Judicial report: 1) SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT:- The J.C.A received a Review lodged by Mr. A Roberts against a decision handed down by the Racing Integrity Unit Stewards at Christchurch GRC's Meeting on the 20 April 2018. The Stewards determined, under the provisions of Greyhound Racing New Zealand's Rule 55.1.b, that his greyhound 'DYNA WALTER' had failed to pursue the lure during Race 10. Subsequently, DYNA WALTER was suspended for 28 days and ordered to undergo a satisfactory trial prior to being nominated for any further races. At the hearing held today at Addington raceway the J.C.A, having viewed the replay vision and taking into account evidence tendered by Stewards and Mr Roberts, found that it was correct for the Stewards to form the opinion that the greyhound 'DYNA WALTER' had failed to pursue the lure and the review was dismissed which necessitated its scratching from tomorrows race meeting.

2). All Greyhounds competing in The Fitz Sports Bar New Zealand Oaks were required to provide Urine samples during the week for the purpose of Out Of Competition testing.

3). HOWIE BALE (A Roberts) - due to an administration error this greyhound was inadvertently left in the field for Race 5 after gaining a start in Race 12 the ACTIVE ELECTRICAL CHRISTCHURCH SPRINT FINAL and as a result was declared a late scratching at 9.15 am this morning. An investigation was opened into how this error occurred.

4). SHOE FLY ( J Jopson) - was a late scratching from Race 8 at kenneling on Veterinary advice.

5). COSMIC RUBEN (JT McInerney) - was represented at today's meeting under Rule 56.5 and found to be free of injury with the stand down issued at the Southland GRC's meeting on Tuesday 24 April 2018 removed.

6). The photo finish failed to operate for the finish of Race 1 with the placings being determined via the use of the Video replays.

7). SHALLAY PALLAY (J & D Fahey) - The endorsement issued on 4th November 2017 regarding Marring at the Wentworth Park Meeting was cancelled after completing in its tenth race without re-offending.

8). PANEL BEATER (J & D Fahey) - The endorsement issued on 13 September 2017 regarding Marring at the Wentworth Park Meeting was cancelled after completing in its tenth race without re-offending.

9). All available films will be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b)

Awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend and had to check. JUNK MAIL (6) - collided with inside runner early stages. HOMEBUSH AUSTIN (7) -on heels rounding the bend and had to steady losing ground.

TRICKY ACTION (2) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Inconvenienced rounding the bend. UNVERIFIED (3) - bumped with inside runner early stages. Squeezed for racing room entering the bend and lost ground. KNOW SWEAT (5) - severely checked rounding the bend losing its chance. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. SERIOUSLY GRAND (7) - boxed first. SIERRA DELTA (8) - checked and forced wide rounding the bend.
Race 4	Spectator's Bar & Bistro Sprint - C3 - 295	JADED AFFAIR (1) - shifted up the track rounding the bend. EPIC KNOXY (5) - slow to jump. KNOW RESPECT (6) - jostled with outside greyhound in the run to the bend.Forced up the track rounding the bend. COSMIC JASE (7) - jostled with inside greyhound in the run to the bend. Inconvenienced rounding the bend losing momentum. BARELLEN PANTHER (8) - forced wide and placed awkward on heels rounding the bend.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C4 - 295	JINJA BRIAN (2) - jostled with outside greyhound early stages. Continued to jostle into the bend and lost ground. Checked outwards rounding the bend. THINK TANK (3) - jostled with inside greyhound early stages. Continued to jostle into the bend and lost ground. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend and had to steady. KNOW APPROVAL (4) - inconvenienced rounding the bend. TREVILLE (6) - checked outwards off heels exiting the bend.

Squeezed for room entering the bend and checked outwards colliding with outside runner losing ground. AUSSIE HOON (3) - slow early. Contacted from the outside in the run to the bend. CAWBOURNE BRITTY (4) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Again squeezed for racing room entering the bend having to steady and lose ground. Race 10	The Fitz Sports Bar New Zealand Oaks - R/Af - 520	HILTON FORABET (1) - became unbalanced for a stride and shifted down the track abruptly shortly after the start. BIGTIME MIA (3) - placed in restricted room entering the first bend. Jostled with outside runner rounding the first bend. INVINCIBLE SUE (4) - jostled with inside runner rounding the first bend.
