Judicial report: 1) Trainer J Tanner was fined $50.00 after admitting a breach of Rule 44.8(b) when failing to present the papers for ASTRO TIPPLE. 2) Trainer J Jopson was fined $150.00 (second offence) after admitting a breach of Rule 45.11 when WONG BOX was presented 2 kgs above its last race weight on 6 April. 3) EPIC ROSE (J Jopson), PAT ALLIE and LUCKY BLAIR ( both R Wales) completed Satisfactory Trials as required. 4) PLATONIC AFFAIR (L Waretini) was a late scratching at 9am when found to be suffering from a wound to a tongue. 5) JINJA CODY (J McInerney) was a late scratching from Race 14 at kenneling when found to have mouth and teeth damage. 6) DYNA MONTY (C Roberts) was stood down for 3 months (second offence) under Rule 55.1.b. after Failing to Pursue the Lure during Race 2. 7) ASTRO TIPPLE (J Tanner) must complete a Box Trial after turning in boxes at the start of Race 3.

Ran inwards into bend contacting inside runner and becoming unbalanced. ASTRO TIPPLE (7) - Turned in boxes and took no competitive part in race. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. Must complete box trial. RIGHT ON TIME (8) - Contacted by inside runner home turn and pushed wide.
