Judicial report: 1). CASSIA (J T McInerney) - completed a satisfactory trial after Failing to Pursue the lure at the Christchurch GRC's meeting on the 27th October 2017 and is now permitted to be nominated to race.

2). REPLICA CASINO (B Pringle) - completed a satisfactory trial after Marring at the Southland GRC's meeting on the 12th December 2017 and will be permitted to race when its 28 day stand down expires.

3). MITCHAM FAYE (J T McInerney) - completed a satisfactory trial after Marring at the Christchurch GRC's meeting on the 22th December 2017 and will be permitted to race when its 28 day stand down expires.

4). TAKE BY STORM (A Bradshaw) - Stood down for 28 days and must trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on 1 occasion for Failing to Pursue the lure in Race 9.

5). All available films will be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b).

EYREWELL MARTIN (2) - awkwardly placed between greyhounds entering the bend and had to check off heels losing ground. Checked outwards off heels exiting the bend making heavy contact with outside greyhound. Subjected to a post race Veterinary examination which revealed a deep laceration to its right fore cephalic vein with a 21 day stand down imposed. BOSTON POWERS (3) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend having to steady. Again placed awkwardly on heels rounding the bend. Wide exiting the bend. SMASH OCEAN (4) - ran wide rounding the bend before coming back down the track inconveniencing inside greyhound. DUNK IT (5) - began awkwardly settling last. MR BLACK MAGIC (6) - checked entering the bend and lost ground. GOLDSTAR POWER (8) - forced up the track rounding the bend. Contacted from the inside heavily exiting the bend losing balance. Subjected to a post race Veterinary examination which revealed no injury.
Race 2	Happy New Year Dash - C1 - 295	UNFOUNDED (2) - slow to jump. Obliged to race wide rounding the bend. ROCKIN' ROBYN (4) - contacted in the run to the bend. Inconvenienced exiting the bend. TERRA MONDO (5) - lost ground entering the bend when placed in restricted room. Checked off heels and ran up the track rounding the bend. TILT (6) - squeezed for racing room through the run to the bend. Held up rounding the bend becoming awkwardly placed on heels. DISCLAIMER (7) - placed in restricted room prior to the bend and had to steady. Again placed in restricted room rounding the bend. ELODEA (8) - came down the track in the run to the bend and placed pressure on inside greyhounds. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend and had to re-balance.
Race 3	Glenbyre Tavern Dash - C0 - 295	SASS 'EM UP (1) - boxed first. OLLIEBOLLON (2) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend and lost momentum. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend and had to check. HOMEBUSH RAZZ (3) - placed in restricted room entering the bend and was dragged down losing ground. Placed in restricted room shortly after having to steady. Subjected to a post race Veterinary examination which revealed no injury. GOLDSTAR RAVEN (4) - checked shortly after the start. JINJA NINJA (5) - checked rounding the bend. BLUE SKY (8) - checked rounding the bend.
Race 4	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C1 - 295	GOLDSTAR JAY JAY (1) - bumped from the outside early stages. AUSSIE HOON (3) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend having to steady. Checked off heels shortly after losing ground. Subjected to a post race Veterinary examination which revealed the greyhound to have sustained a split webbing to its left fore foot with a 10 day stand down imposed. MAGMA (5) - slow early stages. Obliged to race wide rounding the bend. KNOW APPROVAL (6) - box first. Squeezed for racing room early stages. GREET THE JUDGE (7) - forced up the track rounding the bend becoming awkward on heels.
Race 5	Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C0 - 520	GO BELLE (1) - slow early. Inconvenienced first bend. KNOW EQUAL (3) - boxed first. Squeezed for racing room entering the first bend. GO ALL IN (4) - ran wide down the back straight and throughout the run home. TOKEN VIKKERS (6) - squeezed for racing room entering the first bend and had to check. GO SHOW (7) - placed in restricted room entering the first bend climbing on heels and shifting up the track. GO ASH (8) - checked and dragged down entering the first bend losing ground. Subjected to a post race Veterinary examination and cleared of injury.
