Judicial report: 1). Stewards spoke with Representatives from the J T McInerney and R Wales kennels as well as Kennel Steward R Herbert in regards to Greyhounds from their respective kennels were not kenneled by the prescribed time on Monday 9 April 2018. After taking into account the explanations tendered from all parties no further action was deemed necessary other than to remind the handlers from Mr Wales Kennel of their obligations regarding the kenneling procedure.

2). Greyhounds SMOOCHI & TEESHA, both trained by G A Lawrence, were late withdrawals from their qualifying trial today after it was established they had been domiciled in kennels other than those of Mr Lawrence's in the excess of 14 days preceding today's meeting.

3). All available films will be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b)

Cleared of injury post race. COSMIC RICHIE (5) - last ground with the field entering the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Warned performance. KNOW APPROVAL (6) - checked outwards off heels exiting the bend. DETECTIVE DASH (7) - ran wide rounding the bend. JADED AFFAIR (8) - forced wide rounding the bend.
Race 2	A2C Asphalt 2 Concrete Ph 0800222583 Dash - C3 - 295	STAR BUCKING (1) - boxed first. LEO'S SON (2) - climbed on from behind rounding the bend, SUPER BAD (3) - contacted from outside early stages. Checked off heels prior to the bend. Inconvenienced shortly afterwards before being obliged to check off heels again exiting the bend. Bumped with outside greyhound entering home straight. JUSTIN RYAN (4) - bumped with inside runner early stages. SUNLIT JOHNNY (5) - placed in restricted room entering the bend and had to check. Further checked rounding the bend and lost momentum. HOMEBUSH SCRIBE (8) - bumped from inside exiting the bend.
Race 3	Clarkson's Sign Studio Stakes - C2 - 520	AMY BALE (2) - contacted from behind prior to the first bend. GO ANGEL (3) - forced down the track prior to the first bend. SHADY SNAPPER (9/4) - shifted up the track entering the back straight forcing runners wide. HOMEBUSH FUED (5) - forced up the track entering back straight. BOSTON BILLY (6) - boxed first. Slow early. Wide racing round first bend. LITTLE KRAKATOA (7) - boxed first. Weakened final stages. OPAWA ROBYNANN (8) - forced up the track entering back straight.
Race 4	Spectator's Bar & Bistro Sprint - C4 - 295	AUSSIE HOON (2) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend. MIDNIGHT BOLT (4) - collided with outside runner early stages before being placed in restricted racing room losing momentum. TREVILLE (5) - collided with inside runner early stages before being placed in restricted racing room losing ground. TALK TALK (6) - checked outwards of heels rounding the bend taking outside runner wide. SOZIN'S ANGEL (8) - checked and forced up the track rounding the bend.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Stakes - C2 - 520	SMASH CALLING (1) - collided with outside runner in the run to the first bend. TOKEN VIKKERS (3) - forced down the track early stages colliding with inside runner. Became awkward in its gait entering the first bend and was retried from the event. Referred to the Veterinarian for assessment which found it to have torn its left fore tricep with a 21 day stand down imposed.
Race 6	Active Electrical Christchurch Dash - C4 - 295	HOMEBUSH BANKER (2) - awkwardly placed entering the bend and lost ground. JINJA BRIAN (3) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Again squeezed for room entering the bend and lost momentum. MAGIC MIKE (4) - boxed first. Checked off heels in the run to the bend. DUSKY BREWS (6) - began awkwardly. OPAWA SHELDON (7) - boxed first.
Race 7	Happy 80th Birthday Adelaide Jopson Stakes - C3 - 520	MUST BE RUSTY (3) - checked inwards off heels in the run to the first bend. Bumped with outside runner leaving the back straight. KNOW ANSWER (4) - collided with inside runner entering the first bend. DYNA BART (6) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the back straight. GOLDSATR ASHTON (7) - boxed first. Bumped form the outside at the jump. Ran outwards entering the first bend and collided with outside runner. Bumped with inside runner leaving the back straight. BOTANY ALAN (8) - bumped inside runner at the jump. Bumped from inside entering the first bend.
Race 8	The Turf Bar Sprint Final - C3f - 295	FIERY FAGAN (4) - jostled briefly in the run to the bend. HIGH RETURN (5) - jostled briefly in the run to the bend. Collided with inside runner exiting the bend and was turned outwards. ZIPPING LANCE (6) - awkwardly placed to the inside of runner rounding the bend and lost balance for a stride. TECHNIC (7) - crowded for room early stages and again exiting the bend. GENETIC MARLOW (8) - collided with outside runner exiting the bend.
Race 9	My Bro Fabio Distance - C2d - 645	PANEL BEATER (5) - awkwardly placed between runners shortly after the start.
Race 10	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint Final - C4f - 295	KNOW SCRUTINY (2) - placed in restricted room and became unbalanced when entering the bend losing all momentum. NICEY SPICEY (3) - boxed first. Placed in restricted room entering the bend. QUEEN KONG (4) - bumped with outside runner prior to the bend. NOZZNO FEAR (6) - checked when in restricted room entering the bend losing ground. SARAYA JAYDE (8) - awkwardly placed on heels and lost ground entering the bend.
Race 11	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C4/5 - 520	MAZU (2) - placed in restricted room entering the first bend. DYNA DAVE (3) - placed in restricted room entering the first bend. TOM TEE (5) - checked outwards off heels entering the first bend.
Race 12	Livamol Dash - C5 - 295	SMASH BOMBER (1) - placed in restricted room entering the bend. HEY JUDE (7) - placed in restricted room entering the bend. HOWIE BALE (8) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend. Held up rounding the bend and early stages of the run home.
