Judicial report: 1) UMBREON BALE (Race 7) and OPPIE BALE (Race 10) both trained by C Roberts, were late scratchings at 9.05am after being involved in a paddock accident this morning. 2) OPAWA KIM (R Wales) was a late scratching at kenneling when found to be in season. 3) Co-Trainer S Evans advised Stewards that subsequent to racing at Forbury Park on 19 December INTER OBLIVION has been diagnosed with a fractured hock.

Race 2	Happy Birthday Bonnie Evans Dash - C3 - 295	PLATINUM MARSHAL (3) - Got on heels when improving into bend and lost chance. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. REPLAY (5) - Unable to avoid checked runner on bend and forced to take evasive action running outwards and losing chance. FROSTY ACTION (10/6) - Badly checked in skirmish on bend losing chance. SMASH WILD (7) - Raced wide home turn.
Race 3	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C1/2 - 520	TREVOR GIBBS (2) - Tightened at entrance to back straight dropping to rear. FULL SPEED (3) - Shifted outwards early stages bumping outside runner and continued to run outwards for a distance. DAVE'S DOT (4) - Turned for a stride on bend and then checked off heels losing ground. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. MAJESTIC ACTION (5) - Bumped with inside runner early stages then forced to change ground inwards. AMY BALE (6) - Checked by inside runner entrance to back straight. UMBRIDGE BALE (7) - Shifted outwards to improve back straight. ROCK BOTTOM (8) - Had heels clipped for a stride entering back straight losing some momentum.
Race 4	Kaisa Earthworks Ph.0272073323 Dash - C2 - 295	SMOKEY ACTION (1) - Hampered in skirmish into bend when racing in restricted room. HOMEBUSH KELSO (2) - Lost ground into bend and checked by trailing runners. EPIC FANTASY (5) - Contacted by outside runner into bend. Unable to avoid weakening runner into bend losing ground. TREVILLE (6) - Bumped inside runner into bend. Checked and forced wide on bend losing chance. OPAWA POPPY (7) - Ran into back of runners on bend and was badly checked losing chance. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury.

ODIN SLAYER (3) - Contacted by inside runner early stages and pushed wide. MELAN (4) - Pushed outwards early stages. CULVIE LASS (5) - Pushed wide home turn. MAGIC MIKE (8) - Pushed wide home turn.

MARTHA MAGIC (7) - Tightened early stages. Ran inwards first bend colliding with runner. Checked by inside runner back straight. OPAWA NORRIS (9/8) - Ran inwards in the early stages causing tightening to a number of runners.
Race 7	Happy Belated Birthday Josh Hurst Dash - C2 - 295	MISS DUPRE (1) - Shifted outwards early stages. TAMARA MAY (2) - Slow to jump. Got on heels into bend and lost momentum. GORDY JUNIOR (3) - Slow to jump. ABACUS MAGIC (4) - Badly tightened early stages and then dragged down dropping to rear. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. UMBREON BALE (5) - Late scratching at 9.05am with a toe injury.
Race 8	Active Electrical Christchurch Sprint - C3 - 295	CAPTAIN CHILLY (1) - Ran outwards into bend and had heels clipped for a stride. Again ran outwards home turn making brief contact with trailing runner. SPARKLING TERRA (2) - Very slow to jump. ICE PRINCESS (3) - Shifted outwards early stages. Got on heels into bend for a stride. Pushed wide home turn. RED MARGIN (4) - Hampered by inside runner early stages after that dog shifted up the track. ANOTHER CRUISE (5) - Tightened early stages. CANNONBALL BOLT (6) - Tightened early stages. HIGH RETURN (7) - Ran inwards early stages.
Race 9	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C4/5 - 520	BOSTON BILLY (2) - Jostled at rear back straight. REPLICA YELLA (6) - Slow to jump. AVENGER BALE (7) - Pushed wide around first bend. THINK TANK (8) - Slow to jump. Jostled at rear back straight.