Race 6	Happy Birthday Johnny McInerney Dash - C0 - 295	DIG DIG DIG (9/1) - checked outwards off heels rounding the bend shifting wider on the track. GOLDSTAR OAKLEY (2) - slow early. Inconvenienced rounding the bend racing wide. HOMEBUSH PANSEY (3) - forced down the track in the run to the bend. Placed in restricted room entering the bend having to check and lose momentum. JINGILI JILL (6) - checked off heels rounding the bend losing momentum, LORD PROTECTOR (7) - placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground.
Race 7	Culvie Boy's Syndicate Stakes - C0 - 520	GO SLICK (1) - hampered early stages. EYREWELL ROYCE (5) - jostled with outside greyhound in the run to the first bend. TORPEDO TUCK (6) - jostled with inside greyhound in the run to the first bend. LUCKY JAMES (7) - awkwardly placed on heels prior to the first bend. Contacted from inside entering the first bend. Held up and lost momentum rounding the bend. FERAL WHANAU (4) - checked outwards off heels exiting the bend. UNVERIFIED (5) - shifted down the track abruptly early stages. Squeezed for room entering the bend and had to steady. TIP THE BABE (8) - boxed first.
Race 9	Happy Birthday Allan Joyce Stakes - C1 - 520	GORM THE GREAT (3) - squeezed for racing room entering the first bend. ERYEWELL LUCY (5) - bumped outside greyhound early stages. Checked outwards off heels entering the first bend before being turned outwards by inside greyhound. Forced up the track racing down the back straight and again through the run home. TAKE BY STORM (9/6) - bumped from the inside early stages losing ground. Contacted outside greyhound entering the first bend. Turned head outwards racing down the back straight impeding outside greyhound . Again turned head outwards entering the home straight towards outside runner. Subjected to a post race Veterinary examination which cleared the bitch of injury. Stood down for 28 days for Failing to Pursue the lure and must complete 1 satisfactory trial. MING MING (7) - subjected to a post race Veterinary examination and treated for a spike wound sustained at the lure with no stand down imposed. DUSKY BREW (8) - awkwardly placed on heels prior to the first bend.
Race 10	Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C1 - 295	WONG ANSWER (3) - boxed first. Came up with the lid and settled last. SMASH DAMAGE (4) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend. ELORA (5) - boxed first. KUSHKA (6) - bumped with outside greyhound prior to the bend. Squeezed for racing room entering the bend and had to steady before being awkwardly placed on heels and losing momentum. Subjected to a post race veterinary examination and cleared of injury. TOKEN ACE (7) - bumped with inside greyhound prior to the bend. Inconvenienced entering the bend losing ground.
Race 11	The Turf Bar Stakes - C1 - 520	ANDREA'S MAGIC (2) - contacted outside greyhound at the jump. KNOW CONCLUSION (3) - boxed first. Contacted inside greyhound at the jump. KELLY'S MY NAME (4) - squeezed for racing room entering the first bend. SMASH CALLING (6) - squeezed for racing room early stages and lost ground. Terminally checked entering the first bend and fell to the track. Subjected to a post race Veterinary examination and cleared of injury. MAGIC TRACEY (8) - came down the track in the run to the first bend. Awkwardly placed to the outside of runners entering the first bend before being severely dragged down and falling to the track. Bumped with outside greyhound exiting the bend. KETCHIKAN BLUE (3) - squeezed for racing room early stages losing ground. Race wide rounding the bend before bumping with inside greyhound. LEANNE'S WAY (4) - contacted from the outside and placed in restricted room prior to the bend losing ground. BLACK EYED BILL (9/5) - held up rounding bend before checking outwards when awkward on heels. ESTER ACTION (6) - SWEET AS BRAD (7) - checked entering the bend had to steady. Slightly dragged down rounding the bend. Subjected to a post race Veterinary examination which revealed general discomfort in both hind legs with a 10 day stand down imposed.
