Judicial report: BAHAMA GAS was ordered to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 38.9 after racing very wide in Race 13 and almost hitting the 520 metre boxes.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	HOMEBUSH BELLE (6) - Was tightened between runners going into the bend and lost ground. PICKERING (10/7) - Was slow to begin losing two lengths and stayed well back throughout.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 520	BIGTIME SASSY (2) - Was referred to the Vet and found to have thigh muscle pain. BIGTIME NIBBLES (5) - Was crowded in the early stages and lost two lengths.
Race 3	METEOR OPD FINAL C0 - C0f - 305	ALL ABOUT SPACE (5) - Was slow to begin and stayed back throughout to finish in 6th place. PLAN STAN (6) - Was also slow away from the boxes losing three lengths and stayed well back.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 305	SOZIN'S DIAMOND (9/6) - Was tightened between runners going to the first corner and she went back to the rear and stayed there for the remainder of the race.
Race 5	J P PRINT PETONE C0 - C0 - 305	JERICHO WARRIOR (4) - Shifted out goinng into the bend and forced other runners wide over extra ground. BIGTIME STEVE (5) - Forced wide into the bend and stayed well back for the remainder. HOMEBUSH AMBER (6) - Slow away from the boxes and then forced wide into the bend but made up some ground for 4th place. MAGIC JESS LASS (8) - Forced over extra ground going into the bend and stayed well back.
Race 6	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK HT 1 C1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	WORLD FREAKSHOW (4) - Was hampered and lost momentum going into the first turn. CAWBOURNE LICK (5) - Was awkwardly placed between runners going into the first turn and went back to the rear and stayed well back.
Race 7	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI HT 2 C1 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	FOREVER AND EVER (2) - Slow to begin losing two lengths but recovered well to finish in 2nd place. CAWBOURNE MUZZA (8) - Was slow away from the boxes and settled back where he stayed throughout the remainder.
Race 8	THE ROCK 95.2FM HT 3 C1 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	PEPPER'S CHOICE (2) - Checked over heels going into the first bend and went back to the rear and stayed there for the remainder of the race. MISCHIEF VIKING (8) - Was the slowest to begin and settled back but made up ground well to finish in 3rd place.
Race 9	FIRST SECURITY HT 4 C1 - C1q - 520 Heat 4	BLACKIE CHAN (1) - Was referred to the vet and found to be suffering from a hock sprain. BIGTIME ZOE (5) - Was checked going into the first turn and lost momentum and she stayed well back for the remainder and finished 6th. IDOL JAZZ (7) - Was following the first mentioned runner and was inconvenienced and also lost momentum briefly.
Race 10	AON CPF C1/2 - C1/2d - 645	CAWBOURNE TRIXY (5) - Was tightened between runners entering the straight for the first time and inconvenienced for a short distance.
Race 11	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	BARN DOOR BILLY (5) - Was crowded from the outside after the start and settled back. SNOW BALL CHANCE (6) - Was crowded after the start and inconvenienced but made up ground well and finished in 3rd place . PIKO PIKO CONNOR (7) - Was tightened after the start and settled back where he stayed and finished in last place. CHAOS THEORY (8) - Shifted in abruptly from the start and caused crowding to runners drawn further in.
Race 12	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 - C1 - 305	AZANDEI (1) - Was slow to begin losing two lengths but recovered to improve out wide until into the home straight where she faded slightly. CAWBOURNE LOOKS (5) - Was referred to the Vet and found to have a laceration to a hind leg. CRACKLE (7) Was bumped and unbalanced losing ground going into the first turn.
Race 13	LASER PLUMBING C1 - C1 - 305	EPIC BLU (7) - Was slow to begin losing three lengths and he stayed well back throughout. BAHAMA GAS (9/2) - Slow to begin and then shifted out abruptly to race wide throughout and came very close to hitting the outside fence and the 520 metre boxes and finished last. Was ordered to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing.
Race 14	MAX REFRIGERATION C1 - C1 - 305	NAHARIS (1) - Was slow away from the boxes and lost ground but recovered to finish well for 2nd placing.
Race 15	HATRICK DASH C1 - C1 - 305	BIGTIME ON TRACK (2) - Was checked and lost ground going into the first turn and stayed well back for the remainder. TIGER UPPERCUT (3) - Was crowded and checked going into the bend and lost momentum briefly. CAWBOURNE MERL (4) - Checked going into the bend and she went back to the rear and stayed there.
