To Pursue the Lure in Race 4.

5). GOLDSTAR LIBERTY ( S & B Evans) - removed from the box first list prior to competing in Race 5. Turned in boxes and stood down pending satisfactory trial. Placed back on the box first list.

6). OHOKA TESS (L Waretini) - stood down for 28 days and subject to a satisfactory trial after Failing to Pursue the Lure in Race 9.

7). KOROIBETE (Hart & Taylor) - the endorsement issued regarding Failing To Pursue the Lure was cancelled after completing in its tenth race without re-offending.

8). All available films will be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b)

Race 2	Steve Anngow Drapes & Blinds Ph 0272719588 Sprint - C1 - 295	HOMEBUSH CLINT (1) - awkwardly placed on heels and had to check rounding the bend. HI HO TONTO (2) - slow to jump. shifted up the track prior to the bend and collided with outside greyhound. Awkwardly placed rounding the bend and lost momentum. CULVIE YOGI (6) - collided with inside greyhound prior to the bend. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend and had to steady losing ground. KNOW BIAS (7) - checked inwards off heels early stages. Ran wide exiting the bend and through the home straight. KNOCKA RUSH (8) - bumped up the track rounding the bend.
Race 3	Carol's T.A.B. Clendon Inn Stakes - C1 - 520	SLY ROSE (2) - placed in restricted room entering the first bend losing ground. Bumped outside greyhound rounding first bend. JEALOUS AFFAIR (3) - squeezed for racing room early. Placed in restricted room entering the first bend losing ground. Contacted form the inside rounding first bend. EXTRA SALSA (6) - squeezed for racing room entering the first bend and had to steady. TWIZEL STORM (7) - slow to jump before checking inwards off heels.
Race 4	Benson's Hair & Beauty Sprint Heat 1 - C1q - 295 Heat 1	GOLDSTAR BRYTON (1) - shifted up the track exiting the bend and made contact with outside greyhound. Eased free of interference early stages of the home straight. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for 28 days and subject to a satisfactory trial for Failing to Pursue the Lure. DISTINCTIVE MISS (2) - shifted up the track in the run to the bend and collided with outside greyhound. WONG BOX (3) - bumped from the inside exiting the bend. BELFAST DELANIE (4) - squeezed for racing room in the run to the bend. Again squeezed for racing room entering the bend and lost ground. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend and had to check. OPAWA MILLIE (5) - shifted up the track early stages and collided with outside runner. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend and had to steady. BOTANY WHISPER (6) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend and lost ground. HOLLY GRACE (7) - began awkwardly and was slow to leave the boxes. PARINGI PAM (8) - contacted from the inside early stages.

RUNNING FREER (2) - placed in restricted room prior to the first bend. OH SO NITRO (3) - shifted up the track early stages colliding with outside greyhound. GOLDSTAR LIBERTY (4) - removed from the box first list at the request of connections. Turned in the boxes and failed to take part in the race. Stood down pending satisfactory trial. Placed back on the box first list. KNOW FLARE (5) - placed in restricted room entering the first bend and had to check. Awkwardly placed on heels entering final bend. OPAWA PAM (6) - crowded for racing room early stages. SMASH CALLING (7) - crowded for racing room early stages. LITTLE KRAKATOA (8) - shifted down the track abruptly early stages crowding inside greyhounds before colliding with runner.
Race 6	Benson's Hair & Beauty Sprint Heat 2 - C1q - 295 Heat 2	LEANNE'S WAY (1) - muzzle came adrift in the boxes. Bumped with outside runner in the run to the bend and again entering it. TUI STYLE (2) - contacted from the inside in the run to the bend. Again contacted from the inside entering the bend losing ground and checking trailing runner. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. MAMMA ROSE (5) - boxed first. Slow early. Checked entering the bend and lost momentum.Stood down for 10 days with a strained left hind Whip muscle.
Race 7	Benson's Hair & Beauty Sprint Heat 3 - C1q - 295 Heat 3	SUMMER SALT (1) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend and had to steady losing ground. JINGILI JILL (2) - checked rounding the bend and lost momentum. OPAWA BUCKS EYE (3) - checked and forced up the track rounding the bend. UNFOUNDED (9/4) - bumped down the track early stages. HOMEBUSH IVANA (7) - shifted down the track early stages colliding with inside runner. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend.

