Judicial report: (1) Race 2 MISS DUPRE(B Dann) Rule 55.7 Endorsement cancelled .
(2) SUPPLEMENTRY REPORT:- The J.C.A received a Review lodged by Mr.S Evans against a decision handed down by the Racing Integrity Unit Stewards at Christchurch GRC's meeting on March 1st 2018. The Stewards determined, under the provisions of Greyhound Racing New Zealand's Rule 55.1.b, that the greyhound OPAWA CHEVIOT had failed to pursue the lure during Race 8. Subsequently,OPAWA CHEVIOT was stood down for 28 days and ordered to undergo one satisfactory trial prior to being nominated for any further race. At the hearing held today at Addington raceway the J.C.A, having viewed the replay vision and taking into account evidence tendered by Stewards and Mr Evans, found that OPAWA CHEVIOT had failed to pursue the lure and the review was dismissed.