LAVARNO (4) - placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground. GOLDSTAR RENEE (5) - squeezed for racing room in the run to the bend losing balance and momentum. Further squeezed rounding the bend. EPIC ROSE (6) - slightly checked from behind rounding the bend. FIERY JEMMA (7) - slow to jump. Inconvenienced entering the bend. SAY CHEESE (8) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend having to steady momentarily.
Race 9	Benson's Hair & Beauty Sprint Heat 5 - C1q - 295 Heat 5	OHOKA TESS (9/2) - turned its head towards outside greyhound exiting the bend while free of interference. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for 28 days and subject to a satisfactory trial prior to resuming. SEA SPRAY ELSA (3) - jostled with CORNALI shortly after the start with its muzzle becoming entangled in CORNALI's race rug for a short distance. Shifted up the track entering. After making inquiries in regards to the condition of the greyhounds muzzle it was established that it was in good order with no action deemed necessary other to note the incident. CORNALI (4) - jostled with SEA SPRAY ELSA shortly after the start with the rug on this bitch becoming caught in SEA SPRAY ELSA's muzzle causing CORNALI some disadvantage for a short distance. Awkwardly placed entering the bend. FAB ACTION (5) - awkwardly placed entering the bend losing ground. TIKAO JACKIE (6) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend. IDOL GEORGE (7) - slow to jump.
Race 10	Benson's Hair & Beauty Sprint Heat 6 - C1q - 295 Heat 6	SCISSOR CLIP (2) - jostled with outside runner early stages. POETIK (3) - squeezed for room early stages. HOMEBUSH ELLIE (4) - bumped with inside runner early stages. TILT (7) - Underwent a precautionary Veterinary examination after the stir ups after the Handler expressed concern and was cleared to race. Squeezed for racing room shortly after the start before faltering and losing ground with the field. Subjected to a further Veterinary examination when the bitch had cooled down which revealed a torn right Gracilis with a 28 day stand down imposed.
Race 11	Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes - C1 - 520	OPAWA SOPHIE (2) - began awkwardly. GO BELLE (4) - squeezed for racing room early stages. HOMEBUSH FUED (6) - forced down the track early stages. SMASH REBEL (7) - forced down the track early stages. BLUEY FIELDS (8) - faltered free of interference and shifted up the track abruptly entering the first bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and found to have fractured its right hock and was humanly euthanised as a result.
Race 12	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C1 - 520	EYREWELL EBONY (1) - climbed on heels entering the first bend and had to steady. FANTASTIC DAISY (3) - checked from behind entering the first bend.
Race 13	Ther Turf Bar Sprint - C1 - 295	MITCHAM MOODY (6) - placed in restricted room entering the bend and had to steady. DUNK IT (7) -placed in restricted room entering the bend and had to steady.
Race 14	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C1 - 295	INKY LORD (1) - jostled with outside runner in the run to the bend. Climbed on heels and lost its chance rounding the bend. Ran extremely wide throughout the run home. Subjected to a Veterinary examination and cleared of injury. FERAL KAIAKA (3) - placed in restricted room entering the bend and lost ground. GOLDSTAR PO (4) - jostled with inside runner in the run to the bend. Squeezed for racing room entering the bend and lost ground. AUROS ADVANTAGE (5) - placed in restricted room before being dragged down rounding the bend and lost its chance. Subjected to a Veterinary examination and found to have sustained a spike wound to a toe on its left hind foot. Stood down for 7 days. OPAWA LAWSEY (6) - held up and awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend. KOROIBETE (7) - checked and turned outwards rounding the bend.
Race 15	Livamol Dash - C1 - 295	DAPPER DANNY (3) - slow early. COLERIDGE JIM (5) - inconvenienced rounding the bend. GOLDSTAR SPOTTY (7) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend having to steady and lose ground. MR BLACK MAGIC (8) - slow early. Awkwardly placed on heels exiting the bend.
